Experiencia fantástica: We love our gym, the equipment, the staff and the daycare! Our kids love the daycare and the wonderful daycare workers. They have always been super helpful and sweet with our kids when our kids were scared to go in the first few times.

Experiencia negativa: If I could give 0 stars I would. They will screw you out of money & when you try to talk to the manager you won’t get a response. Or they’ll tell you that there is nothing they can do. Me & my husband work out of state/ city a lot. We canceled years ago because we were on a turn around where their was no spectrum within the area or ANYWHERE else close & they’re STILL trying to get money out of us. NOPE! They ain’t getting another dime from us

Experiencia positiva: They have a scummy practice with the auto renewals. Years ago one of my friends got signed up for a contract at 15 years old and it ruined his credit score by the time he noticed. Besides that, nice gym.

Experiencia negativa: i was double charged for a membership after having to pay a fee to cancel my membership. Literally within 10 days I’ve been charged over $80 and had previously paid an additional $30 to cancel everything. They do not employ remotely intelligent people at the front desk. The rest of the gym isn’t even remotely worth the cost for what they give you. Don’t waste your money.

Experiencia positiva: Needs to be 24/7 like other locations not 6 hrs a day 8 am - 2pm offers very little time to plan around considering most work 9 am - 5 pm very inconvenient doors need to swing all day for early and late workers

Experiencia negativa: This place is an absolute joke. My wife bought a membership here a while back and as time went on, we both forgot about it. Life was getting real busy at the time. I didn’t get a single charge until 6 months later, so I had nothing to remind me to just cancel. They charged us $400 all at once. I called to see what was up an every time they said they’d have to get the manager, who was seemingly never present. Eventually I just gave up. But I now just realized that they started charging me $50 a month AFTER I had called and made it very clear that we’d wanted to cancel after having not used their services besides maybe twice. Spend your money elsewhere, because this place has ZERO respect for it.

Experiencia negativa: They had a 25 year old do my 360-degree body scan. I was told this was a Christiian like workout facility. I never went back and never was sent my results.

Experiencia positiva: I like the privacy of the women's room. There's plenty of equipment so it never seems too crossed. The staff is very friendly. Mr Tony always has a getting for me

Experiencia negativa: This gym’s childcare program is terrible. I would trust my dog with them. I dropped off my child twice. The first time it was very quiet . The second time , I came to find the childcare center in an uproar . Kids of all ages screaming throwing things at each other. The workers stood in the corner running their mouth and completely ignoring the kids. I was floored. My daughter showed me her arm and it bite marks. I asked her what happen and she pointed to a little saying he bite her. I asked on if the workers whose child he was … because at this point I was ready to find the boys parents and flip out! I was told it was an employee who worked there named amy or abbe. I emailed the gym manager numerous times with no response. I will be call the state and reporting them.

Experiencia fantástica: I am so impressed with the prices that they offer compared to the awesome equipment and services they offer. It really is a great deal! I had actually stopped at YMCA before I went there to find out how much it cost to be a member there and the price was absolutely ridiculous, especially compared to the prices at Spectrum Fitness!

Experiencia fantástica: Great gym, options for everyone. Has a child care option which is the main reason we use this gym. Always nice people with the children. Family access to the pool is absolutely wonderful, especially in the summer! Just an all around great gym to be a member.

Experiencia fantástica: This gym gave me exactly what I was looking for. They leave me alone and let me do my thing, but are more than willing to answer questions and take time to show me things if I ask. Also.... Swimming pool for the win

Experiencia positiva: Gym has great cardio equipment and lots of machines. Some old some new. Free weights section is small and can be really cramped depending on number of people at the gym. Most of the free weight benches are old and are in need of cover repair. Great pool area. Locker room shower area is nice. Lockers are tight for a gym bag and hanging clothes.

Experiencia negativa: Beware of automatic renewal and yearly fees. They claim they tell you but don’t. Make sure you read ALL the contract!

Experiencia negativa: I was so excited to register at this fitness because of the pool! What a dissapoinment! The pool don't have any safety features! No rails by the stairs to get inside the pool! No equip for people with challenges! I almost fell when I got into the pool. There is no one supervising the pool. I waited for at least 20 minutes until some of their workers were picking trash and I asked them to help me to get out the pool! I call the manager and she did not call me back to see if they can put a rail by the stairs. I have to keep calling until finally she told me that the owner said! " He was not going to empty the pool to put a rail" they kept my $ 27.00 .

Experiencia negativa: If I could give 0 stars, I would — Loved it at first. Signed up with no contract, was told I had to come in 30 days before draft if I wanted to cancel or it would draft. No problem. Had a great rate and it would be on me to come in and cancel so why not. Also had other people sign up AND my brother worked there. 8 months later when I found out I was pregnant, I tried to cancel membership. They told me I was in a contract even though the only reason I signed up was because I was told their wouldn’t be one. The manager claimed that the previous manager and sales team was fired due to this happening with a lot of people. Based off of that, they should fix it right? Nope. Sent a 2000 bill to my credit bureau. I was paying $60 a month. WHERE DO YOU GET 2K FROM?! I tried multiple times to reach out to management again and see if I could just pay out the remainder of the contract Which should’ve been no more than $200 but as of a couple months ago, IM NOT EVEN A CLIENT IN THEIR SYSTEM SO NO ONE KNOWS HOW TO FIX THIS OR HELP yet that bill is still negatively affecting my credit with no paper trail of where it’s from. I will never give another penny to them and would suggest others do the same. I understand it’s new managers but the owners should still make this right based off of their previous employers.

The facility is always clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. I can not recommend this gym enough!!! So glad that I made the switch to Spectrum!

Experiencia negativa: Great gym, Equipment is new and clean. BUT... Their wifi connection is horrible.. they only have a free wifi without password. I just cant believe it !! I go there almost everyday and spent an hour so without wifi means no music, no net flix no you tube video etc... Please please please get a better wifi connection.

Experiencia fantástica: I was traveling from TN, only had 1 week in town, so I took my friend's recommendation for a 1 week membership to check out the gym. I thoroughly enjoyed the machines, free weight area, group fitness room & the pool! The staff was super friendly & everything seemed very clean! The gym makes a great effort to cater to all ages for the best workout experience! I definitely recommed this place!
