Experiencia fantástica: Update March 2025: Still using them and food gets better and better. I've tried other bigger companies that send frozen meals and it's just depressing . I've also tried another local meal prep company and had a bad experience. Jacked cares a lot and keeps growing and updating their services and menu. I have a hard time finding time to meal prep and this saves me so much time and energy while still being able to hit my macros. Highly recommend. Great food, and I love that you can also custom order meals. Everything is fresh and tastes delicious.

However, they still gave me meals at no charge! Great customer service, food is awesome and always fresh/heats up well. I’m trying to save money by meal prepping myself but I’ll definitely be ordering any time I don’t feel like cooking.

Any questions I’ve had about subscription plans have been immediately addressed on a personal basis. Given the hours it takes every week to meal plan, shop, and food prep- we have not found it impacts the budget too severely to use J-N instead; however, the return of my time has been a game changer. How nice to not worry on Sunday nights what to eat for the week. Will continue using this service- it helps us to get healthy meals on the table quickly with little effort and is supporting local small business. 110% without question.

The staff were friendly and attentive, and they made sure that all of my needs were met throughout the meal. The food itself was nothing short of amazing. I ordered the Turkey burger and sweet potato waffle fries and it was cooked to perfection. The flavors were well balanced and the presentation was beautiful. I also had the chocolate chip pancakes for dessert, which was equally delicious. Overall, I would highly recommend Jacked Nutrition to anyone looking for a high-quality Meal prep experience. I've tried another meal prep service in Lex but I was disappointed by the flavor. But not from Jacked! Their grilled chicken is so tender and seasoned so well! I finally realized I made the mistake of having my meals shipped to my home instead of my workplace. Totally my fault!! Jessica fixed the issue and brought replacement meals by my work that same day! The ones to my house had been ruined by the heat. This is a great locally owned company and they have great food. Some of my fav's are the pollo poblano and Rocky inspired philly steak stuffed pepper! Yummy!

I had been a professional athlete a good portion of my life and, of course, that revolved around healthy nutrition. However, I became very ill and doctors were puzzled as to what caused my symptoms. It turned out to be hyperthyroidism. After finding the right medication, I had over 20 lbs to lose. I was able to lose 22 lbs last year with Jacked-Nutrition and keep it off! Healthy meal prep made the work so much easier! Jessica is genuinely serious about sourcing the best ingredients and really helping the people that buy their food live a healthier lifestyle. Protein pancakes are always a favorite and I love that I can customize my meals! I highly recommend Jacked Nutrition, especially, if you are new to meal prep.
