Experiencia fantástica: I am not surprised this is a five star business and think my review will probably echo what many others have said. Our 2.5yo is on the autism spectrum and I expected this to be a tough appointment. Plus, for his first appointment, I saw a grey spot on a molar that I recognized as a cavity. Starting with the booking…The front desk and office management is what you would hope all doctor offices would have. They are personable, well informed, have good software programs and tech to help book and remind about appointments. When first arriving, the waiting room has something for most kids - tablets, interactive table, books, toys, and a large selection of wheeled cars (see picture). My son was in heaven. When the doctor greeted us, the dental assistant literally got down on all fours and played with my son so I could have a real conversation. That was the best part I wish all pediatric offices would do! Dr. Moursi is a professor and chairman over at NYU and comes to this location a few times a month. He was easy to understand and kind and felt like he genuinely cared for my son. Most of the appointment was educating me about dental health and asking questions to get a full detailed history. I learned so much. The cleaning and evaluation was, as expected, not enjoyed by my son but was very fast and efficient. The team had all the right moves to be able to properly look at the mouth, see teeth positioning and spacing, and found not one but two cavities. We spoke after about what they saw so not to prolong time with my son in the chair. We are so happy we found this practice!

Experiencia fantástica: The whole visit is wonderfully thoughtful. One is cared for-- ranging from the child's psychological experience to a badly needed coffee (for the parent). The whole team is superb (dentists and reception alike). What I appreciate most are the few dental emergencies we've had. We were seen immediately and cared for expertly. While I hope we don't have any more...it is comforting to know my kid's teeth are in gentle and confident hands with all their doctors.

The staff is very professional, friendly and available to assist her and the parents. We take our boys for the last 7 years and every single appointment has been perfect. Very warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable. It's hard bringing young children to the dentist, especially during these crazy times, but Dr. Ross does a great job in both treating and educating them - they even enjoy brushing their teeth now, just like Dr. Ross showed them.

It is also a pleasure to speak with the cheerful , patient and professional assistants that take care of my children at this practice. They will do their best to accommodate any schedule changes or emergencies that a busy working mom of 3 may be faced with. Many years ago, Dr.Moursi went out of his way to arrange my special needs child’s emergency dental procedure, which involved coordinating anesthesia and and surgical personnel basically overnight. I will forever be grateful for the understanding, support and care I felt at that very, very difficult time. Experiencia fantástica: Dr Corielli was referred by our pediatrician more than 10 years ago and our children have been Dr Corielli’s patients ever since. Not only our children but I as their mother have build very good trust/relationship with the office like extend family and I cannot be thankful enough to have such kind warm hearted specialists on our team to raise our children in this city. Marina was the hygienist my child with a particular preference chose to tolerate and Dr Corielli is the dentist he listened and decided to work on his thumb sucking. Mission completed as explained and discussed between Dr Corielli and him. My stubborn little guy had one on one meeting with Dr and determined without hesitation. She believed in him and he responded to that. That was beyond impressive. I’m especially grateful for their kind arrangements to make sure he only has Marina for his hygienist and Dr Corielli for his dentist. The trust was very important for my child and the office has never failed to keep that promise to be in good hands. Thanks to their hands on teaching, our children have less dental issues and visits outside the regular check up. They are always happy to be back to dental check up, and they are always so relaxed in the office. It sounds weird to our generation but that’s the magic they definitely have!

We just took my son to his first pediatric dentist appointment - he just turned two so to say I was nervous about how it would go is an understatement. Dr. Ross Wengrover at Bright Healthy Smiles is incredible - he was so good with my son... beyond patient and caring. He made the whole experience so easy and pleasant to the point my son said he wanted to go back to Dr. Ross the next day! Cannot recommend Dr. Ross enough!

After being seen by MANY different pediatric dentists for a dental procedure most dentists wanted to just “treat”my daughter. None of them took the time to get to know or evaluate her and ultimately decide what would work best for us and most importantly her. My daughter became very nervous at various dental appointments and often time resisted most dentists. But not until we found Bright Healthy Smiles. The team at this office is awesome! Everyone in the office makes you as the parent feel happy and safe which in turn helped my daughter feel happy and comfortable to go there. The office is very child friendly and their cleanliness is top notch! We met with Dr. Ross and came up with a game plan that worked best for our daughter. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough and took his time with us to explain and weigh out all different treatment plans. Together, we came up with a plan that worked best for our daughter. Dr. Ross is a very friendly, caring, and PATIENT dentist. We are SO happy we found him. We rave about Bright Healthy Smiles to all of our family and friends. We will never use another dentist. Before my recent appointment at the UES location I spoke to the office staff regarding covid protocols - they could not have been nicer and explained everything they are doing so clearly. My nerves were eased and that is not easy to do right now. Our visit went seamlessly and I felt very comfortable. We see Dr. Ross who is the absolute sweetest. My daughter is a very rambunctious 3 year old and he immediately made her feel calm and safe. And she had fun which is so important! He explained everything really clearly before he started and talked to her step by step while he performed her cleaning. I can't recommend him more. Ever since our visit my daughter has asked to go back to see him. So much so, that she cries when I tell her we only need to see the dentist twice a year. I spoke to the office and asked if Dr. Ross would call her to explain the situation. Not only did he call her, he Facetimed us so she could see him. The fact that he took time out of his busy day to do that was just a testament to how much he cares, and goes above and beyond. I am so glad that we found this practice and Dr. Ross!

Dr. Ross is amazing with children. He cares and truly takes the time to explain everything, even for the simple appointments. Even after the appointment he stays around and shows our son all of the toys in the office. My son became best friends with him and didn't want to leave. As she is both an MD and a DDS, Dr. Corielli can bring to bear a comprehensive knowledge to any case. My daughters love going to her inviting and luminous office and have always felt at ease with her. I have recommended her to a number of other parents who have been similarly impressed. There are several areas to engage your child while you await to be seen by Dr. Corelli, which was not long at all. The assistant quickly set us and there was a smooth transition throughout the visit. The doctor was extremely attentive with a relaxed tone and very professional throughout. The nutritionist offered really helpful tips at the end of our visit. Overall, it felt like a fun outing and not at all a medical visit. Highly recommend.

I was always hesitant to get braces because of my crossbite but Dr. Jordan provided me with options so I was able to choose a treatment plan I was comfortable with. I am so happy with the progress and can not wait to see the end result. It is gorgeous office with a helpful friendly staff and doctors. I wish I had an office like this as a child but now I can enjoy it as an adult.

Experiencia fantástica: Clean, professional, holistic approach to teeth cleansing and maintenance. Our daughter was seen by Dr. Corielli who was gentle, positive and approachable. Explained every single procedure she was doing and the reasons for it. I especially, enjoyed the thorough explanation of how diet and habits contribute to teeth development. Once, Dr. Corielli finished, we were seen by a nutritionist- Jillian Kaye, to really help us figure out how to help our daughter maintain healthy teeth through realistic diet suggestions for a picky toddler. The office itself was so aesthetically pleasing to children and adults alike. My husband got to enjoy an expresso, while my daughter explored the space which was filled with books, toys, sustainablly made cars!! iPads and video games; essentially everything to ensure you never want to leave the office which has been carefully furnished with attention to detail for quality. Lastly, it was really hard to get our daughter to leave, naturally it almost felt like a teeth cleaning spa for kids. Can’t wait to visit it again.

Experiencia fantástica: Mother of 5 kids here in Manhattan and these folks are amazing! I have a special needs' son and they are super gentle and patient and explain everything very well. My other son had a tooth extracted this week and Dr. Corelli did a great job on an infected tooth and gum and has made sure it's healing well. My 3 year old goes and is comfortable there too. Love their new uptown office - just gorgeous and my 7 year old refers to it as "can I go to the dentist with the iPads?" Every little detail is intentional and beautiful and every staff member make you feel welcome!

Experiencia fantástica: If I could give six stars to Dr. Benichou I would. She responded to a dental emergency that if left untreated overnight may have turned fatal for my 10 y.o. On a very short notice by a colleague, Dr. Benichou went back to her office in the late evening (after hours) and waited for us to arrive. She evaluated and treated a patient she has never met before. Dr. Benichou is a true doctor who applied the Hipocratic oath values of sympathy and understanding throughout the care of her patient. She has earned my everlasting respect and affection.

Having experience with other pediatric dentists I can say that they know how to make children feel comfortable and well about their teeth.
