She is a great doctor who always takes her time with you and answers any questions you have! She is my regular health care doctor and my gynecologist as well! I've been waiting for 3 hours and nothing, they just tell me that the doctor will give them to me!! terrible place! Do these people think you have nothing to do?

Experiencia negativa: The worst experience ever. First time my mother was there because she needed high blood pressure medication. They did all test and then said they sent the prescription to the pharmacy which they didn’t. My mother was out of medication for about 10 days. They apologized and since my mother don’t speak English and they speak Spanish, we give them another chance. Well let’s just say that it has been 2 weeks and we are still waiting on the medication, my mom is starting to feel really bad and they don’t even pick up the phone. Stupid us, we decided to try virtual/telephone call and this is worse, appointment was supposed to be on Friday at 1:40 pm, they called at 1:15 pm so we can provide the payment, then they never called back, when we finally contacted them they just said we never provided any payment method. And it’s been like that since Friday and it is basically Thursday.

Experiencia negativa: There’s NO front desk/receptionist to check in, you just have a seat till someone comes out to the lobby.. I called to schedule an appointment and the lady repeated my appointment time 2-3 to confirm, and she still scheduled it wrong. This is the second time I had to reschedule. So disappointed in this office.

I was having high blood pressure issues on a Friday night. Dr Ledesma called me back within five minutes and continued to check on me the next several hours. You can’t beat that kind of patient care! I highly recommend Open Hands Medical Center!!!!!
