Experiencia fantástica: I like to think overall I have a pretty good knowledge on healthy habits and nutrition. I first went to Body Metrix due to a Celiac diagnosis. My expectation was that I would learn some strategies but that I was confident. Well fast forward a few years and I have been amazed with everyone at Body Metrix. Jim does a very nice job with the body composition but pairing me with Heather as my nutrition professional was such a GREAT match! Heather is so knowledgeable, caring and compassionate. She teaches so thoroughly and has handouts and plenty of resources to educate and motivate me. For sure a five star experience even from the smiling faces the second you walk in! Meal planning with Stacy was so organized and informative! Don’t delay if you’re considering going to see them. I guarantee you will feel better and smarter, than when you walked in the door. I look forward to a long relationship with all of the team !

She listened and helped me understand more about nutrition in 1 hour than I ever have in 20 years. I would absolutely recommend BodyMetrix to anyone looking for a dietitian. I’ve never tried a dietitian before because of the judgement I’ve received from numerous doctors and my own family. Everyone there was so nice and I immediately felt comfortable. Experiencia fantástica: Today was my first visit and just wow. The facility is clean, brightly lit, well decorated and cozy. You are greeted warmly and everyone is amazing. I came for support, education, and encoragement. I am in the right hands. I knew it when I heard "I love Jesus" in my session as we laughed together over being humans. I can not tell you the amount of courage it took for me, a hyper independant person, to rely on someone else. I feel like I have hope, in my nearly 20 year battle with PCOS. I have hope for healing my body...and now my faithfulness shall be blessed. Im a busy mom, wife, daughter, sibling and I have a fulltime job. Im the first to say I dont have time - but my body is telling me it needs rest and it needs healing as I get closer to 40. Run, don't walk to BodyMetrix. Best decision I ever made and Im just getting started. I left with the warm hug and I felt like I finally have help.

I'm learning how to customize a sustainable eating plan to manage Type 2 diabetes. My A1C dropped from 7.1 to 6 in the first three months. I've lost 75 lbs. and I've increased muscle mass. I treated myself to a massage and it's the BEST one I've ever had ... going again!!

Experiencia fantástica: Nobody can walk your journey for you, but some people can draw you a perfect roadmap and give you directions with such a pearl of wisdom that even an arduous journey, such as changing your relationship with food, becomes joyful. Adrianne is a beautiful woman and a competent professional, and I feel lucky to have met and worked with her. My psychology and exercise science background taught me all the "right things" to do, but knowledge is seldom enough, especially when is poorly applied in oneself. Meeting with Adrianne twice a month, discussing my relationship with food, my triggers, how I emotionally eat, how I want to eat the whole world covered in chocolate during my period and stressful situations, reviewing my goals, and having her keep me accountable to myself has been great. I LOVE the menu plan sessions, which are extremely valuable to my nutrition journey because I like a lot of flavors and colors on my plate, but I hate planning what to eat. (The downfall of the menu plan is that I have a hard time finding some of the foods in the supermarkets - and I do shop around). Lastly (but not least), I enjoy my body composition sessions with Jim every ten weeks and seeing my progression towards my goals. I am very grateful to Adrianne, Jim, and the entire BodyMetrix team :) You guys are rock stars! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!

Experiencia fantástica: I can't compare it to other, similar companies, but an extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff have made my first few visits very welcoming, and very productive. The meetings have been very informative, and at no point has anyone asked that massive life changes be made to adhere to a particular plan. They seem genuinely willing to work within my lifestyle to help make necessary changes, and that's a 5 star approach in my opinion. Update 7/23: Just wanted to add that I've now lost 32 pounds and gained control over some terrible eating habits, while also lowering and maintaining blood sugar levels well into healthy levels. Looking forward to the next steps.

Experiencia fantástica: I have hypothyroidism (Hashimoto's auto-immune). Adrianne at Body Metrix was able to help me (via a food elimination diet) to identify that I am sensitive to soy and gluten. She guided me in eliminating them from my diet (not easy at first because gluten and soy are in so many things, but definitely do-able with some guidance) and the difference in how I feel is amazing.
