Bon Secours In Motion at Ghent Station

Experiencia negativa: This location does not want to help anyone. My doctor sent a referral on the 5th of August and it was confirmed that it was sent as my doctors office confirmed that this location received it as my doctors office called themselves to verify. However when I call, this location says they have not received it and they will call me when they do. Everyday I called they seemed annoyed of me calling to ask if they have received it, Also they add excuses to almost every call. I’m baffled as how it seems it takes almost 20 days and counting to “receive” a referral. Dealing with excruciating pain and staff with no care.

Experiencia fantástica: I'm late in writing this review, I was treated in 2020. But two years later, I'm still mostly pain-free by following their regimen! Heather and Jamie were amazing. I had had tmj for years, went everywhere looking for some relief from my jaw pain. Everywhere I went brushed me off or recommended extreme, unproven treatments. This was the first place that was sensitive, science based, and optimistic. I'm so glad I found them. Within a couple sessions I was feeling better than I had in years. The massages and exercises they taught me made a huge difference in my quality of life. So grateful for these people! If you're considering surgery or any other major treatments, PLEASE try these people first! My jaw isn't cured, but it's livable now, which I used to consider impossible.

Experiencia fantástica: Got in an car accident last year in March and did not get any treatment due to covid then got in one this year in July and when I say this place is a miracle along with being awesome because I had very bad back pain especially if I stand or walk for a long time and when I say my back no longer hurt because of every hero here who are so friendly down to the front desk although the pain in my back went away and my leg, wrist, and chest still hurt from the accident I highly recommend this place you will not be disappointed or dissatisfied what a loving caring place full of awesome heroic people I love these guys

Experiencia fantástica: I've gone to this place for two separate injuries and both sets of times I absolutely loved going. Although the workouts aren't easy but the people really make it worth it and they always assure you that your doing great

Experiencia fantástica: Could barely stand up when I went. Severe vertigo. They are wonderful and encouraging and very good with their therapy. Hated to leave when I was discharged today. Walked out looking at my therapist, talking at the same time. Haven't been able to do that in seven months. Grateful to the whole group!

Experiencia fantástica: I was treated for two months for a shoulder injury. The professionals at Bon Secures In Motion in Ghent were totally professional and really knew what they were doing. I gradually improved and after five weeks my shoulder returned to normal. I am totally satisfied with my care and I would return to In Motion in a heartbeat if needed. I was really impressed with the knowledge and dedication of the therapists at In Motion. They are pleasant people and it its a pleasant place.

Experiencia fantástica: Jamie and her team at Bon Secours are simply the best! I fractured my left arm and during the healing process developed frozen shoulder. Not only are they friendly and professional, but I truly believe that because of their programming I was able to improve my ROM and strength much quicker than the previous PT provider. Jamie took the time to explain my issue, provide options, and had a battery of activities to expedite my progress. The facility is very clean, modern, and spacious.

Experiencia fantástica: I had my ACL repaired, and the crew at InMotion helped get me back on my feet. They pushed me and helped me recover very quickly. They were knowledgeable and shared that knowledge during my exercises. While I don't prefer to have surgery again any time soon, I'd definitely be going back to this location and working with them again.
