Experiencia negativa: Unprofessional Front Desk Experience My recent visit was disappointing due to the unprofessional behavior of the front desk receptionist. She made an unnecessary issue out of a simple mistake—forgetting to fill in one section of a form—instead of handling it politely. Unfortunately, this kind of rudeness seems common in some NJ offices, but it’s especially frustrating in a healthcare setting where patience and courtesy matter. The office itself is very small and cramped, with no privacy—conversations can easily be overheard. For a medical practice, the lack of professionalism and uncomfortable environment make it hard to recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: I have 2 kids and have been coming here for 4 year. Dr. Jariwala and his entire staff and amazing. Thankful beyond words that I have a great doctor who always puts me at ease and properly diagnoses and treats my kids. The wait is never long, yet the staff and doctors take their time with every single patient. I've recommended this practice to friends and family and they're extremely happy, too.

I never feel rushed during appointments, and she explains everything clearly and thoroughly. Her genuine care and professionalism make me feel confident that I am in the best hands. Experiencia fantástica: When going to any doctor's office, there are two parts that need to come together for a positive experience. The staff at the front desk and the doctor. Too often one or the other is lacking but here it is very good.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. J has been nothing but wonderful! He takes his time to listen and answers ALL of your questions honestly. He’s so welcoming and answered all I consider silly questions without making me feel stupid. I did not feel rushed, and all the staff was delightful. I’ve gone at different times during the day, and the wait was never long.

Experiencia fantástica: My children have been going to Dr. Jariwala for 18 years. He is a doctor that is thorough and uses his expertise / experience to make the right decisions. My children are young adults now and are comfortable during their visits. Dr. Jariwala is very knowledgeable and I feel is the perfect pediatrician/ young adult doctor around.

Experiencia fantástica: I called late in the afternoon because my grandson had a high temperature. They told me to bring him right in. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Office is very friendly and always accommodating.

Experiencia negativa: Have had my children going there for over 20yrs. They have not returned multiple phone calls, emails, etc. I am heartbroken, frustrated, and very disappointed in this behavior. Their lack of response and care for my (and my children's) concerns are very upsetting!

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely love Dr J. He's a family doctor. He's seen all of us since kids and now sees our kids. Definitely a trustworthy doctor. I love about an hour in a half away and I without a doubt make the drive just to go to him. Would definitely recommend him.

Experiencia negativa: This doctors office is literally the worst doctors office EVER!!!!!!!!!!! If you are looking for a pediatrician this is not the place you want to go to. Getting someone to answer the phone is a nightmare. Every time you call it is never the same. You can also leave dozens of messages and no one will ever call you back. The dialing system prompts are always different where some days you are lucky to hear a representative on the line and majority of the time you hear press option 2-9 to be connected and the phone never connects then the line disconnects, or my favorite you have reach the doctors office leave a voicemail and we will never get back to you. The hours are all over the place, never knowing when they close or open and trying to get a prescription or refill one is impossible. Appointments get cancelled all the time on the day before or the day of even when you have been waiting 2 weeks out just to schedule an appointment. You can go to the office, are prescribed prescriptions, go to the pharmacy to pick it up and it's never there. Then are advised to call the doctors office back to make sure the information is released and yet no one answers. From here I usually spend the rest of the day calling until they close with no answer or maybe someone picks ups but ending in the same results from the pharmacy that they have not received information. 9/10 I'm stuck with blowing the office up the next day leaving my child without the medication that she needs. What annoying is that I was recommended to this office by Aneta Better health due to our previous doctors office upgrading their system and stop carrying our insurance. Now instead of a 5 mins drive around the corner it's a 30 min drive without traffic All I want is my child latest immunization records, along with her last visit records so I can find a new doctors office, but guess what? THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Jariwala was my pediatrician and is now both my kids pediatrician. I now live in Sussex County and drive the 45 minutes for Doctor J. I would never change him as our family doctor. Dr. J is detailed, patient, knowledgeable and most importantly caring. I can’t even begin to express how appreciative I am to have Doctor J around till this day for my children.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. J is the best pediatrician ever. He’s taken care of me, my two sisters, and my sisters children for about 30 years now and counting. I’m currently 23 and he has taken care of me since birth. We have always trusted his medical diagnosis. He’s knowledgeable and explains everything very clearly. We’re very lucky to have had him as a doctor!

Experiencia negativa: Terrible! The worst place I've ever visited. I would give zero star if I could for the unprofessional front desk helper and the manager of Dr. Jariwala. They don't show any respect or empathy to me or my son. They even made it so hard to us to transfer my son's data to go to a different doctor. The worst customer service and the most unprofessional doctor I ever had.

Experiencia fantástica: Very professional and nice staff. Dr. Jeriwala is the best doctor my girls have ever had. He patiently answered EVERY single question and his answers are detailed. His goal is to have your child feeling better and for the parent to understand why their child is sick and what to do to prevent. He is understanding in every concern. I would never change him. And not to mention if its the middle of the night he will call you back in literally 2 minutes. I recommend this doctor to all.
