We have worked really hard the last 3 years on balancing and leading me to have another healthy pregnancy. After beginning to see her again after a hiatus after having my second child we began working on my hormones again and focusing on losing the weight and feeling better. She is really helpful and knowledgeable. She goes in depth with labs and I love her holistic approach and yet she doesn't disregard modern medicine when necessary. I learned about her Naturopathic practice after being basically left on my own by the PeaceHealth network to find answers to a condition I was having difficulty with. The Gastroenterology doctors I dealt with basically offered only cursory attention with a summary evaluation of my situation, and told me they had no further answers to help me resolve my condition. I, fortunately, was provided a referral from the physician's assistant that led me to Dr. Stiegler's practice. I was very skeptical at first of Naturopathic practices, but when I reached out to Dr. Stiegler and discussed with her about my situation and condition, she effectively assured and explained the Naturopathic way of healing to me. Thyroid management (a decade ago) by my allopathic primary care provider, with a once-yearly referral to an overworked endocrinologist, was not very successful, and my Hashimoto's problem had taken several years even to be correctly diagnosed (by a neurologist). For a variety of reasons, all on my end, I sometimes have trouble complying consistently with Dr. Stiegler's recommendations, but she has been very patient with me. She is very thorough about finding things that can be improved, and I know I feel better when I can manage to follow her advice and instructions for a sustained period.

Experiencia negativa: I had gone to their office to purchase a supplement that was recommended by the aesthetician that shares the same building, only to be told that I would have to fill out new patient paperwork, giving my Social Security number, etc, JUST TO PURCHASE THE SUPPLEMENT. I replied that this was not a controlled substance, but the doctor got an arrogant attitude with me, so I walked out. I dodged a bullet there! Will never go to her or recommend her with that attitude. She is too full of herself to see the situation …..I was there just to try a recommended supplement that she carried. This was a few years back, but now I am looking to see a ND and came across her name and felt compelled to leave a review, although I never became a patient (which I am sure she will respond with that statement). Don’t have to see her officially to see the problem she has.

She gave me a thorough extensive exam our very first visit, looking at my entire body and going into every aspect of my life and lifestyle while figuring out an attainable health plan for me. An acupuncturist suggested, "But perhaps if you visit a naturopath, you may just get over the hump and resume your vitality." Healing my long-standing health issues took time and diligence but they have resolved. It feels so good to feel healthy again. I let her know the state I was in -- feeling my old self again -- was due to her help. How I found Dr Stiegler: After searching online I phoned an office. They couldn't see me for 3 months but the receptionist referred me to Dr. Stiegler, "who's very very good with thyroid and digestion." The first of many things I discovered was I was low on zink and Vit D even though I'd been taking them as supplements. As my gut began to heal the zink and D3 clicked in resulting in normal lab values 3 months later. PS: This was BEFORE the pandemic -- lucky to have found Dr. Stiegler!

She is thorough, kind, a joy to work with and gives patients helpful complete information in person and through an easy to use patient portal. I have recommended Dr. Stiegler to a number of friends and relatives. I have been to several ND in town and she gets an A+ from me.

Experiencia negativa: in 2020, I was seeing Ananda for a few months being treated for stomach issues. In April, I experienced a miscarriage and Dr. Ananda told me that it was a “good thing” because my health wasn’t what it was supposed to be. I was APPALLED that someone (especially a doctor) would tell me that losing a child was a good thing. It broke my heart and I stopped seeing her immediately. I recently (May 2021) have now had issues with the billing department blaming me for a choice that they made regarding my billing and my insurance. I can’t believe how rude they were to me via email and the incompetency that they have displayed to take responsibility for their own decisions. I would never suggest this place to anyone nor will I ever speak highly of this business. I am extremely disappointed.

Experiencia negativa: Disgusting rude office and staff!!! I walked in the other day to make an appointment for massage and with the doctor. I stood behind someone checking out and decided to take a seat. I sat there for a while while as she finished someone up. I wasn't even acknowledged, yet sitting right in front. I stood up to go to her desk and she just got up and walked off. I could hear the doctor throwing the "F" bomb around and squealing like a mad pig in the back!!!! What in the heck?

Experiencia negativa: Called a few weeks ago to inquire about their hours and asked a few questions about insurance coverage. The lady who answered the phone was very helpful and answered all my questions. After calling around I found this office to be the most helpful and kind. I decided to stop in since I was downtown to pick up paperwork and get an appointment scheduled. It was really busy, maybe 5 people in the small lobby but the receptionist was fast. I took a seat so she could finish up. The doctor walks out of the back room with a patient and just started barking at the receptionist like she was a dog. She was rude and disrespectful to her, not sure how she handles being treated like that with so much grace! The doctor looks like she is a permanently pissed off type of person. No thank you. I walked out.
