Experiencia negativa: Ordered 3 things at 7am ET on a Monday morning. All of which were “In Stock” according to the website. I emailed them on Thursday since I hadn’t received any shipping notification and after reviewing their shipping info. I attempted to call them 7 times on the following Monday afternoon after not receiving an email reply. Not only was there no answer but a very generic greeting almost like a voicemail. Needless to say my bank’s now involved.

In terms of products, FitOne has every pre-workout, protein powder, and supplement any gym rat could ever need. Way better than GNC. He is also very honest with the customer, ensuring that they don’t spend their money on a less quality product.

Additionally, he issued me a refund and replaced the product. Stellar job correcting an error. I edited my review because I was so satisfied with how It was handled. Unfortunately there were no samples, however Jon recommended Nutrabio. Not only did he recommend a great product, he answered questions and really listened to my needs. Experiencia positiva: Great store. The owner is very helpful and knowledgeable. The only reason I am giving it 3 stars instead of 5 is that the store isn't open during the listed hours. I've been there a few times where it wasn't open 30+ minutes after it was supposed to be open.
