Experiencia fantástica: My mom works out at Holmen Eupraxia and loves it! She recently had a goal of doing 3 unassisted pull ups. With Jordan's help she attained this goal over 6 weeks! Now she has a goal of 5 unassisted pull ups. I never thought I would see my mom doing unassisted pull ups. Strong work Jordan!

Experiencia fantástica: I cannot tell you how much this gym has changed me. I came on a whim with a very dear friend, and it changed my life. I went from being so stiff that I could barely execute any exercise correctly to doing swings with a 35 lb weight this morning. I no longer have the aches and pains I came with. The trainers are patient and kind and the friendships I have developed make me look forward to going. Get out there and join, you won't regret it!
