Experiencia positiva: They recently moved to another location that is smaller, and nothing is updated on the websites about whether they offer barre or the lion den fitness classes anymore. In addition, i believe they no longer have hot yoga either?? I don’t understand why they don’t just be transparent with the pricing and post it front and center on website especially the yearly membership. Last time I saw pricing it was $2,000 USD (yes you read that right) for annual membership. HOWEVER, that was including multiple type of classes not just yoga so if the price range is still that and they minimized space AND activities I would pass. There still needs to be a lot of improvement, but on the positive note, they did offer class drop ins/ free trails to help determine if it was something I was interested in. At that time they offered a variety of time slots which was amazing if you worked or had kids.

Smaller classes, and the instructors are always stressing the importance of taking things at your own comfort level so as to not strain yourself. Experiencia negativa: Limited selection of class times/options, especially on weekends. Refused entry when five minutes late and charged $10 for a “missed class.” Signed up for the trial membership for $125, then they offered a $30 trial membership promotion two days later. I should’ve been more prudent before signing up but reading the “snippy” responses to other customer reviews shows me clearly I should be happy to walk away after just one month.

Experiencia negativa: I love yoga with Jesus, Pilates, barre and that instructor but the other classes not so great one plays offensive music. There aren’t any showers for morning classes before work. And the place smells bad. I foolishly signed a contract and then my granddaughter got sick so I haven’t been able to go. They won’t even work with me to put the membership on hold until I can go back. So I’ve paid for two months and can’t go. I asked them to let me out of the contract due to not being able to go right now and they said you pay 55% of the contract so almost $800 to get out of the contract. Really regret signing up. Should have just stuck with yoga for Jesus drop ins.

Experiencia fantástica: My favorite details about YogaStrong are they have multiple types of classes from heated hatha, to gentle heated, non heated yoga classes (flow), Pilates, barre, kickboxing. They also have a class called Yoga for Jesus which is unique. The best thing about them is, you don't feel pressured here, you can take your time in a pose. They truly encourage you to listen to your body. In addition, they offer community based events like Thanksgiving Potluck, etc. I haven't seen offered types of Yoga that are not flow, but they are 100% a better option than a gym membership in my opinion if you are someone who wants to socialize as a group. There earliest classes always start at 9am, so it would not be a good option if you only had early morning available.

Experiencia fantástica: I came here looking for a beginners yoga class to help me with my lower back pain. After about 3 or 4 sessions I do not feel pain anymore and I became more flexible . Absolutely love it!

Experiencia negativa: This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. I did the 30 day trial discount classes two years ago and paid off everything and haven't heard anything since. 2 years later (today) they send me a random text out of no where with a snapshot of their computer screen showing me I owe 10 dollars, with no description and threatening to send my account to collections.

If you haven’t been to YogaStrong yet you should check it out. They are running a special $49.99 for unlimited classes during a two week period.

Experiencia fantástica: I started with the 2 week unlimited trial in July and signed up to be a member right after. I like the variety of class types. What drew me in was that it wasn’t just yoga flows, but Pilates, barre, and other classes. The class times are good for different schedules too.

They treat you with respect and make you believe in yourself even when your not sure of what you're doing. I know there's been many times I've had to stop and try to catch up only because I'm not familiar with all the poses, But they're always there with modifications, and always making sure you're comfortable and safe. I know I have a way to go, but I also know that I'm going to make it happen with the help of YOGA STRONG!!

The Strongbarre and Strongfusion Flow, 108 Suns are my favorite! Take all the instructors you can, I love them all. The Shanti Chic clothing is top of the line and everyone is helpful. Talk to Jerod, he will steer you in the right direction. The owners Tink and Krysten are full of soul and I’m right at home. You get luxury, attention, lavender towels, and a workout. I see a difference in my body . I can’t say enough, get here now guys and the pricing are the lowest I’ve found for this quality!!
