Was able to make an appointment online for today.  Quyen and her nurse are very friendly and listened to what my symptoms are.  The care was prompt, efficient, professional, and the office is bright and clean. The experience was wonderful, and I highly recommend them!

Experiencia positiva: Had flu like symptoms for the last 5 days. Had taken a home test on day 2 (negative) so thought it was a bad sinus infection. NP did another test for Covid/flu. It was positive for Flu A. Should have gone in earlier. But NP was kind, informative. Insisted on Tamiflu. No alternatives. Quarantine for 3 more days. It was good bc we didn’t go where immunocompromised people were going to be at Xmas, which saved them from being exposed. Would recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Walked into on a Sunday morning to a totally friendly  environment, was offered water & as soon as I had completed my papers, I was called in. I kept, admiring how clean everything was & how pleasant it looked both in the waiting area and in the back. Right away I was greeted by Ms. Johnson, a very competent, sweet & compassionate PA She unhurriedly let me describe my symptoms & readily, and sweetly answered my questions about the possible medications she was going to prescribe. She told me  2 or 3  times if I did not get better, or if I got worse to be sure to contact her. She was really on the ball  because by the time we drove to the pharmacy, my prescriptions were being prepared & were ready in 2 minutes. Great care! I will definitely be  using that clinic again. I definitely would recommend it.

You feel very well taken care of from start to finish.AND she REALLY is careful with your money——she only runs tests that she feels are needed. I first brought my son. Lacey was so sweet to me on the phone. Then when we got there, “Doc” impressed me so much that when my mother & I got sick I didn’t hesitate in coming back to her! They answered the phone promptly and gave me exact pricing for the services I was seeking. The price is much more affordable than any other clinic I have called in the past. I was a walk-in patient and was in and out in under 30 minutes. Would recommend this place to anyone who doesn't have insurance and is looking for quality care.

The provider was kind and thorough, and did the exam and test gently and efficiently. We already have our prescription ready within 10 minutes of leaving the clinic. The receptionist was so nice and professional and the office was very clean. I will definitely use this clinic in the future and would suggest it to family and friends.

I was having some health problems that my regular family doctor was not taking serious or wanting to listen to me about. I was frustrated and went here as a last hope. Dr Johnson listened to me at the very first visit! I felt comfortable with her right away, and my health has already started taking a huge turn around for the better. She is so sweet, patient, and caring. I never feel rushed. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients, and never talks down to you. Highly recommend!! The only down fall is I wish she accepted health insurance. With the care she's been giving me though, I will gladly put it in my budget to feel better and taken seriously.

Experiencia positiva: I give this place 5 stars for knowledge, compassion & friendliness. I had an IV infusion for hydration here and it was a great experience. And I would recommend this spot to everyone but they don’t take insurance. They take Medicare part B, but you still pay while they bill. They give you credit if there’s some coming. So I can’t give 5 stars because it is private pay only.. If you go to an Urgent Care owned by a hospital, they take everything so my only reason for not giving 5 stars is that it is private pay only. That limits most of us.

She was caring and informative and got me taken care of right away. She’s so knowledgeable and took the extra steps to do extra tests to make sure everything was okay. I love that the clinic is majority self pay and they provide affordable quality care. The online booking was definitely a plus. I will definitely be back!!
