Experiencia fantástica: Nichole is the best!!! I've been a Caressence customer for years! She's very personable, a woman of faith and when I say she has healing hands...I mean it. I remember when I had something going on with my arm. Doctor couldn't figure it out. I couldn't lift it all the way and I could feel like a tendon or something pulling in my arm around the bicep. After my session I could lift my arm with no issues and it didn't return. So I've been a believer in massage therapy ever since... extremely knowledgeable about the body...she even knows when I haven't been drinking enough water. In terms of pressure and touch, Nichole has the perfect touch... can't describe it but it's just right! She always ensures each session is a relaxing environment, whether it's with music, room temp, aroma therapy, or more. Highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: I decided to start lymphatic massages soon after having a surgical procedure, and it was the best decision I made. Nichole is very knowledgeable about the services she provides and willing to answer the dozens of questions I had about proper body care. She made me feel at ease and constantly checks in on my comfort level to make sure the pressure isn't too much while providing the lymphatic massage service. The office is really nice, comfortable, and clean. Staff are very easy to reach over the phone and took the time to address all my initial questions before I started initial treatment. I'll definitely continue service with them for quite some time to achieve the ultimate results from my procedure.

Experiencia fantástica: I feel like my body had a long overdue oil change performed! Deserie!! What can I say!!!! This is her calling! She knows what she is doing. During my time with her, she explained everything that she was doing and the purpose of each tool and technique. When she found something that needed extra attention, she discussed it during the treatment session. I usually have a headache every day during the afternoon hours. Today is day one after my 90-minute Lymphatic Frequency Detoxification, and I have no headache! I broke my tib/fib 3 years ago and and have a plate, screws and pins in my ankle. When I was putting my shoes on after treatment, I could not tell which leg I had surgery on. The discomfort was not there. I have been battling a stiff neck (I think I slept on it wrong) for the last couple of weeks. Today my head is so loose and relaxed. I feel like I have a bobble head :-) just so much range of motion. I can not wait for my next treatment session. It feels great to be hooked on something I should have been doing a long time ago for my health.

Recent injury to my left knee and a ganglion cyst on my right ankle sent me to PT. Nicole did lymphatic drainage with my most recent massage. My work shoes were causing increased pain in my ankle every time I took a step. I now don’t have the pain when I walk and I’ve lost 5 lbs. Her care and concern for what is needed is 100. Her hands are magical and oh so relaxing. Can’t wait for my next treatment’

My technician was well trained and gave me one of the best massages I have ever experienced ( and I have had several). She was pleasant and very professional, yet engaging. The only reason that I did not give it 5 stars is that I think they should put some blackout curtains on the windows. I got my massage in the middle of the day and the room was very bright. I wish it had been a dark room with more relaxing lighting.

Experiencia positiva: A bit tricky to find as there are clusters of offices, like row homes, and the house numbers jump around a bit but I found it pretty quick. I was greeted in a professional manner and seen on time. The massage was wonderful and my masseuse was attentive to my direction and asked about pressure up front. I found it very relaxing and will reschedule. Actually my only problem was rescheduling. They run a lot of coupons and getting in within a day or two's notice is often not possible.
