Experiencia negativa: HORRIBLE PLACE. Do not bring your kids here. The front desk girls are so rude and not helpful at all. They don’t even keep papers from referrals and they take forever. I’ve been needing therapy for one of my kids and it’s been MONTHS that they say they never get an email and that they don’t have my child’s diagnosis report. This place deserves a 0 rating not even a one star.

Experiencia negativa: I’m not very good at writing reviews but some staff are sometimes a bit rude while others are kind. Dr. Oparaugo can also be a little sarcastic or disrespectful at times with his comments but I guess that’s his way of trying to make the patients more comfortable..

Experiencia negativa: They never have vaccines available and they still make you book an appointment and wait two hours just to tell you there is no vaccines !!! SO IRRESPONSIBLE AND THEY MAKE YOU WAIT AND SAY ALL THE NURSES ARE BUSY BUT NO THERE JUST IN THE FRONT HAVING PERSONAL CONVERSATIONS!!

Experiencia negativa: There are people who are not fit to care for people in need of adequate care for children and their paperwork as working mothers. They always put up obstacles instead of being empathetic and trying to help people. If they do not have a vocation as doctors and assistants, look for other jobs. That they really like them.

Experiencia negativa: Minor customer service , they can’t even answer the front desk phone so I can make an appointment for my son , I just got eligible for Medicaid for him , I spoke to one person for 2 min left on hold for 10 and im pretty sure they forgot that I was on hold and they keep hanging up my phone calls , this is very unprofessional especially in a doctors office , HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND And thank you for wasting our time

Experiencia negativa: Here is an update to my experience with Dr.Oparaugo . It's been 5 yrs since I made my post and my son is now 6 years old. He is allergic to penicillin ,confirmed by his new pediatrician, which Dr.Oparaugo completely denied even though my son would break out in hives and rashes. We brought to the doctors attention that my son is a slow developer, but Dr. Oparaugo would not listen to my wife and I. My son now gets treated for seizures, and was attending speech and occupational therapy. I understand not all doctors are alike, but there is no reason for Dr. Oparaugo to behave the way he does. I'm glade some people have had great experiences with him ,but I will forever remember his disrespectful comments and bad manners towards my wife and son.

Experiencia negativa: Everyone has a hit or miss review with Dr. Oparaugo. I mean it’s great that he’s a terrific doctor for many people, but for my younger brother, he had the worst experience with this man. My younger brother has chronical illnesses regarding his glucose levels and his pancreas. Dr. Oparaugo had disrespected my little brother saying that he was going to die if he didn’t start changing his eating habits. Turns out, my little brother had autism in which he has sensory issues which is why he isn’t open to try other foods, aside from the foods that he is comfortable with. He also diagnosed with type one diabetes which he also disregarded. He was nine at the time, and some children need attention that others, not all children are the same. This doctor doesn’t comprehend that. Aside from encouraging my mom to punish my little brother, he had misdiagnosed him multiple times, and my brother got so ill that he had to the QuickCare and he got diagnosed with pneumonia. Dr. Oparaugo disregarded this multiple times. If it weren’t for the kind doctors at the QuickCare who knows what could have happened to my brother. It’s understandable that medical school is extensive and quite tiring, but not all of the patients that they attend to are the same. Whenever my mom would bring up concerns for my brother’s health, he would disrespect her saying that she doesn’t know anything, and that he is the doctor. Not a doctor has more knowledge on a child’s medical history than their parent or guardian. To those who are questioning if they want to continue with Dr. Oparaugo, please make sure to keep your documents, to provide evidence in case he will do the same to you. What he did to my little brother is unacceptable, and could have risked himself for a lawsuit for medical mispractice. I encourage all parents to find the best option for their children, even if it becomes tiring, your child deserves the best.

Of course I make appointments and time my trip accordingly. when I get there I'm always greeted by the nice women who work in the front plus the Dr is so good with my little one. He makes good conversation with the parents as well as making the baby feel comfortable. Nice little place out in the cut haha.

Experiencia negativa: If i could give 0 stars i would the wait time to talk to someone was over an hour and i am a single mom with hardly any money and i live across town and no one is understanding that i was literally 2 mins away. And i was stuck in traffic so close to the dr office. Very Rude. Not helpful. Doctors never in. Only the nurse practitioner. They always reschedule. Horrible Horrible customer service

Experiencia negativa: This office is the most unprofessional I’ve ever seen or heard of. The communication with rescheduling my sons appointment was terrible. The managers are rude as hell & barely can speak English. I would never recommend. Wish I could give it no stars.

Experiencia fantástica: Evryone is friendly Dr.Oparaguao is the best, he has been seeing my two children the 2nd since birth he has been his pediatrician, my son is 5 now and he always tries to be friendly and nice to my kids specially when they would cry from beign scared Dr is very knowledgable and always advices and listens to my concerns.

The back office staff are awesome thus the 3 stars! Need more toys on each sides of the office and need to clean the waiting room walls or paint them either way it looks horrible in front and back

Experiencia fantástica: First time for my toddler and teenager. Front desk staff were polite and informative. I was in and out, I was filling out new patient paperwork and was called into a room. Dr was professional and polite, answered all my questions and concerns. My experience was great thank you to the entire staff at Good Choice Pediatrics.

Experiencia negativa: Ive never been to this clinic, but ive had the unfortunate dealings with this DR. Oparaugo. My wife and i had a baby at Mountain view hospital. My baby was born with elevated levels of bilirubin. Instead of putting her under the lights, to fix this simple issue. He told my wife they would be discharged the following day. After the 4th !!! Billi test, he tells the charge nurse to put her in the nic U, to do her light therapy. My daughter should have had this treatment within hrs of her birth. Its either gross negligence, or extremely poor judgment. Either way i would never trust this man with the care of my child!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Oparaugo is one of the best doctors I've ever met. He's direct, prompt, no-nonsense, and FANTASTIC with my son. As a first time parent, I highly recommend him. The office staff is also extremely helpful and friendly. I cannot rave enough about this place :)

Experiencia negativa: The Doctor seems nice and knows what he does. Unfortunately the front desk people are very rude. There is an older lady ( office manager maybe) who is super rude and disrespectful. I have since changed z Doctor for my daughter because I feel like they treat me so if I have no options. When I called to talk to the Doctor he reminded me of how long we have been clients and technically my complaint has no merit.

Everytime I go we wait for ever and once dr Is finally in room he spends more time on the computer than talking with me and checking the kids. When I take them sick he just glances at them and then proscribes antibiotics. I know my daughter has a tongue tie he says no and I know my daughter has a speach problem and he said no. I have 4 kids i should know if something is wrong with my child! So for those reasons I am finally finding a new docor!

I can go on and on about how the doctor runs his office and frankly i believe he should go back to school and figure it out because this is the WORST doctors office ever. I feel bad for all Front Desk and MA's because they are siper nice and sweet and do what they can do. But the doctor is just not what you want to care for your child.

Experiencia fantástica: Great place to take your kids, but like any other place, please make an appointment or you will wait a while.They take walk ins but only from 8am to 9am or 1pm to 2pm. Mornings are faster though.

Experiencia negativa: Worst place to take your child, the doctor would rather talk about his "perfect" son and my wife gaining weight after birth then to actually discuss the issue with my son, and anything we tell him about our son he thinks we are lying. If you're looking for a pediatrician don't come here.

She has no education and communications skills, the nurses and fronts clerks thinks she's a bad person for the position. It's a shame we can't talk to the doctor about. I have to go back to doctor TAGUBA is far from my place but 100% recommended. Who you can talk to when she is the manager and HR is just an blind spot.

Experiencia negativa: Well how do i start, he is been my daughter since she was born , he is ok but the costumer service in the office is horrible, if you ask for a results first they want to charge you 7 dls then is 8dls for the paper and ink when all that i need is a fax , the "manager" out there a rude with not education at all laughing about me and of course never help me at all, oh well they lose a patient and I'm pretty sure many more with that "manager". He tenido a mi hija aqui con este dr desde que nacio, el doctor es bueno, pero el personal de la oficina pesimo, llame por que necesitaba un fax para los resultados de sangre la recepcionista no tenia ni idea que hacer, luego me dijo que me cobraban 7 dolares termino pasandome con la "manager" una senora muy grosera y desagradable burlandose de mi a todo momento por tener una pesima administracion en su oficina y culpando hasta al WIC , por supuesto no recibi ayuda alguna sino una voz burlona llamandome "senito" con un profesionalismo!!! que lastima estaba agusto con este doctor pero con este personal en la oficina no gracias jamas !!

Experiencia negativa: Do not bring your children here. Very Unsanitary and they dont wear Gloves! I reported this today to nevada health district. No traiga a sus hijos aqui, no son sanitarios al manejar las vacunas, ni si quieran usan guantes. Solo dios sabe si se lavan las manos.
