Experiencia negativa: NEVER! Office staff and Chiropractor talk smack about patients in front of patients .... Front desk hung up on me when I asked for my medical records AFTER waiting weeks for them. When I asked polietly about charges they sent me by mail. They snarled at me I was supposed to know what my insurance covered it wasn't their job. I want nothing to do with them. Now they constantly send me texts when I've asked them to stop.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a horrible car accident in late 2018 that made the months after miserable. My husband was referred to Integrated Medical Solutions by his doctor for injuries related to and not related to the car accident. The difference I saw in him made me consider seeing the doctors at Integrated Medical Solutions for my migraines, over all pain, plantar fasciitis, among my other health problems. Having to tackle my issues one at a time I went from not being able to sit or drive for more than 5 minutes pain free to being able to drive anywhere I need, I’ve been able to work out and exercise again losing 40 lbs in 2020, and I’ve only had one migraine in the last year compared to one a week. I see improvement in all the things I can do each day.

Experiencia fantástica: After having my knee scoped, I was told by orthopedic Dr to deal with my knee pain as long as I could then have a knee replacement. I've been dealing now for a little over a year. I saw an add on facebook for Integrated Med for knee pain. I limped in the first day and walked out. Dr Shreve worked on a muscle behind my knee that was tight and pulling my joint out of place. I've been going now for a couple of weeks and the pain is almost fully gone I. My knees.

My visits include five to seven different treatments. My cold feet were finally warm again thanks to to the stimulation provided by these treatments. I met other people there that had experienced severe burning in their feet for years and it was gone. Looking forward to my next treatment to see even more results! The doctors could not be nicer! Experiencia fantástica: I first met Dr Shreve and his wife Tracey on vacation and from that moment on we were bonded. While on vacation I always read fiction to relax but not Dr Shreve. He brings with him a stack of medical research so even while on vacation he is always studying and learning the most up to date practices and procedures to help his patients. Unfortunately for me I do not live in Knoxville as perhaps I would not have chosen a total knee replacement had I been treated by Dr. Shreve. But after I developed a complication I went to Knoxville for a consult. Dr. Shreve was very professional, read my xrays and helped relax my stiff knee. He found a chiropractor in my area that did the modalities he felt would help my recovery. Dr. David Shreve is one of the kindest and most caring doctors I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Knoxville you are so lucky to have Dr. Shreve! This is what I wrote. I haven't hit post yet. Thoughts?

Experiencia negativa: I went in asking about getting acupuncture. They wanted me to do something like 30 appointments worth of small chiropractic adjustments, a chair called "Back on Track" and laser therapy. That was not what I asked for so I cancelled and looked for a 2nd opinion. Found another place and they actually did the acupuncture I requested and got immense relief not only for my back pain but for my wallet as well! Don't go to this place, they're sketchy, don't listen and it just overall feels like one of those quack doctors. I would not trust them, go somewhere (anywhere) else!

They care and interact with all patients! The lady making appointments on the front desk is phenomenal at her job! My dad, Floyd Hughes, is very pleased with his treatment! Experiencia fantástica: I have several problems going on simultaneously and have suffered from increased lack of energy. I have been unable to sleep due to neuropathy and severe back pain. I have “enjoyed” the company of 2 respiratory infections, the flu and stomach virus! Added to that is Hashimoto’s disease and severe allergies. Dr Shreve has been extremely attentive and recommended numerous routines to bring me back to health. The treatments in his office along with diet and various herbs have made a difference in a relatively short time. I intend to continue with Dr. Shreve until I have reduced pain and amount of sickness have increased my stamina!

Experiencia negativa: Chiropractor is descent to good. Office staff are snarky at best. Not to be mistaken with down right rude. Snarky as in rude with a smile, a grin, and a persona of dismissal they'd rather be doing something else.. They cannot answer questions like how much a cash visit is. Cannot tell me how much my bill is. Sent me surprise charges because "insurance didn't cover everything" when I said I want to pay cash full because insurance won't pay anything. When I ask why I'm being sent additional charges they can't explain and have to leave a message. Then send me a snarky letter how it's my responsibility to know my insurance coverage not their responsibility to do that for me. (Yeah I covered that already). I'd use a few expletives to describe how poorly my opinion of the office staffs treatment towards their customers is but.... I'll just get another Chiropractor instead...

Experiencia negativa: I am very upset with the service I got from this clinic. I got an exam, x-ray, and then rushed out the door by a nurse, with no treatment or at-home care information. When I asked what I could do for my pain while waiting for treatment, all I got was a shoulder shrug, and was told to take tylenol until the next appointment. I was expecting to at least get a pamphlet of some sort. The nurse called me the following day to confirm my next appointment and admitted, after I explained that I was upset, that it was her fault, and the doctor had wanted to treat me before she told me to leave. Any number of things could have been done to rectify that situation (like calling me to come back, trying to fit me into the schedule the next day, etc.). Now they are refusing to release my x-rays so that I can take them to another doctor, and told me I have to wait "a long time" for a radiology report on them, which is the only thing they are willing to give me.
