Experiencia negativa: So I am in the military and wasn’t going to be anywhere near there for a while so I froze my account and I’m also doing college on the side so when I came back in my minimal time to cancel or call them they would never be there during there hours or answer my phone call and now they have charged me a 55 dollar charge for me not using it and I can’t get my money back what type of gym are they running.

Canceling active and fit to this place. 1 star review because there was no mention of the $50 fee when I signed up through active & fit and I already paid through them for a membership I didn't get to use

Experiencia positiva: Great place to workout! Great selection of equipment! Got a little creeped out when we watched a Male worker walk right into the Female's dressing room without knocking yesterday! My friend and I were literally just in there undressing just a few minutes before!

Experiencia fantástica: This is the best gym I've ever been to. Not only do they have every piece of equipment you could dream of, they also have phenomenal trainers who care about your success! I love how the owner builds her competitors up! I would have never thought about doing a competition till I came here and trained with Deshae. She's truly empowering and encouraging! Couldn't ask for a better trainer! The gym is clean and accessible 24 hours. Perfect for early morning or even late evening workouts and everything in between! They even have a posing room that you can pay to use to practice! The mirrors are all around and it really gives you the best views to see your progress! The community feel that this facility holds is incredible. From the staff, the fellow members, the physical fitness trainers to gym owner, all look out for one another & make you feel welcome. This gym encourages, yet challenges you but also keeps your abilities in mind to ensure you're making healthy decisions & using proper form when using the equipment. The accountability the TBF team brings into your life is such an expected surprise. Joining this gym is one of the best investments I've made for my personal wellbeing.

Experiencia fantástica: Great atmosphere, Mike is amazing he’s my personal trainer and he pushes me to be better than the idea I already have of myself which creates more determination to muscle through the intense workouts. Bobby is pretty active around the gym speaking and asking if folks are alright, sometimes even offering advice to other members in the gym.

Experiencia fantástica: I have single handily watched this gym grow by leaps and bounds. The gym is clean, safe and well equipped! The new management has shown all clients they are willing to do what it takes to increase client experience and to enhance the overall look & feel of the gym. Not many gyms you can go to that you see the owners putting in the work daily. TBF is a place you want to call your HOME gym. Any small issues I’ve had, both owners were able to jump on it right away and get it resolved because diligence and great communication can solve almost any problem! They also have GREAT promotions for first time members. I started out on a promotion and haven’t left yet!

Experiencia negativa: Sure, the facility is nice, but good luck trying to cancel your membership if you ever need to. They use some third-party provider to do their billing and I've been trying to cancel for several months and they keep charging me. You cannot just go into the fitness center and cancel, you have to send communication to this third party billing service and despite me having sent it twice now they keep saying they haven't got it and continue to charge me. What a nightmare. Edit December 2021- these guys are still charging my account and I've had to call the bank and see if I can get them to never accept transactions from total body fitness. Seriously, only consider joining this place if you are going to do it for life for sure. Otherwise, you will regret it

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been working out here for awhile, and noticed a review that was completely false! Total Body Fitness is amazing and ALL of the staff there are fantastic. I’ve known the owner Deshae for years and she’s the most trustworthy, honest, and best personal trainer there is. Her and Jacob taking over the ownership of the gym was the best decision that could’ve happened there. They keep the gym up to date and ALWAYS have new and great equipment. Now when you’re on contract obviously you’ll have to pay until that contract expires. That’s why they give you multiple, cheap options that are the best in town. Everything is easy and well explained there when signing up. And I must say, there music is fantastic! I can walk around without earphones there! Keep it up Total Body Fitness! You will always have my business.

Experiencia fantástica: Just started my membership here yesterday. I am excited to get started. I was looking for a close gym that had a good community and I believe this is the right place. I'm definitely a group fitness/cross fit type of person but no gym in the area really was a good fit. I'm trying something new and I'm excited to see how much I like it. So far the staff is really nice and the gym has mostly everything you need to get and stay in shape.

Both Management and Staff are professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. There is a healthy variety of workout equipment that is kept in great condition and sanitized! There is enough space throughout the gym that allows everyone the opportunity to workout and train without feeling "on top" of each other. In the months prior to, and after, the COVID-19 lockdown we took advantage of their personal training special...and it was worth every penny! The training staff kept us focused on our goals, the workouts pushed us beyond our limits, and the results were amazing. My wife and I lost 8.5% body fat...our waist shrunk while other targeted areas gained muscle mass to create a more athletic physic! We highly recommend anyone that is looking for the ideal gym...to consider Total Body Fitness. You will not be sorry!

Bobby is amazing and always want to help whether youre a personal training client or a regular gym member!! They work really hard to make this place where people want to work out to just be healthy or to train for competition.

Experiencia negativa: My wife has canceled her membership several months ago and we are still receiving charges to your credit card for. Phone calls no longer being re-turned. Too bad because it's in a convenient location for us.

Experiencia negativa: Tried to go during staffed hours to sign up for a membership, no one was at the counter and I couldn't get in the front door without a key card. Tried calling the gym from the parking lot three times within 10 minutes and no one would even answer the phone. Time is 4:19pm on Thursday, January 9th. Thanks for a warm welcome.

Experiencia negativa: I was refunded my other 4 charges but now being harrassed by his wife to take my review off of Facebook. Only when I threatened to go to the news did they give me my money back. All they had to do was refund all 5 when they refunded my one in Nov 22nd. Instead it took numerous emails for 10 days to these back. I also tried to cancel membership but noone is at the gym to talk to. Their phone line is also down. If you decide to join here watch your bank statements is all I say. Other then that the gym is nice and convenient and reasonable priced. All the trainers are nice as well. JUST WATCH YOUR BANK ACCOUNT. According to other people Bobby is double or even triple charging them. I am one of those people and I have asked him to cancel my membership but it hasn't been cancelled. Guess what I was charged 2 times in Nov. He refunded me for Nov 14th but still owes me for charges in July Aug and Oct. I am now out 107 because if 4 additional times. I am going to go to fox 4 problem solvers because I am not the only one this is happening to. How hard is it to refund people money that is theres. And to put people into over draft fees is absurd. I can understand one time due to glitch but 6 times in 4 months. He is going to continue to take money from people and not refund and of course you cant cancel. I really cant change my bank information because all my Bill's come out of it.

Experiencia fantástica: The team at Total Body Fitness helped motivate me to make some life changes in my fitness and health. I started with a personal training package and trained with Katie (who is one of my favorite people now I may add), along with nutrition guidance and planning from Bobby. Honestly, it completely changed my life. I now am more eager than ever to get into the gym, where before I always made excuses. My family is eating healthier and husband even lost several pounds by the lifestyle change. The entire team is welcoming and open to questions and guidance. I can't stress enough if you have the drive to make some changes for a healthier you they will get you there! At weigh in my body fat had dropped to 17% and I lost 2 inches in my waist and hips. Those were the most impactful of all for me personally. Not to mention my husband and I leave there every time talking about how clean it is. Every gym I have ever worked out at always felt grimey but TBF is seriously always spotless and smells good.

It has all the equipment I need for every work out, no matter if I am working out for fun or getting ready for a show. IT has 24 hour access which is perfect for my busy schedule. Bobby and his team is very knowledgeable and always available for questions. Cindy is very helpful and friendly when it comes to nutrition.
