I also liked the setup of this class into the timed increments. it wasn't overwhelming and it went by fast, but I still got a workout. It can be a bit pricey per class but there are also packages. Rates are cheaper for full time residents.

CW is great place to come whether you are just starting your fitness journey or are in the thick of it. The staff, coaches and teachers are all very skilled, full of life and positive energy and the kindest people. They are so warm and welcoming and you never feel like you’re out of place. You feel empowered when you walk in and proud when you walk out. There is a huge variety of classes to choose from for all levels and they have all the standard exercise equipment you could need. The age range and skill level is a wide spectrum and it is such a privilege to be a part of something special like CW!

Whether you want to work out or just get some office work done (they have great quiet work spaces) when you have summer guests at your place, its got all the bases covered. Chatham works is a great venue, a positive and friendly team and it has a great overall mojo.

Experiencia fantástica: THREE YEAR UPDATE: I have been a member for more than 3 years, and remain enthusiastic about CW! The facilities are well maintained and very clean, but what distinguishes CW is the program and the personnel. I regularly take both strength and spinning classes. Kate, Pam, and Eduardo are excellent spinning instructors, each with their own distinct style and approach, and each one friendly and effective. I also regularly take Brittany’s “Base” exercise class. Brittany is a wonderful instructor, pleasant and clear, supportive and encouraging. Emphasis is on good form. The workouts are thoughtful, challenging, and balanced. In 3 years I've never done the same workout twice. (Don’t be misled by the name “Base”, it is an appropriate exercise class for all levels.) I have joined and quit many gyms over the years. I have seen a big improvement in my physical condition since joining CW, and I truly look forward to going there. I always feel welcome, more like a friend than a client. Maybe that’s why it is the first gym I’ve stuck with for the long term. ONE YEAR UPDATE: Chatham Works is a very well managed facility, immaculately clean with excellent, knowledgeable trainers. I've been a member for almost one year now, and continue to be very pleased and impressed. It is a friendly place, but they take what they do very seriously, and it shows. I go there about three times a week, and always look forward to going. They never fail to make me feel welcome and valued as a member, and my health and well-being have benefitted greatly from their exercise classes and personal training sessions. I am of the opinion that I am getting very good value for my money. I also very much like and respect their community spirit and involvement. Over the years I have joined and quit a number of gyms in a variety of places; Chatham Works is the first one I can honestly say that I am enthusiastic about. INITIAL REVIEW: Friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive personnel; immaculate premises, state of the art facility and communications; community-oriented. Very glad I joined.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a member of Chatham Works for nearly 2 years. They truly they have it all. There are so many classes to choose from (if you like classes). I prefer personal training and Brittney has been fantastic for me. She and John work closely together to fine tune a program that works for me. She mixes up the workouts every time so I am never bored. I am challenged at every session. She knows how to modify a program to fit my activity level or occasional injury. And ... If you have an injury, there is a PT on staff who is excellent. I highly recommend this facility. So happy I walked in!!

Chatham Works is a small, boutique style gym conveniently located to Chatham, Orleans and Harwich. This is a clean and very pleasant environment with expert staff to assist you in all aspects of your fitness and wellness journey. Perhaps a little pricier than larger, industrial park gyms, but if it's in your budget, well worth the convenience and level of personalized service. This is a fitness studio that you will actually look forward to using each day.

John is skilled and very helpful in adapting workouts to my needs when necessary. He is attentive and makes sure that we understand that no one knows their body better than themself and encourages us to make adjustments as needed to avoid injury. I have never felt stronger. I highly recommend John and Chatham Works!

Pat Clancy, Sam Cronin, and Ashley Woodworth offer thoughtful yoga practices which are always varied. I'm greeted and sent on my way by name, with a smile by Madison, Fred, or Lindsay at the front desk.

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome combination of a gym and a coworking space. That and it rescued my vacation. I am camping in Nickerson State Park and a bunch of urgent work descended on me. If not for Chatham Works, I would have had to cut my vacation short. The space is cozy and comfortable, the internet is fast, and the gym downstairs has all I need from barbells to exercise bikes. All in all, awesome.

I called to inquire as to the availability of a conference room for a 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. meeting and the staff could not have been more professional and accommodating. When I called again to finalize the booking of the room, the procedure was fast, efficient, and user friendly, and was followed up by an email confirmation. When I arrived for my meeting time, I was greeted by the owner who provided superior service and showed me to the conference room and had a pitcher of refreshing ice cold water waiting for us. The meeting room itself was spacious and well equipped to handle any of the meeting needs that we may have had. What a great and professional business. It is without question that I will be a returning customer and I look forward to booking that great conference room again. I congratulate Chatham Works on their vision and wish them much success. Experiencia fantástica: Best gym on Cape Cod. Not only because of the quality of the facility and atmosphere - but you cannot beat the quality of the staff here. I love the studio and outdoor turf (fun!!!) classes. Lindsey and Fred are kind and genuine and have created a community where all are welcome and encouraged. I feel supported by them not just in my fitness journey but as a human! They care about every single client on a personal level. The instructors are extremely high quality and provide not just a good workout but a highly positive experience. Taryn is incredible! I highly recommend her if you are looking to work 1:1: She is an angel that will whip you into shape in the most compassionate way. Every single one of her classes is next level. Eduardo leads fun and engaging spin and Zumba classes. Pam Smith is probably the funniest spin instructor I’ve ever encountered. Amy Latham and Patrick both lead a beautiful yoga experience. I genuinely love all of the people here and feel at home.

We used this fitness facility for six weeks this summer and were so impressed by the classes, instructors, equipment and the cleanliness of the gym. You can choose to use the cardio equipment (new and lots!), take a class or workout on your own. The classes are excellent -hard, but so worthwhile! Instructors are some of the best we have had in many years of gym membership. Members are very welcoming and supportive to new people joining a class which is so refreshing and unusual! Kudos to Lindsay and Fred the owners and John, Taryn and Sam which were the instructors we used.

Co-owners Fred and Lindsay deserve well more than 5 stars for their hard work and dedication to their clients and community.

Owners Lindsay & Fred Bierwirth are the nicest people you could hope to meet and totally committed to an excellent experience for their customers. They are constantly adjusting things to make things work better and they are great at incorporating feedback. If you need office space on the Cape for a day, a month, or a year, Chatham Works provides an attractive, comfortable, quiet space, with free printer access, free coffee, and a nice break room at an affordable price. Great for road warriors or solo consultants. I have never used their Gym space, but Lindsay and Fred seem just as committed to making it a great place to take fitness classes as it is for working. If you rent co-working space by the month, you get a discount on the Gym membership.
