I’ve also had my teeth whitened there with some some great results. I’ve seen a few comments of people that got bad burns from the teeth whitening, I feel like they didn’t follow the directions of really me using the vitamin E oil to cover their gums. Highly recommend this company and will continue to do so to everyone that needs a boost.

It is too bad that we don't see this in most Doctors and hospitals. I have been doing the weight loss management and the IV therapy and I feel great! It is making a difference in my physical appearance and my mental outlook is greatly improved. In my mind these guys are the true Rock stars for med spa therapy in this industry at their spa med clinic off of stone oak, in San Antonio Texas. Experiencia negativa: Teeth whitening from Groupon damaged my gums very badly! Chemical burns on gums and almost unable to eat solid food! Not recommendable!!! Go to your dentist instead!

Experiencia fantástica: This place was amazing. My wife has been going here for almost a year and I had never even been inside. Today I went in and the atmosphere was so serene it was wonderful. I was just going to wait for my wife outside in the 90 degree weather in my car but decided to stay inside and play sudoku instead. I walked by one of the rooms with those cool massage chairs and mentioned it to my wife and when I went to sit down The nice lady behind the counter (sorry I didn't get your name), called me by my last name and asked if I would like to sit and wait in one of the zero gravity massage chairs while I waited. I of course accepted and sat in it the whole time my wife was there. I woke up when the wife was finished and was so relaxed. I can hopefully make it to more of my wifes appointments and get my own appointments now. Thanks Bryan

Experiencia negativa: I was completely burned from a laser hair removal session at Blue Diamond Med Spa.

Experiencia negativa: I have been to several med spas in San Antonio. I went to this spa monthly for over a year. On the positive, only once did I have to wait very long for my appointment. I appreciated that. Also, the tech was very friendly. On the bad--the MULTIPLE laser packages I bought didn't have hardly any effect. I have since gone to other places and gotten fantastic results on the same areas, so either they're not doing it right, or their laser is bad. When the "director" (a non-practicing dentist I think) was consulted about the laser not having an effect, he said it was probably my hormones (didn't change hormones, just spas and it worked) Also, I had a horrible incident one day and I haven't been back. The front desk person, I think the dentist's mom, doesn't even make an effort at being nice. Well, one day I went in for legs and underarms--which I had a package for each. The tech did my legs and all was well. Then I needed to take of my shirt to get the underarm. I'm seriously sitting in the laser chair, topless, when in bursts another tech screaming that I hadn't paid for the underarm so my tech was supposed to stop! So I get all dressed back to clear up the confusion (it was a Groupon I had turned in the PREVIOUS session). Trust me--Miserly Martha at the desk wouldn't have let me leave the previous session if I hadn't given her the voucher! So, in the waiting room, I pull up the voucher and show her that they had already marked it redeemed. She gave me a "I still don't believe you, but I'll let it slide" look. So, I ask if I can go back now and finish up and she told me they already took the next appointment back and it would be about 45 minute wait, or I could reschedule. FOR THEIR MISTAKE! Not to mention the invasion of privacy. I have never been back and I'm so much happier at my new spa where I get good results and great staff--also, there we pay after a service is complete--like a normal business.

Experiencia negativa: I tried their laser service by means of groupon.....it was OK...did not really see much improvements after three treatments. I guess you get what you pay for..... Although the place and staff were outstanding. ... I would say their knowledge in laser was lacking.

And I felt it was not as thorough. Ruby the second esthetician that treated me was very thorough and did a great job. I definitely plan to return!
