The gym’s owner, Vinny, is a superb trainer with years of expertise and industry knowledge. Whether you’re looking to slim down for a specific event or train like an athlete, the KMF Warriors program is for you. As a recently postpardum mother with two c-sections under my belt, I was nervous to get back into the gym after being sedentary for months. Not only did Vinny cater the program to all of my needs, but he came to know exactly how to motivate me past my doubts and low points. I came to KMF to try and slim down for an upcoming family wedding, but after only four months, I have my eyes set on much higher goals. I’m lifting heavy, my endurance is high, and I’m making significantly healthier lifestyle choices. And it’s not just me. Every person I’ve seen enter through KMF’s doors gets the same high-quality attention and personalization to meet their goals. If you’re looking for a new place to workout, whether you’re a seasoned gym goer or a total newcomer who wants to make a change, KMF is hands-down the place to be.

There’s quality to be seen in every area - equipment, space, and I especially appreciate the cleanliness of the facility. Weight loss is my #1 goal I set for myself this year and so far I’ve lost 10 lbs since joining KMF. Experiencia fantástica: The best gym in Peabody. I’ve joined many other gyms in the area but KMF is easily my favorite. The owner Vinny is one of a kind and the semi private classes he runs are excellent. Chris a trainer that helps run classes is amazing too. Definitely check out this smaller gym it has everything you need, and will only continue to get better. I’m happy with my choice to join, and I’m sure you will if you decide to as well!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been coming to KMF for three months now and I love it. It’s always clean, staff is super friendly and willing to give you pointers and help out. It’s a relatively small place but it has all the equipment you could need. It’s never too packed and people are respectful of equipment use.

I love the group classes each one is challenging but fun, and they always switch things up to keep workouts exciting. Chris has the most welcome greeting for you every day! You see people really working out and not just playing around. Never crowded, always clean and equipped with brand new “toys”.

I am an older women and I want to prioritize my health more and KMF has been making that experience very nice .There are many amazing trainers there which are all very friendly and motivating I always feel welcomed at this gym which is appreciated .

Their business practices are unique, unlike corporate gyms that lock you in contracts, KMF has one fee per month with month to month payments. Experiencia fantástica: Just have to say I have never belong to a gym in my life. In 2022, I walked into KMF ready to take on a new journey in life to start to exercise. I met Vinny, a personal trainer and he explained what KMF had to offer. I didn’t even think about and signed up for 3x a week with Vinny! Spiral ahead to today and I am down over 20lbs without a huge lifestyle change. I am more fit and stronger than I ever thought I could be. Trust me it’s not easy and days you are dying in pain but Vinny has continue to push me to do more and more beyond my expectations. I needed the accountability that Vinny has given me and the people in the gym are also so supportive. It’s worth every pain, sweat and penny because I am worth it and love the compliments I get!
