Experiencia fantástica: I’ve struggled with my weight my entire life, but after the birth of my son and pandemic, the weight began to multiply. I’ve always hid behind my insecurities through humor. It was much easier to be the funny fat girl than just the fat girl. I saw a photo of myself at my sons birthday party last year that brought me to tears and was the wake up call that something had to change. I had already been seeing Kate for Dysport treatments for a few years and knew how amazing she was for aesthetics, so when she told me she was going to start offering wellness services to target hormone imbalances and weight loss I figured it was worth a shot. The first appointment was very relaxed. Kate asked a few questions and asked me at one point what was the one thing I wanted to focus on improving. From there she wanted to do some baseline bloodwork, my primary physician had just ran a full blood panel that all came back normal so I was a little skeptical on what she would find as “imbalanced”. Once the results came back it was clearly obvious my hormones were completely out of whack. Kate presented her suggestions on ways to begin regulating my numbers, but never once forced a ridiculous plan on me in anyway. She was very helpful and sincere and it was very obvious her end goal was to make me feel like the best version of myself possible, opposed to a gimmicky sales pitch. We all know weight loss and health in general is never an easy or short journey, but having Kate as my copilot has made the impossible journey suddenly possible. I had started exercising and counting macros last year on my own and was able to lose five pounds in five months, granted the holidays were in there but not much progress. Since partnering with Kate over the last eight months, following the same macro counting and exercise regimen I have lost 35 pounds, and feel better than ever!!! This is more of a novel than just a review, but if you take anything away from this… do yourself a favor and give her six months to change your life! My only regret is not starting sooner.
