Experiencia positiva: This is where I normally go to buy my ciggs, (which I'm hoping is going to end soon) today I called to find out the price for them, and the kid answered the phone and said we aren't allowed to give prices on the phone, boss is real strict about it... Lol I guess.

Experiencia negativa: Bought a disposable vape 48 hours ago. Barely touched it. Says it's almost empty. Best they could do is apologize? Never coming back.

Experiencia fantástica: Good location right off of 169. Nice shop, clean friendly staff, Mateo is very helpful and a fun guy to talk too. Very knowledgeable about the inventory. Good prices.

Experiencia positiva: Sometimes locked during business hours, with open sign and lights on. When they are open and staffed, it's fine I guess. Normally I would just order from online stores, but in a pinch this will do.

Experiencia negativa: bought a grinder that left metal shavings in my grind. Wouldn’t even give me store credit, wanted to talk with manager, wouldn’t tell me when manager would be in.

Experiencia fantástica: This is usually the store I visit when I need to purchase a new disposable vape. They always carry all the brands and flavors I’m looking for.

Experiencia negativa: They were locked up during business hours because they had to use a bathroom break. I guess they don’t wanna run their business anymore because they have to take a dump. Really annoyed at them.

Experiencia negativa: Bought a nice looking piece of glass that was so fragile the fiesta time it got used it broke. Immediately brought it back and was not even allowed to pay difference on a more expensive piece. TRASH NEVER GO HERE.

Experiencia negativa: Staff is friendly, but the way they follow you around the store makes me feel like they are just waiting for you to steal something (even though everything is basically locked up...) Also the stock is pretty mediocre here. Last few times the shelves were pretty bare.

Experiencia fantástica: A cool place for sure. Super friendly staff and a decent collection of a little bit of everything. I think the prices of their water pipes are too high for what the pipes are, but I did find one in my price range and left happy. Will be back for sure.

Experiencia negativa: The girl that works on the register is beyond rude/racist? My visiting family member walked in to buy and was skipped by her 2 times in favor of lighter skinned customers. When I came in she had the audacity to demand the next time he spoke to her to wait until she was done with her customers. I didn’t know the whole story until afterwards but I did explain to her that he didn’t speak English to which her reply was basically “whatever” I have seen multiple rude reviews about her in the past few months, it’s baffling why she still works there. Needless to say if you are a minority STAY AWAY! Until she is gone!

Experiencia fantástica: This tobacco store is quite exquisite to be exact. The service was great the young lady that helped me was a doll and her customer service was great. My only issue was when she asked me to hit the skip button when asked if I wanted to tip as I paid electronically for my products. As a person who makes most of my income from tips I believe in tipping great service so I was quite surprised. I don’t know who in their right mind has a problem with tipping anyways I give them 5 stars and they definitely have a customer for life.

Experiencia negativa: Walked in, grabbed 2 cigars and walked to check out. Check out prompted a tip. Because I basically walked in and grabbed what I wanted and didn’t require any help I tried to skip the tip. When the girl at counter saw I was skipping the tip she said sarcastically “oh thank you very much I really appreciate that”. Tried to press skip tip again and it wouldn’t work so I said whatever and chose a dollar instead. Will not be going back.

Experiencia negativa: LGBT COMMUNITY BEWARE!!! not lgbt safe So I found this smoke shop a few months ago and I was really loving going there because i saw the trans flag, so i would go out of my way to go only to this specific shop but one day I went to pull up the directions and I saw a really nasty transphobic review, i didn't think much about it till i went in the the flag was taken down !! I know a lot of people in the lgbt that go here, in my opinion, you should STOP !!! I hate to say it because the employees are wonderful and most of them are part of the lgbt, so i doubt they had anything with it being taken down but if the owner/s would rather take money from someone who treats trans people as politics, and claim to be "alienated" because trans people exist, even after his review was removed for hate speech, i'd rather spend my money anywhere else and i'll be making sure to never come back to this shop and make sure any of my friends don't either, at least till maybe things change just a bit sus to me that the flag went down right after the review. but feel free to email me if this is some type of misunderstanding, thanks :) personally i'll be avoiding this place because the clear disrespect to the lgbt commounity ! the flag was up for about 3 months till now and it only gets taken down after they got a negative review about it? Would you really rather not lose one customer that complained than a whole group you are now actually alienating. my problem wasn't that the flag was taken down. my problem is that it was very clearly taken down because someone's transphobic comments, and i'd rather not give my money to someone who rather take money from bigots

Honestly expected them to be on the spendier side for some reason, so was pleasantly surprised to find they were $10-$15 cheaper on avg. than the 2 or 3 other places I checked out in the south metro! Also, very friendly & knowledgeable service during both visits. Would definitely recommend!

I went into Nean Tobacco for the first time about a month ago and I was blown away by the wide variety of CBD and tobacco products they offer. The aesthetics of the shop and the diverse selection of goods leave you feeling like a kid in a candy shop. But I was even more impressed by the hands-on, white-glove customer service the owner, Sari, provided me. He was incredibly knowledgeable on all-things CBD and gave me an educational lesson on all the different strains, brands, and product applications. I walked out of the door with the conclusion that it is by far the best CBD store AND tobacco store in the twin cities; when you walk through the door, you’ll know why. Top of the line products, customer service and product expertise—all around five star business. And it’s just a plus that this shop opened up just five minutes from my house!
