Experiencia fantástica: I received a hydrafacial from Chelsea. She did a great job and was good at explaining what all was taking place and the products that she was using. My results were great. Unfortunately I could not leave her a tip since it is unethical for a medical practice to take tips. But I was very happy with my facial and would definitely go back!

Experiencia negativa: I had some botox treatments already in the past and it was just recently that I experienced a ptosis or drooping eyelids. I looked so horrible for a month now. They gave me a prescription and it was another expenses that I have to deal with. The eyedrops only gives me a little relief on my small eye that is suffering with ptosis for few hours and it goes back to being very small again. It is even affecting my vision. I am not happy that this happened to me at a very wrong time for I have some engagement that I had to postpone. I also have some incoming occasions that I have to attend to even with my eyes that look so embarrassing and horrible. Now, I don't know if having a botox treatment is safe or not. It is a phobia that develops in me now due to this treatment result and experience.

She took the time to explain the process, and a few alternatives, in great detail and sent me home to research and prepare more. I left with an overwhelming sense that I'm in good hands. She know me, my face, my skin, my budget and wants the best outcome for me. What more could you ask for? I highly recommend April!

Experiencia fantástica: Today is going on Day 3 that I got my brows tinted and they are still in tact. I hav been very careful not to rub or smudge them. I got “two” services. Eyebrow tint & eyelash tint and lift. Was a little hesitant with the outcome of my brows because they were so huge and bold. My brows are small and non existent so it was an adjustment.. What I liked was Lauren acknowledged my hesitation and fixed my concerns. Wasn’t a big fan of them until I applied my makeup for the event I got them done for. Only thing I didn’t like was the final look, looked chalky and penciled, not dyed. Overall it gave me the look I wanted. Don’t recommend the lash lift and tint. Tried to save money by not getting a set of lashes. Was not paying almost $200. The last tint and lift once they were done just looked like she applied mascara. Didn’t really see a difference. Wasn’t for me and that’s ok. Lauren was very nice and professional. I love the people here. Very friendly place.

Chelsea will have your skin glowing and gives individualized treatments for your specific skin tone and texture. April and all the injector technicians always come through with expert technique and services. Add friendly customer service at the front desk and complimentary mimosas and you will quickly see why I’ve used 3 other medspa’s in Tyler but now I’ll never go anywhere but Luxe!!

Experiencia fantástica: First came here for lash extensions but then was excited to learn of all the other services they offer. Alex does such a GREAT job with lashes I wont ever go anywhere else! I had never heard of micro needling before but after Odessa explained it to me I gave it a try and it tightened fine lines and gave me great texture. Odessa and Alex are both experts!

Called them to discuss maybe the reason why and to check pricing for a different procedure. Never bothered to call me back. Very unprofessional. Will never use them again. Better places that are more professional and better prices with products that actually work.

Experiencia negativa: Dont waste your money. Im fairly new to Tyler and i heard good things about this place so i was excited to try it out. I booked facial and mani&pedi. The facial was fairly good. No complaining there but that was only good part of my experience. After the facial, i was expected to get mani&pedi but there was a mix-up which i understand it could happen. Anyway, i waited about 15 mins until they find someone for me. But it was absolutely the worse mani&pedi experience i ever had. My cuticles are remained, the color i picked was old and it started to crack and create air pockets. I asked the girl to remove it and i didnt even bother to color the toes. On top of it, such unfriendly staff did not make the experience any better.

Experiencia negativa: Expensive and overrated. Went in for just a wash and style (due to a broken arm); my hair didn't feel clean when she was done and the style was sloppy. She was nice enough but all I needed was clean and presentable hair, and this failed to deliver. First pic is what my regular hairdresser did just 4 days ago; the other pic is from today.

I've always had trouble getting what I want at a salon but Stephanie is a PHENOMENAL communicator and makes my hair goals an easy collaboration. She gives great professional advice and delivers an amazing end result. Not to mention the boutique is so so cute! Love it!!

Experiencia positiva: I booked appointments at this spa the day of my wedding and for the most part it was a great experience. My hair and make-up was done by Kayla and it was perfect. My swedish massage was heaven...We were a bridal party of 8 and the ONLY good part of this day was our hair and the massages. When it came to nails and pedicures they were horrible. I had an american manicure and the only thing she did was paint the off white across the tip and NOTHING else, not top coat no other color nothing... the girls who had manicures actually had to ask for their nails to be cleaned up because there was polish on their fingers. Upon checking out, the lady at the desk charged people for services that were already paid for and when told they were paid for refused to even look it up to find the gift card that was in the computer (thanks to Kayla for finding and fixing this for us). The $40 polish change for my flower girl was dreadful as well. I tried to call and talk to the managers and have left three messages with a promise each time that someone would return my call. After a week of no response, I figured this (if it is ever read) would maybe save a bride and her bridal party from the same stress on their day. If you want a great pedicure and manicure, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE... If you want a great massage and a beautiful hair do, see Kayla and the massage girls.
