When I first joined GUNNY'S Bootcamp about 6 years ago, he took me under his wing and taught me how to live a healthy lifestyle. I learned how to lose weight while still eating almost everything. I followed his program and lost 85 pounds. His program works, I can attest to it. Give GUNNY'S Bootcamp a try! You won't regret it.

Experiencia fantástica: The 22 day challenge has been great! I have several past injuries so I have to use modifications. The staff are always close by to assist, correct and encourage. I love that their workouts are 30 minutes which is great for me and my busy schedule.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been training at Gunny's for about a month now, so my fitness level has not increased dramatically, but it has been steadily improving. I notice differences in my body and how my clothes fit, even though the number on the scale hasn't changed much. If you're interested in seeing positive changes in your body, I highly recommend enrolling. Trainers create really effective workouts for only 30 minutes!

I was so worried of working out at all due to my lower back injuried, but Gunny assured me I would be okay. I am so grateful of being understood and safely pushed past my comfort zone while looking out for my injury. I am able to workout without discomfort or pain to my lower back!! I highly recommend Gunny's Boot Camp!!!

I instantly fell in love with the program and saw amazing results. Recently, I decided to go a bit further and enroll in the Personal Training program.
