Experiencia fantástica: I have been using the spa-like infrared sauna at Dahl for a couple of weeks and I LOVE it! Dr Dahl has created such a wonderfully healing environment in her office, I highly recommend Dr Dahl and all that she offers!

I’ve been to other places that offer a form of infrared sauna, but here, I felt that I was cared for before I even walked in the door. Dr. Dahl has taken care to provide her patients/clients for this experience with a refreshing bottle of water, and if you’re interested, you can add some flavored electrolytes. She also provides really nice organic/natural to treat yourself with after a session. (There’s absolutely no pressure to buy any products so I like to try them out and indulge myself.) One of my favorite things is the ice cold, peppermint washcloth to use after the session. It’s the little things she does that really enhance this awesome experience. The sauna is clean, comfortable, and the color therapy is really helpful. I walk out of my sessions feeling pampered. I sleep better and I move better. I feel like a new person! Thanks Dr. Dahl!

Experiencia fantástica: Though I did receive a few (successful) chiropractic treatments with Dr. Dahl for some back pain, I regularly go for the sauna benefits. I love Dr. Dahl! She is so attentive to everyone and caring. It is an exceptionally clean and cozy atmosphere. A cold liter of water awaits for each sauna session, along with a comfortable partially reclined sauna chair, plenty of clean towels and a temperature set consistently right (for me it’s 140). Also provided in room are an assortment of natural mists, lotions, deodorants, electrolyte mix for use and to sample with availability to buy. There are health tips and sauna benefits displayed. It’s not just a sauna it’s an experience that I look forward to each and every session!!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Dahl is amazing. Years ago I injured my hip. After consulting with my primary doctor and an Orthopedic doctor they found no broken bones or torn ligaments so I was prescribed pain killers and steroids'. The pain was always there in the background. Frankly, I was not convinced Chiropractic care was real medical care until I was tired of taking steroids', my heart raced all the time and the pain was still there. Wow! was I wrong. She fixed me right up. Now when my hip is a little achy, I just call and set up a few appointments and it is all better. Typically I see her about 1 time a year now for about 6 sessions and all is good. It took my husband a little longer to be convinced but after a similar consult with doctors and finding pain meds as the only solution for a back/rib issue, he tried Dr. Ann. After a few session she took care of all the pain in his rib cage / back. Turns out he has a rib that floats out of place. Easy fix!

I had thrown out my back, and a previous chiropractor had charged for a full treatment even though he didn't actually touch me. Dr. Dahl spent a great deal of time giving me a more thorough exam, and then was able to perform some gentle adjustments. I've gone back as needed and regained my mobility with her help. She really listens, and seems to have a higher level of skill than many others. She is a true healer. Highly recommended.

Experiencia fantástica: Forget the crowded, sweaty sauna of your local gym. You need Dr. Dahl's sauna. The lights and temperature are both adjustable and you can even change the colour of the lights. There is a bluetooth speaker and a temperature-controlled pocket for your phone. The aromatherapy oils are complementary and smell great. Baisically all you need for a heated vacation from the winter snow. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. The Dahls are also nice and great at addressing any concerns you may have. If you are wondering whether to stop by or not, you should definitely give it a try.
