I felt like she wasn't really listening when I was trying to have a serious conversation and she was putting on her makeup. Didn't provide any real help it was more just like a gossip session rather than her giving me any tools or suggestions to help.

Experiencia negativa: Extremely unprofessional experience: I was scheduled for an interview with Curis Functional Health for a Regional Manager role by Ms. Brianna Gomez. I took time off work and prepared thoroughly, only to be completely ghosted at the scheduled time — no one showed up, and there was zero communication or follow-up. Two hours later, I received a rejection email with no acknowledgment of their missed interview. This shows a complete lack of respect for candidates' time and effort. Job seekers deserve better. If this is how Curis handles professional commitments during the hiring process, I can only imagine what the internal culture is like.

He made an entire treatment plan which is something I’ve never experienced with a chiropractor. He really wants you to get better and is not just focused on the business aspect of it! Experiencia negativa: Avoid this place. Policy over people. Wife and I had gone 13-15 times to see separate doctors. Had an emergency come up…canceled a scheduled appointment 22 hours ahead of time. They told me it had to be 24 hours. Charged me $150. My usual rate with insurance was around $88 but because they coded it as a “no show” it was full rate. They said they charged me because I didn’t reschedule the appointment. Well because that’s what emergencies do…they throw your schedule off and cause you to spend time and money on things you weren’t expecting. Receptionist can really recite the company line on this policy, but had a real lack of empathy. Asked her to use some good judgement/discernment….couldn’t do it. Needed my $150. Wife and I were taken aback when the counselor agreed with the company policy. As a company Curis you should be very proud of those 2 employees…they have your back as a company employee. Unfortunately….they missed the point and we will no longer be patients there. Advice is to find another company. Avoid this place.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Pease has been amazing since the very first appointment. The diagnosis I was given after the X-ray was daunting, but he put me at ease. It wasn’t news that I wanted to hear, but he has definitely lifted my spirits. He is extremely knowledgeable and explains things to your comfort level. Every appointment is fun. He really makes them enjoyable by talking to you, and really taking the time to let you know that he cares about your well-being. I have already referred several people to him and will continue to do so. My job will also be working with Dr. Pease and his company because he is that great. I couldn’t thank him enough for helping me to heal my back.

Experiencia fantástica: I will start by saying that I have seen Chiropractors all over the U.S. and never have I encountered a chiropractor like Dr. Chase Pease. Everything from the accuracy of diagnosis to the level of care exceeded all of my previous experiences and my expectations. The adjustments were specific to problem area and I felt immediate relief. The recovery plan was well developed and adjusted as I improved. This ensured that I safely recovered as fast as possible. After 4-5 weeks I am pain free and stronger than I thought I could be.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Korey Sessions was very detailed in his approach to my pain. While he worked through some exercises with me he explained what might have caused my pain and showed me exercises on how to prevent the injury in the future. Unlike other chiropractic offices I have been to in the past he did not provide me with a treatment plan based on how many visits my insurance covered . It was nice to leave office in some relief and feel much better the next day.

With his help, I’ve returned to a very active exercise routine that doesn’t compromise my back. Very happy with my treatments.

Experiencia negativa: The billing department is extremely unhelpful. After switching insurance, my balance was almost $400 instantly. I inquired about a payment plan, received an email late Thursday, and my card was charged in full Monday morning, right before I saw the email and was going to reply. They were unwilling to reverse the charge and accommodate a payment plan. It became too much of a headache to deal with so I let it go.

Experiencia negativa: Nope! My therapist was Amy Campi. The first day I stated that I would be riding the bus, I advised her that sometimes the bus runs late, and I asked if that would be an issue. She told me no; if it's under 10 mins, I would still be seen , and call and let the receptionist know. I was on time for all three sessions. The last appointment, the bus ran late, and I called and spoke to the receptionist. I told her I would be 10 mins late. She told me, "that's ok, I can still be seen. I made it in 5 mins. She couldn't see me because I was late. I wasted bus fare and my time. She canceled the appointment for being late, and now I have to pay back the insurance company. Unprofessional.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Pease and the staff at Curis are amazing! I went to see Dr. Pease after a car accident because of pain in my ankle, lower back, head and neck. He’s a great listener. He takes time to develop a custom treatment plan that works. After several weeks I started to see improvement and when treatment was completed, I was like new. So much more energy to do the things I need to do. The front office staff is also terrific! They knew me by name quick. They always treat me kindly. Quick to return phone calls and help with questions.

Experiencia negativa: I would strongly advise against anyone who is seeing Alfie Wishart He spent half our sessions trying to fill out paperwork instead of on his own time and wasted much of the time I wanted to discuss my actual problems Most of the time he spent with paperwork and making sure I was paying him instead of listening to my problems. Despite never missing a payment he never wanted to discuss the problems I felt I was having the most trouble with. He explicitly stated he cared more about something external than what my troubles were. He will absolutely waste your time and money because those are the only things he cares about. His first priority always was making sure I knew how much he was about to charge me. Alfie is absolutely incompetent and way out of his league when it comes to technology or paperwork. If Sharone is still there I'd absolutely recommend her, or anyone else really that isn't Alfie Wishart. He will not help you

Experiencia fantástica: Well organized, makes you feel right at home. Functional and easy to remeber exercises and they work with all types of scheduling. Even like my busy college/ work hours. Great people who actually care about your growth not just physically but mentally as well. With the feeling of coming in a little better each time and always feeling better than you walked in when leaving. I strongly recommend giving it a try if you have any medical problems your feeling with or if your having alot on your plate and need some mental healing.

Experiencia fantástica: I just finished my Cleanse/Restoration with Dr. Skelton and I am amazed at how much better I feel. I have energy I haven't had in years and I haven't experienced any indigestion until today after having three cups of coffee! My inflammation is gone as well. I highly recommend Dr. Skelton if you have any health concerns or autoimmune diseases! He is very quick at answering emails and scheduling phone conferences during the process. He is very respectful of your time and works around your schedule! Today he also did an adjustment on me just help me with my PT.

He corrected previous misdiagnosed issues and used muscle treatments, decompression, and physical therapy alongside the chiropractic adjustments to create a level of healing I had not experienced before. He isn’t interested in the “rack ‘em and crack ‘em” business model. He cares about all of you, not just adjusting you as fast as possible and moving on.

Experiencia negativa: They charged my credit card $150 for a “no show” I know how this works, I signed an agreement and I called and cancelled my appointment way in advance. I called and explained the situation and they would not make it right so I had to disputes with my credit card company. The lady who answers the phone obviously made a mistake which is fine, we are all human but you should make it right.
