Experiencia fantástica: Dr. H is a lifesaver! I have been going to a chiropractor since I was 15 years old due to one leg being significantly longer than the other. My hips are constantly out of alignment because of that. He is the only doctor to show and explain why something hurts and how he fixes it. I have been exclusively going to his practice for 4 years now. He can take away any pain in just one visit. I have gone into his office hunched over in pain and left standing up straight again. Highly recommend Dr. H for any body pain.

Experiencia negativa: There were both pros and cons: I was scheduled for a 90 minute massage and I was under the understanding that it would be a 90-minute regular massage. The masseuse worked with clothes on (which was fine) and this was a massage to relieve pressure points - and I felt really good leaving, a lot of my soreness was relieved. Cons - the manager is unprofessional. I overheard in the lobby talking about clients and the business overall and swearing. Someone also walked into the room during the session The masseuse also talked a lot with hands which took away from the massage experience (but the pain was relieved). I was supposed to go back for my chiropractic assessment but the lack of unprofessionalism is what's deterring me from going back.

Experiencia negativa: I wouldn’t recommend to anyone looking for someone skilled in pediatric care. I felt the Dr was pretty rough with my 9 week old considering he uses the Logan Method. He also assumed that my baby had colic because she was crying and fussy in his office. She was not a colic baby as described based on length of crying and being consoled. She was fussy and not sleeping and that is why I brought her in. Please do more research if you are planning on pediatric care at this office. Based on my experience I’m not convinced that he works with many babies or mothers.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been suffering from back pain for more than 2 years and was seeing 3 different back surgery doctors who are well known in the city. At the same time, I went through 100+ chiropractor's office visits and 100+ physical therapy sessions. I was a full-time professional patient. All the doctors I was seeing had all different opinions to fix my back problem and all of those doctors have suggested different types of surgery, fusion, disc replacement, those steroid injections, etc. I’ve spent days and nights finding information about those surgeries, their recovery periods and all of that while suffering so much pain in that period until I found Peter. He found my problem while other doctors want to do surgery in completely wrong places, with wrong recommendations. If I hadn't found Peter I'd probably still be in pain and all those surgeries wouldn't have worked and I would still be in pain. Because they couldn’t diagnose right in the first place. They looked at my MRI and said "Oh you need surgery.". If you’re suffering from back pain, neck pain whatever you’re going thru right now, do yourself big favor before pulling the trigger to have surgery and make an appointment to see Peter. He will enhance your life and tell you about the truth whatever issues you have and he will go above and beyond to help you and make you feel good again.

Experiencia negativa: For price to adjustment satisfactory ratio, this was probably one of the worst adjustments ive ever had. I have had over 200-250 adjustments ever since i was 16 years old. Cost $125 for not even a full body adjustment. The problems i went in for, ive had in the past and places like "The Joint" did a better job of adjusting me than this place. The doctor couldnt adjust my shoulders, ribs, or neck. He barely moved my neck at all to adjust it and then tried to tell me i needed multiple visits to get fixed. Would spout words like "theres one" to make it sound like things are moving but just being misleading with his words. Out of all the adjustments ive ever had, he the first to start you face up. Doesnt even start you face down to check your spine at all. Imagine paying $125 to not get your pain spots properly addressed. He also claims to be an occipital adjustment but his version of this doesnt get anything moving. Its basically just a head tug vs a maneuver to move any joints, not a head hug maneuver. The doc there is more talk than walk. Wont be tryin this place again, even if offered a comp.

Experiencia fantástica: I recommend Dr. Halvorsen. He has been seeing me for 1.5 years through a pregnancy and postpartum. The staff is kind and helpful. I find the office conveniently location, easy get an appointment at a good time, and great care.

In a couple more sessions I am stabilizing with good posture and amazing reduction in pain. A problem in my foot, from 13 years ago, has been fixed. Overall, in 4 sessions, Dr. Halvorson has changed my life so that I can work on regaining strength and return to an active lifestyle.

Experiencia fantástica: In the last two years I've been to several chiropractors about lower back pain and was told it was due to a torn ligament, and that I should consider pain management (epidural shots). I'd pretty much given up, and was expecting I would eventually need surgery. I went in to see Dr. Halvorson about a pinch in my neck and told him about my back pain. With in 4 visits he adjusted my pelvis, which relieved the pressure on my lower back and now I'm not in pain for the first time in a long time. Bonus, my neck also feel better. Looking forward to golfing again!

He had also corrected my pelvis from being out of alignment on numerous occasions which in turn, causes severe pain in other areas of your body from running, biking, skiing on a "lopsided" lower body! I love my orthopedic doctors, however, my severe pain was caused by my skeletal structure being, and continuing to get out of proper alignment!(ortho said it was just degenerative bones in my lower spine causing arthritic pain) I had literally hugged him after my first visit last year for the pain was immediately gone! He is SO incredibly knowledgeable, not only with your bone structures, but your muscles as well and how bones out of alignment impact specific muscles! Highly recommend his services!!!

Dr Halvorson has an incredible gift that I've seen in few other chiropractors (and I've seen a lot of them). He has the ability to pinpoint my issues with minimal input from me and where other docs may leave me sore from over adjustment, I feel great the next day.

My previous chiropractor had me coming in multiple times per week and he'd do the same upper body adjustments every single appointment. Dr. Halvorson is the complete opposite of my former chiro. He doesn't want to see me multiple times a week! He adjusted my hips two times and I feel great. Experiencia fantástica: From an email I sent Dr. Peter Halvorson after my second visit: I just wanted to tell you that I went back to the gym today for the first time since seeing you this week and I can't tell you the last time I remember being able to move so well! Today, I was able to kick higher, to jump and to raise my arms above my head (something I haven't been able to do in ages).
