Our son, Chase, was in a dirt bike accident in May 2022. After his surgery, we started with Bradley. At Chase's 2yr check-up his surgeons were speechless with his progress. He had more movement back than they expected and attributed it to his amazing therapist and his hard work. We love Bradley and North Idaho Physical Therapy!
I have worked with many different physical therapist and offices throughout my life and this Liberty Lake team is the best I have ever got to work with. Connor, Lexie, and Tatyana have been incredible and really make me feel like they care not only about my physical health, but also my emotional and mental health as well. When you deal with chronic pain, it all takes a toll and they make it evident that how you are feeling, all the way around matters to them. Everyone in the office shows outstanding professionalism, kindness and integrity and they also like to have a good laugh. You will not regret working with them!
I first needed for physical therapy 10 years ago, this was the first of many times I would be a patient of NIPT and Sky. Ever since that first experience, I have remained a loyal patient to the practice for all my injuries and recovery needs. I love the team, positive atmosphere and multifaceted approach that has always help me to return to my optimal self. 10/10 recommend and wouldn’t go anywhere else!
PTs are awesome and very committed to their service; Kellie gave tips how to ease the tightness in my back neck and made a print out copy of the exercise to be done at home; Silvana has a very terrific and magical hands, as she massages my lower back; Silvana is like a "pain whisperer" because her hands listens and communicate where my back pain is....her approach is very personalized...looking forward to my next PT session.

I came to NIPT for help to relieve pain in my hip and knee. Shawna has done great just manipulating my muscles and I am doing much better!

Sky has been treating me since my first surgery in 2013 for a right shoulder replacement. Since then I have had my right and left knee replaced along with a hip replacement. I just recently had my left shoulder done and am back in physical therapy with Sky. He is a great physical therapist and always helps me do what is the best for the problem at the time. I highly recommend an NIPT because all their therapist, office gals and techs are good at their jobs!
North Idaho Physical Therapy has taken care of me through 4 surgeries. Total shoulder replacement, 2 total knee replacements and a total hip replacement. I am still under their care for my hip and would recommend them for any therapies that are needed.
Andrea at the front desk was phenomenal. Always made me feel at ease. Was always so helpful. All the lady's at the front desk were amazing. Brandon my PT was hands down the best PT I've ever had in my entire life. I came in with a work injury and he helped me so much throughout the process. Not just with the injury but with the mental challenges it posed as well. Always friendly. We had great conversations. Excellent listener and very attentive. I really can't say enough about him, I could go on and on. He was made for this profession no doubt about it. Just and excellent human being, one of the best people in general I have ever met. Had the best experience one could have at this place. I highly recommend their services.
I had cancer/treatments and came very debilitated from the chemo and radiation. Alex helped me recondition me, so I am now back to my pre cancer abilities + stamina. He was very encouraging the entire time. As a retired nurse I quickly recognized the skill and expertise he provides during the rehab process. He also made a big difference in my shoulder pain to the point it is now healed. Thank you, Alex. I will forever be grateful for all you have done for me.
Amazing place for PT! Extremely knowledgeable and the best in the area to seek treatment. They have numerous healing modalities, well skilled in their manual skills, top of the line equipment to assist in one’s rehab. I refer all my family and friends here!
I had gone to Sky for physical therapy in the past for my back so when I had my knee replacement I wanted to go back to him. Sky and the staff were very helpful and patient with me. Sky helped me set goals and reach them even though it was painful, I felt confident that Sky knew exactly what I needed to do to get back on track. I’m walking normal and I’m very happy about that. Thank you Sky and staff!
In the last four years, I have had four different injuries which Jared has treated me for he has fantastic. I must confess he is the best physical therapist I have ever had. He is a great listener and highly skilled at what he does. With many different injuries I’ve sustained he listens and tests carefully and comes up with a plan. He is incredibly observant, with my foot injury he noted my walking gate was off and helped me correct it so I can avoid future injury. Everything he has done has helped me recovery 100% and more.
I received a total knee replacement and have nothing but great things to say. Without being here, I wouldn’t be as far along in my healing as I am now. I love it here— you guys are all awesome and made the healing process fun. I laughed every day while recovering at the same time. Thank you North Idaho PT, Kellogg!

I just started seeing Travis for pain in my hip/leg. He quickly identified the problem and has been spot on with the specific exercises he has proposed. In only 3 visits, my pain is substantially less! Travis has been awesome, thank you so much!!
I would highly recommend Travis at North Idaho Physical Therapy in Spirit Lake. He took care of my strained AC joint and strained rotator cuff in my shoulder. Pain free after his treatment.
After a high-speed motor vehicle collision, I was left with significant injuries to my neck, back, and knee, my doctor referred me to North Idaho Physical Therapy. Sky Pruitt and his incredible team of skilled therapists offered compassionate and patient support throughout my recovery journey. Thanks to their targeted exercises, massages, and needle therapy, I am now healed and ready to embrace life fully once again. I cannot highly recommend them enough!
Travis at the Spirit Lake location is amazing! No other PT has ever helped me like he has. He really knows what he is doing, and he helps you to understand how your body is supposed to work and how to get there.
Shawna is amazing! She is extremely knowledgeable about how various health conditions impact the body physically and how to make progress in physical therapy without triggering an autoimmune or EDS flare. I have learned a lot from her. I have gone to other PTs who did not understand my health conditions and caused flares resulting in regression rather than making progress.
I came to NIPT for shoulder pain. Shawna and Amanda worked with me for my physical therapy and taught me exercises. Today I am grateful, free of pain and have a set of exercises to help me stay pain free in the future!
I was referred to physical therapy due to instability and muscle spasms. Physical therapy has helped me so much from Dec 2023- Aug 2024, I went from using a walker to being able to walking for hours before issues arise. I started PT in the pool then graduated to regular PT. We are now working on using the stairs. NIPT staff is amazing and will go at my pace. If I have set back, they adjust the plan to fit my needs.
NIPT is a very friendly team and my physical therapist there, Sky Pruitt, helped me get back to normal after both a bad shoulder with torn labral cartilage and then later a bad knee. He was encouraging knowledgeable and very competent and I never could have come through those episodes without his help. I highly recommend NIPT and Sky Pruitt to anyone in need of help with physical recovery of any kind.
I became ill with sever CHF in January 2022 and also suffer with arthritis pain, instability, compromised mobility and other age-related problems. After continuous vigorous diuretic therapy, Dr Linford referred me to NIPT. My wife had received PT from Alex with excellent results. Alex's compassionate way had expedited my recovery and has helped me stay committed to the exercise regime over the past two years he has helped me with flare ups with neck arthritis with great results to aquatic therapy for imbalance and falling issues. under the guidance to help from Tim, I have been improving steadily and am so thankful for all the help both Alex and Tim gave me. I am getting stronger and am able to enjoy living more fully in these later stages of my life. The entire program runs smoothly because of the friendly competent and expedient skills of the supportive staff, i.e. Kim, Bridgette, Joan. They are the best! Thank you to the whole team!

Matt Hankes was my Physical Therapist, and he is amazing. He is very friendly and listened to all my concerns as I worked to strengthen my leg after my accident. He is very knowledgeable and helped me recover from my injury. He was always working with me for my entire appointment. I appreciate everything he has done to help me be pain free. I always had positive interactions from the time I was greeted at the door to the time I left my appointment.
Kristoff is a great physical therapist. He takes time to listen and is very responsive to my therapy needs.
I love coming in for every appointment. Greg is a great physical therapist, he has explained the problems to me better than my own doctors. He’s easy to talk to and all the staff here treat you like family.

Dr. Jason Vaughn is something like a medical alchemist. In one session, he uncovered the heart-issues driving my medical issues. In less than an hour, I made the decision to up-stakes and return home. You won't find this expertise anywhere else, IMO. This is one of the scarce medical facilities that treat you as a loved and treasured human being. Add the technical expertise to that, and voila! Real medicine.
My husband was sent to North Idaho Physical Therapy and was fortunate enough to be assigned to Matt Bray. Matt is the best! Very likable and he knows exactly what a person needs. When I had hand surgery in Dec 2024 and needed 2 months of therapy I knew exactly where I would go, and who I would ask for. Matt is now my therapist as well. Because of Matt, I am making progress after having the hand in a cast for 6 weeks. I can’t say enough good things about Matt, his great personality, and the knowledge that he has. I would recommend him to anyone that needs a great therapist in a pleasant environment. The employees all seem to be happy working here as well.
Krista at BPi is an amazing dietitian. She is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions at every appointment. She is not only about your food, but your stress and lifestyle. She helped me get into clinical remission with my Crohn’s Disease and changed my lifestyle for the better. I would recommend her to anyone who is ready to improve their life and change for the better.
Having worked in Healthcare in the area for several years, I've heard only good things about North Idaho PT. Recently, I needed PT and got to experience it first hand. My therapist, Erin, was great, very knowledgeable, and helped me work through my issue. The facility is well equipped. I will continue to recommend it to others and will go back myself the next time I need it.
Shelby has been great to work with in both rehabbing my daughter’s injury and in her bright personality. We highly recommend her!
God sent me angels at BPI Liberty Lake with Connor and staff. I needed help with some lower calf muscles and I’m so glad I saw Connor. He LISTENED! And showed me some excellent stretches and exercises. Plus he is so easy to chat with and has a great sense of humor. I highly recommend BPI for ANY type of service that one needs. Connor also helped my husband after his shoulder surgery. My calves are getting better and I am thrilled.
Unbelievable PT. Best I have ever had, and I have had a lot. I just went to my 2 week post-op from a hip replacement. I was walking around when the nurse came to get me. She asked 3 times for my name in astonishment. Yup, that's me and yup, I am post-op. One of the best recoveries ever. Thank you,Travis, for weeks of pre-op and getting right back on the post-op. What a difference working with you has made in my recovery! 72 years old and flying through it this time. Woohoo! I'm ok to drive next week! THANK YOU, TRAVIS!
This was my second time going to physical therapy, this time for my back. Each time I’ve needed treatment, they’ve helped me improve significantly. I feel better after every visit. The therapists and staff are amazing, treating their patients with great care. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, and I will truly miss coming here. I’m proud of the progress I’ve made through physical therapy!
Ben is great! He explains everything and is very committed to his work. I went to him for debilitating knee pain that came on suddenly. I went to north idaho pt and after my first visit i could walk without a limp whereas before i neede a cane. Highly recommend Ben.
I needed physical therapy to strengthen my knee prior to knee surgery and NIPT came highly recommended by several friends who had great results. My PT Greg Roman has been wonderful! Very knowledgeable, listens to what my issues are, and has developed a plan that has really strengthened my knee. I am also needing surgery on my shoulder and Greg has developed a program for me that has strengthened my shoulder to the point that I can function well and will be able to hold off on that surgery indefinitely. As for the rest of the staff, they are always pleasant, efficient and friendly. They set the tone for a positive experience at every visit. I am very satisfied with NIPT!
John Sayler is the best! Knowledgeable, helpful, will work on getting you out of pain! He has helped my husband with neck issues and my left shoulder.
Due to an automobile accident many years ago, I have regularly used the services of chiropractors and massage therapists, some good and some not so good, so I speak from experience. I have just started using the services of Suzette Barr, LMT, and I must say she is up there with the best! I highly recommend her to anyone in need of a massage. I will continue to be her client as long as she is available.
I love coming to my physical therapy appointments. I arrive excited to see Alex and the gals. I always feel heard, well cared for and safe. Safe to tell the trust, safe to cry, safe to say no. I always leave feeling better than I arrived, not always physically but emotionally and spiritually. I had two surgeries this year and experienced a lot of traumas. Being able to go to a place to heal has saved my life and improved every part of me! Thank you!

After having two hip replacements, I was in need for regaining strength, balance, the use my right foot. The treatment I received from Donny and the home exercises he gave me brought me to reach those goals. Donny was very positive and supportive in my road to recovery at age 75. I have certain limitations and that was always to be with me, but Donny focused on what I could do rather than what I could not do. I would highly recommend Donny. I was more than satisfied with him and my results.
Front desk girls are very pleasant and helpful. Keagan, my PT Guru is outstanding!! Have already recommended to a friend of mine recovering from back surgery.
Travis was knowledgeable, professional and so helpful! He fit us in last minute on several occasions just to make sure my son was taken care of!
Dr. Williams and his team are fantastic! Dr. Williams is so personable, so knowledgeable, and has great hands (he can easily find areas of pain and spasm). I'm a physical therapy professor living in LL so have a high bar. I previously tried another PT in LL and very unimpressed. I'm so glad to have found the BPI team and will definitely use them for any future issues for myself and my family!
I would highly recommend Greg for your Pt. This is my second with him. 1st my total knee and now my shoulder. He is very patient and listens.

I have been a client for several years, for multiple different issues.They have an amazing ability to explain exercises clearly and their encouragement really helped me push through tough days. I'm so grateful for how they tailored my treatment plan to my specific needs, and make me feel like I'm finally back to doing the things I love because of their help. They are an outstanding team of therapists with a strong dedication and guidance that they give to all of their clients. Last but not least, I’d like to rave about their office staff as well. Before reaching out to Krista at BPI, I tried everything to feel and look better. I knew nutrition was a critical component of my goals, yet I didn’t seek help…I hit a low point in my life once I crossed the scale at 236. I was exercising, I was eating well (so I thought) but I couldn’t get the weight to come down… I work out at BPI and knew Krista worked there…. I knew she was a dietitian, but I just couldn’t bring myself to ask for help…I have dropped over 25 pounds since seeking her professional guidance. I only have six more pounds to go to my goal, and glad that I made the leap… Krista can help motivate, provide guidance, or even be a good person to listen when you need to vent…We celebrated each win, we developed the strategy that works well for me… I wish I didn’t wait so long to make an appointment.
My son, Ryan, sought therapy for overall weakness, abdominal and shoulder pain and the inability to walk. Since starting with NIPT, he has experienced a noticeable increase in strength. He loves working in the pool. Progress has been slow and Ryan is not fully walking yet, but Bradley, Justin, Stephanie and Mishelle have all been so unfailingly kind and patient through the process.
How fortunate it was for me that I was afraid to Kristoff at NIPT I’ve had chronic low back pain for decades and after a recent failed surgery that made it worse and hurt my mobility quite a lot. Kristoff helped me in 15 sessions more than I ever thought possible. I’ve been other physical therapist over the years, but Kristoffs knowledge and understanding of my muscular skills situation was impressive. Now I’m stronger and more mobile, I’m in far less pain and have a realistic exercise path laid out for me that will bring me even better results. Without that providential referral to Kristoff, there is no way I would be where I am. He is a solid professional pleasure to work with, and I recommend him with high praise.

8 months ago Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend BPI NIPT! I have been a client for over a month at their Rathdrum facility and I love it! My trainer Donny is excellent and I look forward to our sessions. Fitting in the “homework” exercises is made easy with their mobile app and the printouts that I can travel with. I have seen good improvement since going there and am thankful for their advice and expertise. Everyone is so nice! Convenient locations including the Kroc Center. Thank you!

8 months ago Experiencia fantástica: been working with Brenden twice first time 17 weeks and 2nd time so far 30 days and has been a pleasure. each time he see's progress. second was a total shoulder replacement. as i sit here writing no pain and hopefully back to work soon. 2 shoulder replacements in ten months has not been fun, but hard work has got me where I am today. 8 months ago Experiencia fantástica: BPi/North Idaho Physical Therapy of Post Falls was an amazing experience. I had injured a tendon in my wrist which was affecting my thumb and wrist mobility. I could barely use my thumb or wrist without severe pain. After only a couple appointments I saw huge improvement and much better quality of life. After a few more apointments my pain was only a memory and I was able to do everything I use to. The staff were so curteous and personal. They always valued my time and cared about what was bothering me each week. If I have any future physical therapy needs or any family in need of a physical therapist, they are my top recommendation!

FYI: I do not know why this posting shows Post Falls. I cannot comment on the Post Falls facility, since I have never been there. However, the Hayden Office has treated me well.

10 months ago Experiencia fantástica: I just finished 7 months of PT at North Idaho Physical Therapy in Post Falls & it was life changing. Due to an inflamed nerve in my right quad, I was in severe pain, weak & unstable on my feet, using a walker & dependent on others. Physical Therapist Matt Hankes worked with me to help me regain my strength & relieve my pain, with exercises, massage & acupuncture. Matt was very caring & patient, willing to try different methods to find what was best for me & that is why I’m back to being independent again. So thankful to Matt & ALL the staff for being so supportive & caring & for making this such a good experience.

At each visit, from the moment I walked in, the front office staff and physical therapist assistant Sage made me feel welcome, supported, and genuinely cared for. A neurological disorder caused limited range of motion and weakness in my shoulder and arm that significantly impacted my ability to perform routine tasks. Physical therapist Dr. Matt Hankes was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough in explaining every step of the recovery process. I feel so fortunate to have been matched up with the PT individual that I did, Cristen is phenomenal! I was unfortunate to have sustained a traumatic accident and was very apprehensive to start PT. The first day I was instantly at ease; Cristen knew exactly what I needed even before I did! Always having the answers to my questions, feeling heard and most importantly……..LAUGHTER! The whole team is incredible!

He did home health with me when I had my first knee replacement and then when I had my 2nd knee replacement 3 years ago. I've gone to Rusty off and on through out the years with my other PT needs as well. Rusty is very professional, knowledgable, asks me questions, listens to my concerns and after an assessment, he develops my physical therapy sessions based on my needs. Rusty has a great bedside manner and I trust him with my physical therapy needs. I highly recommend Rusty to take care of your physical therapy needs!

She is extremely knowledgeable about how various health conditions impact the body physically and how to make progress in physical therapy without triggering an autoimmune or EDS flare. 1 year ago Experiencia fantástica: My therapist, Luke, is knowledgeable, professional, and likable. He’s taken me through a course of therapy intended to strengthen the muscles above and below my knee and to improve my stability and balance. My hope to be able to function normally and put off knee replacement surgery for as long as I can. The ladies at the reception desk are always upbeat and welcoming, and Caroline, who sets me up on a warmup bike before seeing Luke, is simply a ray of sunshine. Great staff all the way around, and I’m seeing measurable improvement after 4 weeks of twice-weekly visits. I also appreciate having the facility just a few minutes away from my home.

1 year ago Experiencia fantástica: My husband was sent to North Idaho Physical Therapy and was fortunate enough to be assigned to Matt Bray. Matt is the best! Very likable and he knows exactly what a person needs. When I had hand surgery in Dec 2024 and needed 2 months of therapy I knew exactly where I would go, and who I would ask for. Matt is now my therapist as well. Because of Matt, I am making progress after having the hand in a cast for 6 weeks. I can’t say enough good things about Matt, his great personality, and the knowledge that he has. I would recommend him to anyone that needs a great therapist in a pleasant environment. The employees all seem to be happy working here as well.
