Experiencia negativa: Daughter bought me a few meals. I hate to leave a one-star because I know she was just being nice to her momma. It was bad quality food though - not like HORRIBLE quality. Just not... good. Dry meat. Bland. I understand trying to eat "healthy", but Dwayne Johnson's meals where he shows how to eat cod multiple ways, which SOUND bland, are actually better, and cheaper, considering how little time it takes fish to cook. I maybe just don't understand the service/am not who the service is geared towards. Haha. Don't tell me daughter: But I threw out 3 of the packages because I just couldn't take it anymore. Cooked some fish and potatoes and broccoli in the oven instead and it turned out much better. Lemon pepper and Old Bay. Boom!

Experiencia negativa: If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. Received a package of meals this week and all were ruined with no signs of any cooling solution being included. So, I suppose I’ll be eating the cost instead of any of the meals I paid for. Spend your money elsewhere or even throw it in the trash it’s better than supporting this company.

Experiencia negativa: Order # 76546. My box of food had water all in it and everything was defrosted and melted. I filed a claim and pictures and No one responded to my situation or refunded my money to my account. I threw the whole box away. Here is some of the pictures that I took. I spend over $200 on food from Zilla Meals and No one is responding or returning my money to my account. It has been 2 weeks now and still NO RESPONSE FROM ZILLA MEALS ABOUT MY REFUND and My Money. The box of food from Zilla Meals was Completely Bad with the Box full of Water. 2 WEEKS NOW AND NOTHING!!!!! 3 weeks now and I still haven't received my refund. I filed the claim, sent pictures, and Done everything!!!

Experiencia negativa: Wife decided to try. It just isn't good. I wish I could say something positive, but we found the food to be dry and tasteless - meat was almost jerky-like. We were able to pick up on time at our location here in TN, so there is at least that, which is the only reason we feel like it's 2 stars instead of 1. We'll go back to our old service.

Experiencia fantástica: The options for delivery or free pick up from a local business is positive. Several locations are available. I prefer picking the meals up as I avoid “porch pirates “ and if I am delayed the meals are temperature controlled at the business. The meal choices are varied and I like the option of purchasing bulk servings of keto vegetables or protein sources such as cooked steak, chicken or ground beef.

Experiencia negativa: Awful, they sent the meals without icepack, the food arrived spoiled, I contacted the costumer services and they said that it was my fault for choosing a long shipment.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been ordering Zilla meals for a few years after trying others. I can’t recommend Zilla enough, I sing their praises any chance I get! The quality of food is fantastic, prices are more than fair, and it keeps me from making bad choices for my meals. The owners are top notch and what every small business should strive to be, GREAT customer service! South of the border skillet, Buffalo chicken chili, and double griddle Sammies are some of my favorites!

With a tiny fridge and tiny kitchen in the camper it’s a nightmare to try and prep meals and fit all the groceries in the rv fridge. That’s where Zilla meals has been a game changer for us. If you’re a person on the go and don’t want to live off of fast food this is an amazing option, great price, and while I haven’t had every meal they offer yet, every one has been great so far. The KY scramble and south of the border are my two favs thus far.

Experiencia negativa: Been ordering zilla for over a year now and have had shipping issues lately. My food recently arrived 3 days after shipping and the food went bad because it was not temperature controlled. Zilla gave me a credit to reorder and the 2nd order also arrived warm. Very disappointed. I live in Atlanta so it’s not like I live in the middle of no where. I’ve been ordering from their competitor, Icon Meals, and they arrive 24 hours after order has been shipped. Why can’t zilla do that? I like the variety from both companies but Zilla needs to step it up

My meals arrive packaged perfectly, still frozen, well prepared just how I order them and delicious. I don’t have time to meal prep so Zilla is a great option for me.

Experiencia fantástica: Was hesitant at first, because I really dislike microwaved meals, but these are just next level. They taste as though you just cooked the food items yourself. Super healthy and everyone in my family enjoyed them! 10/10 would recommend. One thing I will add is if there is peppers in the meal. They will get slightly chewy after microwaved but you can’t really help this, that’s just peppers. Just an FYI for anyone buying.

Experiencia negativa: Horrible customer service. Placed an order for both the clean&lean box and the keto box based on the offerings they included. I was disappointed to receive multiple meals with seafood and meals dated with the best by date of the date they were delivered. After emailing support, I received a response from Jordan the owner letting me know that no refunds would be offered as customers in this situation should reach out prior to placing an order regarding any dietary restrictions even though seafood inclusions were not apart of the meal box I ordered. Based on the verbiage on the site it only vaguely states subject to substitutions, no where does it state anything that substitutions outside of box selection is part of said substitution. In theory you would think it would make sense to substitute a chicken dish for another chicken dish of similarity but they us not how this company operates. Also to my disappointment I found out they fulfill orders by ala carte choices first to ensure customers making select meal choices get those meals requested. So essentially those spending more on the boxes literally get the bottom of the barrel with meal selections. I’ve ordered from many many meal subscription companies before who have a better handle on meal preferences and the quality and freshness of meals. Your much better off spending your money with a company that values what you are looking to purchase and not just sending you any meals regardless of food allergies or best by dates. Very unprofessional and I highly would not recommend this company to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: I tried five Zilla meals after hearing about them from a local gym, and I was blown away. Not a single poor meal in the group. Portions were bigger than I expected, the quality was phenomenal, and the taste was amazing, like real homecooked food. The meals are a little pricey if you factor in shipping, but you get what you pay for, and at about $12 total per meal they're hardly more expensive than any combo item at a fast food place, and they fill you up more and are waaay better for you. They've made a loyal customer out of me already!

Experiencia fantástica: Good meals for the price, compared to other, more expensive meal services. I get meals from Factor and Freshly but wanted to try something new. I like that they're shipped with dry ice because the gel ice packs that other meal services use usually leak and make a mess. Only complaint is that Fed Ex shipped the meals and when they arrived, the box was almost ripped to shreds. Luckily none of the meals were damaged.

Experiencia negativa: I wish I could give zero stars. Please do not purchase from them. I placed an order a literally 3 out of 5 meals then containers were busted and food was all over the box they were delivered in.

Experiencia negativa: Worst customer service and owner has a poor attitude. Food was shipped to the wrong store and when I asked about how to get my food he did offer to go pick it up but made sure I knew it would be 75 miles round trip. When I asked if the food could be replaced or if I could get a refund he wouldn't answer. When I said I would call the store where the food was at, he talked down to me trying to convince me that that wouldn't work. After several emails with him accusing me of blaming him and calling him names, which I did not do, I told him to not contact me again. He still sent another email. Good food and excellent delivery options but very poor customer service. If you can't handle being questioned then hire someone with customer service skills.

I never received a tracking number that actually worked for my shipment. When I requested a refund they wouldn't give it to me. I will never attempt to use their service again.
