Experiencia fantástica: I go to Andrew Manniko at the Triangle Aquatics location in Cary. I had previously spent a TON of money (out of pocket) and time (6 months), with no results, seeing a different PT at a difference business for severe bilateral hip pain. After only 8 sessions, the pain is gone in one of the two affected areas around my hips. The pain that is left is one that only a hip replacement can fix. Working with Andrew allowed me to find the cause of both areas of pain: one that he has helped to alleviate, and one that needs surgery. I couldn't be more thankful for Andrew's patience and expertise. I have been to numerous PTs through the years, and he is a rare find. He works with his clients the entire appointment time instead of darting in and out to see other patients at the same time, which I have experienced when insurance is involved.

Carlie is very knowledgeable and intent on assisting me in becoming as healthy as possible. She provides recommendations for what exercises and activity I need to perform between sessions. Experiencia fantástica: I went here for Physical Therapy (PT) after rotator cuff surgery. It was one of three providers I used for PT, and it was the best one. The first was associated with the doctor who did my surgery. They were great. The second was one I tried, who was closer to my home in FL, was absolutely terrible. Never saw the same therapist twice, and only one of the three even seemed to know what they were doing. Megan at BEST therapy was the most helpful of all three providers. She is knowledgeable, professional, and importantly, a good listener. Every visit (weekly for 5 months) she asked how I was doing when I arrived. She then modified my therapy according to my answer, which helped my recover greatly. She is a great massage therapist, dry needler, and exercise therapist. She keeps what is working, and changes what isn't working to a better exercise. And she was able to answer every question I asked her, which were many, as I am a former engineer and like to know how things work. I can't speak about the other therapists at the Hargrove Road location, as I was treated by Megan at every visit. Which is a plus in my eyes. Thank you, Megan, for the excellent treatment you gave me! One other thing, you can pay your therapist using Tap and Pay at the end of your visit, or make/modify/cancel appointments, making the whole experience much easier. All in all, BEST Therapy was great for my rehab. I have now gained back almost 100% of my pre-injury function, thanks to Megan and my doctor.

Personal service, seeing the same therapist each time, small lovely setting fully equipped, and the therapists are patient centered and extremely knowledgeable. Currently doing PT following a dang ol L5S1 bulge that put me in hospital for 3 days, and home health care PT for 6 weeks, glad glad glad to return to Marisa Lee, she rocks!

Experiencia fantástica: Easily the best PT staff I've ever worked with! As I've gotten older, I've had various MS issues pop up, both acute and a few chronic issues. The therapist at the Hargrove Rd. location in Raleigh ( Marisa and Megan) have been able to zero in on the source of my problems and provide real solutions to resolve my issues! As an example, I had chronic low back pain for the past 3+ years, and with their clinical expertise, I became pain free after about 6 weeks of therapy. Nowadays, I schedule routine maintenance visits to stay dialed in. They've empowered me to turn back the hands of time so I can continue to confidently enjoy the various physical activities that I used to take for granted, and that's priceless!!

After performing poorly while playing soccer last summer, I decided to get my flexibility, posture, and physical fitness back in order. I called a few clinics and for me, B.E.S.T was the closest, cleanest, and most reasonably priced, while also having an array of competent staff. Shaina kindly helped me get set up over the phone and once I showed up, Megan was so welcoming and helpful! I came in hoping mainly for basic postural and core exercises. In the end, I gained so much more insight into how to improve my body/fitness as a whole.

He initially guided me through rehab of an ACL reconstruction, and has since helped me through various knee, hip, leg, back, shoulder, and elbow problems. As expected I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I went in with shoulder pain which has been going on for months now.
