Experiencia positiva: Website says they are open until 7PM during the week. I drove 30 minutes from the other side of Lake Conroe because they have a specific product I like. I get there at about 6:45 & the gates to the entrance are closed. There was a young man out front. I guess the owner. I asked if he was open. He said no because he didn't work today. I wasted an hour of time & gas. I dunno, but just maybe they should be open when they say they are. I will be ordering from someone else. Update: Changing my review. The person I encountered was not the owner. The owner contacted me & made things right, which I appreciate greatly. Turns out the employee working needed to take off early & did not notify the owner. It says a lot about the owner to address this so quickly & professionally. Thank you.
