Experiencia fantástica: Excellent facility and staff, they listen and use a sliding scale for patients that are in financial hardship. Dr. Light is amazing, she listens and makes recommendations without pushing things into you that you don't want, and will take the time to actually explain things not just rush you through. I love the entire staff from the receptionists to the nurses to the phlebotomist at the Eleanor office and would highly recommend them.

Experiencia negativa: Valerie Cain will treat you like a drug addict regardless of you have a history or not I asked for a therapy referral last April and didn't get one until I tried to commit suicide. Do not go here.

Experiencia fantástica: FamilyCare Health Center - Eleanor's staff and caregivers are amazing. The front desk Receptionist, the nurses and lab technicians are all so nice and attentive. Valerie Cain, APRN, FNP-BC is a wonderful PCP. She is always very conscientious regarding my Autoimmune Illnesses and making sure she takes my established medical regime from my Rheumatologist and Neurologist in consideration when choosing any treatment she needs to implement. My family and I are very happy with the care we receive from FamilyCare Health Center.

I've been a loyal patient for a year now, consistently impressed with the level of care provided. Their onsite lab, managed by Brenda, ensures a comfortable experience. The nursing team exudes professionalism and warmth throughout.

Experiencia negativa: I do not recommend this place, unless you want to wait awhile. I had an appt at 11:00, by 1:30 I was still waiting. They went to lunch from 12 to 1, and left me sitting there. If I'm late I'm asked to reschedule, however if their late it's ok. My time is just as valuable.

I have had poor experiences with doctors in the past, and Dr Cain was absolutely a breath of fresh air. I feel like she geniunely cares, and she wants to do right by her patients. I would reccomend anyone to be seen by her.

Experiencia negativa: The care itself is good, Dr. Elwood is very nice and does a good job. Having said that, every time I've been here I've had to wait 45 minutes to an hour, sometimes longer. In this particular instance, I was taken back to a room just before my appointment time, got checked by the nurse and am still waiting for my doctor. I've been sitting back here for 45 minutes. This is ridiculous.

Experiencia negativa: While I absolutely love my general doc I completely dislike the OB Kesinger she will make u wait any where from 30min to 2 hours after your appointment time to be seen and then she might quite literally forget you in the exam room and just go on home so you have to call security to come get you out of the doc office so there my opinion
