Also, Zeba, the Spravato coordinator, has been wonderfully helpful. She is always able to accommodate me and the many changes in my schedule--and always tries to make things fit around my schedule. Experiencia negativa: DO NOT goto NAO Medical, the receptionists charge you for test they do not have in stock after talking you into taking a blood test they do not have in stock. Receptionist would not refund the test (20 minutes after charging my credit card) they did not have in stock and told to call The Billing Department. I am going on two weeks and still no refund from billing to my credit. card. The Billing Department(sounds like an office in the Philippines) spoke with Belle, Louie, their Supervisor Jan and online complaints with Michelle and both told me all lies and run around, promised an expedited refund by Monday with a follow up call. neither has happened and still no answer when just lies. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. as the CEO Dr. Priti Jain Stated NAO in JAPAN means HONESTY(NO HONESTY WITH THESE ADMINISTRATIVE EMPLOYEES). I will everything I can to WARN other new patients to be careful and goto another Medical facility.

I was seen by John, who showed great care and concern to me. I was seen by P.A Venee ( my new Primary Care Doctor ), Who I loved, and I’m very happy to have her as a doctor. She was so friendly, so nice and treated me with great care. I was also greeted at a time of check-in by Doctor Jane, and another resident of staff ( not sure of her name ). The place is extremely clean, Very warm and very welcoming. And I cannot thank the staff enough there. Highly recommended.

Experiencia negativa: I would put zero if i could. I stopped there today at 4:45 and they close at 5. they took my insurance, etc and went to get the dr which was 4:50, max 4:55. (i was visibly not feeling good). the receptionist came back and said the dr packed up and is ready to go home so won't be able to see me. Talk about no tender love and care. really disgusting if you ask me. why even take the insurance, drivers license information and spend all that time entering it??

The only problem I have is that the test results aren’t faster. He’s been suffering so. We hope to get results by the end of the week. Otherwise the care was good.
