I take the cardio kickboxing class and get a full body workout that is tailored to any level of experience or fitness. I highly recommend Team Link Northampton for several reasons. All are welcome! Everyone is there for different reasons: weight loss, building skill, fitness, mental health, fun, etc. You will feel supported by coaches and students and encouraged to stay committed.

Experiencia fantástica: I was hesitant to start kickboxing classes because I wasn’t sure I would like it, but I’m glad I did it. The trainers here have been super supportive, the place is very clean and organized, and it doesn’t feel competitive — you go at the pace that feels right for you on a given day. The workouts are 45 minutes, fairly intense, but with lots of water breaks built in. I feel stronger, more grounded, and confident.

But everyone I've met in the gym is great and always willing to assist you. The Team Link professors and community members are kind, welcoming, and helpful!

The kids are trained by real professionals, active sportsmen and highly rated champions who find individual approaches to everyone. This place is not only about studying Jiu-jitsu but about getting more mature, stronger physically and mentally, finding new good friends and so much more... A few words I also would want to say about adult crew as we often come when they are finishing training, it's incredible community- friendly, supporting each other and look like a real big family.

The workouts are hard but absolutely manageable for any fitness level. The students are supportive and welcoming. I took one class and signed up for a year, and three months later, I know I made the right decision. This is a great place!

I was definitely worried about training with advanced trainers and higher level belts. But this gym has the most caring people. During my first few months everyone has been friendly and encouraging to me. I no longer fear training or even sparing with anyone at Team Link Northampton.

Experiencia fantástica: Speaking from my own experience. Team Link has been life changing for me. Not in the sense of just feeling like I would be able to defend myself, that's a bonus. What I got from the MMA Cardio and Jiu Jitsu program has been a sense of family the people there are so welcoming and there is a focus on bonding I now consider my teammates family. I have more discipline and healthier habits, I have lost more than 80 pounds in my 5 years there. I can keep going but this review will be wayyyy to long. I recommend that you come and start to build your own experience at Team Link.

Tom was immediately accommodating to my skill level and I connected with the practice after just one class. I make it as often as I can (2-3 times a week) and I can see the results. Tom, Cliff and Jeileen all teach, the variation in classes is fabulous!. I absolutely love this class and community, I would recommend it too anyone looking for a physical but not intimidating exercise regime!

One of the main instructors always, always, says before and after class, “thanks for taking care of each other.” Definitely worth trying out their free introductory week. Sign up is a forum on their website. No obligations, just submit the web forum and show up. Didn’t think I’d like it before I went, but after a week I only regret not getting involved ten years ago. I’ve been going to the evening weekday classes, Monday-Thursday, 7-9.
