I have a compression fracture in my neck, a bad lower back and planter fascitis. 

Due the excellent treatment we’ve been receiving, my lower back is almost completely pain free, my neck is much more bearable that it ever was and my planter fascitis is almost completely gone thanks to some great exercises and massage techniques he taught me.

I cannot say enough great things about this office. I think you’ll be very happy you chose them for all of your chiropractic needs!

Experiencia fantástica: A few years ago I came to Dr. Nielson and staff at Total Health Chiropractic. I was on the verge of dying. My face was an ashen gray color. My weight was 98 pounds. My height is 5'6 & 1/2". Dr. Nielson took one look at me and instantly knew he was up against time and that he needed to put his full, complete and best effort toward saving my life. All of the effort that the entire staff put together to help save my life worked. At this present time I have good color in my face. I weigh 135 pounds. I have strength and energy. I'm walking about 1 hour a day now. As far as I'm concerned I have the best Chiropractor in this area. He is better than good. He is exceptional.

Experiencia fantástica: I went to this office because I needed help with my lower back. They took me in and they x-rayed me, massaged my back with ice, explained my x-rays and adjusted my back. I am a little sore but I expected that. I really liked them because they are personable.

Experiencia fantástica: First of all, the staff is always super welcoming and friendly. (Harder to come by these days.) I saw Dr Miles who did a thorough, initial exam, and x-rays. Each time I go for a treatment/adjustment, the range of movement in my neck increases and the dizziness, which is the main reason I sought treatment, decreases. If you have been told you have vertigo, or inner ear issues, please give Total Health a call. I think they may have offices in other parts of the city, which is convenient, but I use the office in Ooltewah and my treatments are working. You will also be in and out quickly, this office does not overbook their patients.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Miles and his entire staff did an EXCELLENT job of making me feel welcome and at home here. It seems they've thought of everything- water, coffee (a must), fruit, tea, and of course bathrooms for the waiting customers. Not that there were any waiting customers - during my time here I never saw anyone have to sit in the waiting room. They walked in and were greeted and immediately shown to the back. The same went for me (once I got my first time paperwork filled out). The receptionist took me to the back room and pointed out the different areas and their purposes on our way through the building. I was then seated in a private room and Dr Miles entered and introduced himself. We chatted a bit and he took some Xrays - their website offers free initial xrays and exam for first time patients. It's a great value. After the Xrays I was shown to another area where I laid on a table after being hooked up to a TENS unit and I relaxed and let the machine rub my entire back. Definitely wonderful. I met with Dr Miles again after that and got my back cracked and was sent out to the front to schedule a return visit in which we could review my Xrays and set up a care plan. I would HIGHLY recommend this clinic to all and I can honestly say I am looking forward to my next visit. Something that typically isn't said in regards to health care facilities.

I have felt a tremendous difference since the very first adjustment. Love the flexibility and short wait times, but wouldn’t mind a more through examination either. Super convenient and stress free! Great with kids too! My children are a bit nervous to have chiropractic care, but Dr. N (and the rest of the staff) does a great job making them feel comfortable and is gentle with them.

After seeing Dr. Browand a couple of times I can breath with no effort at all and it feels like something was moved out of the way I can smell better and my nose doesn't feel like there is an obstacle keeping me from breathing easily. I like to go places early, and so far there has only been one time that they did not get me started *early.* Friendly yet professional staff. So far, I have been quite impressed. Also, I have not been to other chiropractors, but the cost seems to be very reasonable.

Due to his expertise, we have been able to identify the issue that is causing the pain and are actively working to correct it.

Dr Browand is very good at what he does and is able to pinpoint your issue and prescribe treatment to alleviate your pain. I would give 5 stars but I am not being paid to do that yet Bethany wont cough up the dough - so you get 5 stars sister lol!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Browand and staff are great. I used to have issues with my knees and a sciatic nerve and I can say that after going there, I have not had issues in over a year. I started going a couple times a week and now I go once every week or two and it works great. Dr Browand is great at listening! If I come in with a new issue, he listens and he addresses it right then.

From the moment you walk in the door for your first visit, you are treated like family. Rachel & Kim are kind, considerate, professional and always ready for a nice, heartfelt chuckle. It’s been quite some time since I’ve walked into a medical office, asked if I wanted a specialty brewed cup of coffee or piece of fresh fruit! However, as this office is maintained in such an efficient manner, it’s not usual for you to be whisked off to the private exam room before even having the chance to sit down at all. If all that weren’t enough to keep you coming back, especially in this era of diminished health care serviceability, Dr. Browand is a true health care professional. He takes the time to answer all questions, makes you feel comfortable and at ease, and apparently has magic hands too! I feel better every day, and look forward to every appointment…again, when’s the last time you felt like that when going to a doctor’s office?!!
