The coaching is definitely the biggest support through the weight loss path and keeps you accountable. I saw big changes not only physically, but mentally with this program. While it can get costly, it’s an investment in yourself and your health so it’s important to treat it as one and not break off plan continually. I enjoyed my experience, the knowledge I gained, and my progress!

They are compassionate and caring but still hold you to your plans! They will get you through this and beyond, they want you to succeed not only for now but for the long run!

On top of teaching me about the different aspects of losing weight such as macros and helping me find the diet plan that I have been able to stick to, she's helped immensely with staying more disciplined and not letting setbacks and the slow process of losing weight. If you can’t come in for the appointment you can schedule a phone call. She has such a positive attitude of, “You can do this, I believe in you!” The shakes and bars are very tasty with many different flavors to choose from. If you are wondering how you can possibly eat four cups of vegetables at lunch they will find a way that not only works for you but actually tastes good. At Profile they are a creative, fun and amazing group to help you live healthier.

The products from the store paired with a custom plan and coaches that help with dietary questions and support, makes this program work!
