Experiencia fantástica: Graham Chiropractic is literally the best! I've been going there since 2014 when I went to work standing up straight and left not even being able to walk to the bathroom. After traditional care of muscle relaxers and rest, which also meant I was out of work, a friend recommended chiropractic care. I was skeptical! But, I walked out standing up straight and after a few weeks of intense care I was able to wean down to maintenence care. Cindy who is a jack of all trades, runs the front desk, gets you set up for treatment, and just generally knows her stuff, is so nice and personable! She puts you to ease and makes the experience wonderful. Dr. Isaiah is the creme del la creme! He is thorough and caring. He has such good beside manner and really takes his time! I've gotten acupuncture and dry needling to help with my pain and spinal stenosis. I highly recommend this practice for all your chiropractic needs!

I got in a car wreck about six months ago and have had problems with my neck that has kept me from sleeping and doing a lot of daily activities. I walked inside and ask if I could use the restroom. The lady at the front desk, Cindy, looked at me with great disgust and asked “are you coming off the street?” I am a young african american woman and did not look “off the street” in any way… she proceeded to tell me to use the bathroom across the hallway. I am not sure if this lady was having a bad day or if this was racially motivated but EITHER WAY I felt deeply disrespected!! 0/10 service!

Experiencia negativa: Awful place I went to get treated for acupuncture for Bell’s palsy. At one of my appointments Dr Isaiah wasn’t there no one called to tell me when I showed up Melissa asked me if I was comfortable with her doing the Acupuncture that she had credentials from a different country. I asked if she had ever done it she said a few times. Honestly, I did not feel comfortable with that at all. To top it off I was harassed by Cindy about payment I was out of town for a family emergency and she kept calling saying they would send it to collections I did call back no answer left a voicemail and at that point just decided to stop treatment I did not feel comfortable with that office at all. I would not recommend for acupuncture treatment.

Vin and Melissa work with me, give me instruction to help myself. From not being able to sit without pain, I have achieved pain free mobility. What a blessing!

Experiencia fantástica: Well there isn’t a shortage of chiropractors to go to, but a good one is hard to find. This establishment fits the bill for a place to take your bad back to. I have chronic lower back pain but Last Sunday had some mid back pain that was so painful it was hard to turn, and even breathing was painful. Sleeping was rough, Tylenol extra strength can only do so much. I needed a chiropractor and here I found a pair that worked in unison to get me feeling good in a few days. Thank you for all your help and support. I can honestly say the mid back pain is 95% better. I feel a lot better thank you for all you’ve done. I’ve still not received a call back from others that I’ve called. You know where they are on my list! Thank you Graham Chiropractor for being there and available.

Experiencia fantástica: I called Graham Chiropractic after an orthopedic visit that left me with no relief after a week. Cindy told to come that day as soon as I could get there. I was met with genuine concern and after a few minutes Dr Isaiah had a treatment plan. I was in so much pain and absolutely nothing had helped. He and his staff stayed that evening until almost 7 PM working with me. Dr Melissa has also had a hugh role in my care and given me so many pointers that have helped. I have just finished my treatment and now am on maintenance. I absolutely do not know what I would have done without these wonderful people. I cannot say enough good about them.

I've been dealing with a severe case of tennis elbow and Dr. V treated the elbow with ultrasound, short & long acupuncture needles, and massage therapy. He even worked on my other elbow for no extra charge! He also did a little chiropractic work as well - at no extra charge. I highly recommend Dr. V and his team for all your acupuncture and chiropractic work.

Experiencia negativa: I am honestly only giving one star because I have to give one in order to leave this review. My experience doesn’t even deserve this one star unfortunately. 1. When I first started going here as a new patient I explained to them that I’m out of pocket (no insurance) so I would have to come as I could afford to. They told me they had a solution for that with this monthly payment program where I would pay as I go. This program was presented to me as a prepaid program where I make one month payment then get so many appointments for that month. When that month was up I’d then pay the next month and schedule those appointments and so on. I utilized this service for several months until it was no longer needed/beneficial to me and my budget. After all we did get hit with a pandemic that put me and many others out of work. I stopped scheduling appointments during a month that I had already paid for and I was fine taking that loss. Now I have a collection company calling me telling me I owe them for one month of this service. I am totally baffled by this. Nowhere during their sales pitch to get me on board with this plan did they mention it was a contract and had to be cancelled by a certain time or anything. They will not be getting another dime from me regardless 2. The main reason I discontinued being seen as a patient there is because of the service, or lack there of. I would spend about 2 hours there for every appointment and 90% of that time was me waiting on someone to come into the room. To say these people overbook themselves is an understatement. They were always slam packed and “running behind”. My appointments always started late and always left me waiting in a room for someone to come in and apologize for being late. Them being overbooked also took away from the personal experience. I would have to explain my situation over and over again every single time I came in. They simply couldn’t keep up and couldn’t remember because during MY appointment time that I paid for they’d be rushing in and out several other patients also. I told them a dozen times acupuncture wasn’t working for me and I’d appreciate them not doing it anymore yet every single time I’d come in they’d bring in the equipment and start to set me up for it just for me to have to tell them every single time... no remember I told you this isn’t helping me. “Oh yea I totally forgot I’m sorry”. You may have forgot but the part you’re leaving out is how the acupuncture mainly helps you because in doing the acupuncture you get to leave the patient unattended in a room while you see multiple other patients during their appointment time. Just not a very personal experience and unlike anything I’ve seen in a chiropractic environment. I’ve always had a very personal experience with my last chiropractors and now my current one also. They learn me and my body and what I need for my pain management. They also devote their time to me when it’s my appointment time frame that I paid for. They’re not juggling me between multiple other patients. In my opinion this is just very sloppy and unorganized. It got old.

By using a combination of acupuncture, dry needling, and chiropractic adjustments, I can say that I am pain free and my mobility has increased exponentially. I went the traditional route of seeing a neurologist who prescribed drugs to mask the burning, itching, and pain in my feet, legs, and hands. These drugs do not cure and only mask my problems and they have a lot of side effects. I was dissatisfied with the lack of progress so I did some research and found Graham Chiropractic and Acupuncture. After about 3 acupuncture visits with Dr. Melissa and Dr. Vin I experienced a dramatic decrease in my symptons. But now, I am headache and migraine free and I am able to stand for a long time and enjoy activities I was limited to. The doctors and the staff are genuinely caring, nice and very welcoming. They are also very flexible with their schedule, you can just call in and they get you in the same day almost all the time. This place is awesome!
