Experiencia negativa: The young blond receptionist treated me like a child when I forgot my card for the $10 co-pay. Bad business ethics and horrible treatment. I was relaxed after my adjustment but after her raising her voice to me like I was 12 years old to a veteran who has CPTSD I will never go back.

Experiencia positiva: I was a new client and unfortunately had an awful experience. I went for 3 different appointments and every single one started late by at least 20 minutes. The sessions I did do it was starting to help but from my observations the place is understaffed for the volume of patients and the entire process I felt just pushed along and ignored. The place is clean and nice though and the staff friendly in between them being frantically busy. During my 3rd appointment once it hit the 20 minutes past mark I just left and cancelled the rest of my sessions. So maybe go here if you got time to kill. Unfortunately I do not.

Experiencia fantástica: I began seeing dr Swetlic in the early 1990's when I was suffering from severe, immobilizing lower back pain. I had never been treated by a chiropractor before and I was skeptical about the process. After taking an xray of my spine, dr Swetlic diagnosed my problem as a bulged disc. Over the course of about two weeks of treatments, on an every other day basis, I regained mobility and the pain subsided. After approximately one more month of weekly visits and following the doc's stretching regimen, I was back to full health. From that point on, I paid close attention to my posture, the way I moved and pick things up and I worked on exercising my core muscles. I have seen dr Swetlic several times over the past thirty years or so, whenever I felt that I needed a tune up and he and his staff have always taken care of me. I had need for treatment just this past week and I'm glad to see that they continue to operate in a friendly and professional manner. I have nothing but great appreciation for Swetlic Chiropractic and I highly recommend them!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Overholt is amazing. He is attentive to needs and listens when you express your concerns. If Dr Overholt does not have a answer to a question you ask, he will do all he can to find one. Although I have never been seen by Dr Swetlic...he is one of the sweetest people I have ever met. Dr J the PT doctor is 100% hands down a realist. He will help you but you have to be willing to put in the work to get back in top shape. Rachel use to work in the office but is now working in the PT area and goes above and beyond here job title. The ladies in the office are well mannered for the most part. There have been a lot of times that when I have called the phone just rings and rings and sometimes they don't return calls.

Experiencia negativa: Since Covid they are only available until 1pm which I work until 4pm. Then the appointments I do make keep getting canceled. So what's the point of going there?

Experiencia negativa: These people are the most overpriced do-nothings I’ve ever seen, and I’m pretty sure they messed my back up more than it was because they refused to give me an updated x-ray. Turns out I have a herniated disk, and the chiropractor was not treating it as such, because he had no clue, because he refused to do x-rays.

Experiencia negativa: Been there for 8 visits bc for whatever reason I needed seen multiple times unlike a regular chiropractor, so each visit cost me $55. I now owe $400 and my back is a little worse and I have a pinched nerve somewhere and my hands are numb almost 24 hours a day. They offered for me to see a different person but I Found a different chiropractor that’ll be less than $50 a visit and hopefully will actually help me. Would definitely not recommend to anyone.

Experiencia negativa: If I could give less than one star I would. Will definitely NOT recommend Sweltic. My husband went there for 8 visits. That were approved by our insurance company and we even asked after the first 6 if there was a balance due and was told “No, the insurance has taken care of everything” He also questioned if he should keep coming since there was no improvement in his pain and was assured that he needed to keep coming conveniently just long enough to use up all the visits our insurance allowed. Now 2 months later we get a bill for almost $500. I called to ask about it and was patronized and spoken to like I was an idiot. All of this and 8 treatments later the problem with my husbands back was still not resolved so they tried to con my husband into an even more expensive treatment that was over $3000 and not covered by insurance and has no medical/scientific proof of working. Definitely not an upstanding business or company. Skip the fake wanna be doctors and go to a real physician if you have a problem. We won’t make this mistake again with these crooks. They prey on the fact that this is a small town and think the community is a bunch of bumpkins.

Experiencia negativa: This place used to be great but within the last year has gone down hill. Expect to be there at least an hour and a half to 2 hours. You won't be seen until at least a half hour after your appointment time. The office girls filter through every few months except one or two and are always very rude.

Experiencia negativa: I went in today. My back is so bad I cannot even stand up straight. They said they don't just take in new patients. I would need to wait for an appointment. It is Friday so I would be in pain all weekend and more. I had to drive an hour to another doctor who would take me.

Experiencia fantástica: Health source is the greatest. I have been there with Dr Swetlic for many years. He has a great staff. They make you feel like family. Drop by and see them. I also got to see Dr Jake Overholt. He's great.
