Steve corresponded with me via phone before my initial consultation and first acupuncture session with Dr. Pulley. Steve was very friendly, kind and caring. She also taught and informed (drew pictures and diagrams) instead of just providing the service. I was pleasantly surprised. I visited her office for help with neck and back tightness and pain that started with sports injuries I had several years ago. It has been since 2006 that I have been going regularly, though jumping around the past few years trying to find the right match. I was finally done with the Chiropractor I had been going to for over a year. I had chronic fatigue and after years of thyroid tests, iron level checks, eating healthy and so much other advice, my primary care doctor could never “fix” it. Within the first week of my consult/adjustment I noticed a HUGE improvement. Everything she told me 1-explained what was happening and WHY. And 2-made sense. Months later and I’m still feeling great! She explains everything she does and how it relates to and helps you and what you’re experiencing.
