Experiencia negativa: Fui más de 10 veces a cancelar la membresía y siempre tenían una excusa nueva, el manager nunca estaba, me dieron la opción de llamar y tampoco fue posible Omar no estaba y me pareció ya una BURLA, decidí ir a cancelar la membresía a la sede de Kendall y fui muy fácil. La intención de este mensaje es que tomen medidas.

En Doral Fitness me encanta la gente, son alegre, y hasta un cafesito te ofrecen cuando mas lo necesitas. Ven y pruebe, te va encantar y te ayudaran a llegar a tu meta.

Experiencia fantástica: Llevo más de un mes y me ha encantado el ambiente que ofrece este gimnasio. La instalación es amplia y cómoda, sus máquinas son funcionales y se ajustan a todos los ejercicios que uno requiera hacer. El lugar es impecable y nunca encontrará un baño o una máquina en mal estado y lo que más me gusta y me hace sentir cómoda acá es la atención al cliente, siempre son bastante amables y el dueño y coach Virgilio siempre está atento a que todos acá estemos cómodos y a gusto. Definitivamente vale la pena entrenar acá.

Un gimnasio, como deben ser los gimnasios. Bonito, limpio, decente y perfectamente asistido por su dueño. Cero espectáculo, solo trabajo duro y en paz. PERFECTO!!!!

Experiencia negativa: Me retire del gym por razones de viaje y pague mi mes de febrero completo . cuando fui el 28 hacer la clase que me quedaba . la chica de la puerta no me dejó hacer mi clase porque dijo que ya se había acabado el mes cuando no había terminado el mes me quedaba una clase . Me siento que me robaron mi clase. Me fui muy descontenta y me siento engañada .

Experiencia fantástica: Muy feliz de haberme enrolado en este gimnasio, es un lugar pequeño y un poquito escondido pero con muy buenos equipos y una atmosfera muy agradable el dueño Virgilio una persona excelente, siempre puntual a las 5:00 AM abre las puertas y prepara sus cafecitos bien cargados para sus clientes, mi entrenadora es Laura, una profunda conocedora de la ciencia de cada ejercicio y rutina, he aprendido mucho con ella y estoy ganando forma rapidamente. The machines were also breaking down and for a few months never got fixed. This gym is the total opposite of it. Experiencia fantástica: From the second you enter, you are welcome as part of a family. This is a proper Boutique Gym. Owner is always on-site greeting you and giving positive tips. Easy parking in and out. Energy/nutrition bar on site.

Always a big fan of owner / operated gyms as the environment is better and the other patrons more friendly. Virgilio certainly has the right formula. It is a great gym, friendly people and I was able to get my daily workouts done easily. There is plenty of equipment, all maintained and Virgilio is always around to help answer any questions and spot if you need. Highly recommend!
