Experiencia negativa: Went into the store and the employee suggested their house made, stim-free pre-workout. Opened it just a couple months later and it was discolored, clumped together and unusable. I went back into the store and told the employee that the pre-workout I just purchased was discolored, unusable, etc. His response was “oh, I recommend you buy a different one instead.” Really? So, I emailed them asking for a replacement or refund since my only purchase from them was a total dud. No response. Emailed again. No response. Gave them every opportunity to provide any level of customer service before leaving a review and they didn’t. Very disappointing.

Experiencia fantástica: Every time I walk into the store, I’m met with immediate care and great customer service. The products, on the other hand, and of a different caliber. I buy all of my products from point blank and they never fail to succeed. I’ve tried nearly half of the pre workout they offer and have yet to try one that I truly don’t like. My favorite products they have right now is there nutra bio extreme mass protein- taste great and is amazing for quick macros after a good workout. Overall a great store, definitely will continue to shop here for the foreseeable future.

After being a customer since 2019, I can tell you that the entire staff is EXTREMELY educated on the products they offer. Unlike other nutrition shops in the area that stock their shelves based on corporate guidance, Point Blank carefully selects their supplements based on evidence-based research and results. Happy to provide a review and honestly should have done this after my first visit. No need to shop anywhere else for nutritional supplements ever again. Keep up the great work PointBlank Team!

The staff cares about everyone’s fitness goals and, as a result, won’t try and sell you a product that they think is bad. If you need a product that they don’t have in stock, they will order it and, more than likely have it within a week. Their products are always top notch and from reputable companies. You won’t find a lot of products with cheap proprietary blends and filler, only reliable supplements with dosed ingredients on the label. Pointblank will always be my go to supplement shop. I have never had a bad experience.

The staff is super knowledgeable, they work with you to determine what would work best for you. Once I was shopping for a new preworkout, the gentleman helping me discussed 3 different options that would align with my fitness goals. Come on, how great! Then, he gave me a sample of all three told me to try each one and come back to purchase the one I wanted. I’ve worked in fitness for several years and have never had a store off this. He helped me with my question (I was calling to see when a recent web order I made would be shipped). He remembered my exact order and told me he had packaged it and shipped it himself, and that it should delivery soon. That same day, my package arrived and along with my order, he sent some samples of other products similar to mine, plus a few protein shakes. He hand wrote a note on my statement and gave me a little advice with the product I ordered. It was an excellent touch of customer service!! I will definitely be using the website again in my ongoing weight loss and health initiatives!
