Experiencia negativa: la Dr Popp me atendió por muchos años en el 2022 mi salud empezó a deteriorarse le comentaba que me sentía cansada mis análisis salían bien pero el cansancio persistía y ella solo me decía relájese tiene estrés pero no solo eso me quejaba de más cosas ella solo me decía baja de peso no coma carbohidratos y todo resultó en un cancer de riñón en mayo 6 del 2025 todo a ido muy rápido al grado que voy a perder mi riñón no le echo la culpa pero si la hago consiente de que no sabe escuchar a sus pacientes siempre está de malas se que muchos vamos a esta clínica por el seguro y el dinero que a veces no tenemos espero que la doctora y la clínica hagan conciencia

Experiencia negativa: If you’re thinking about coming here DONT i came here this past friday for my physical, my appointment was at 11:15 am and i didn’t leave till 2pm they had me in the waiting room for hours and once i was called to see Dr.Popp she was very rude! i mentioned to her about going to a different clinic and she got very upset and asked me why i was going to other clinics. I was only in the room for 5 minutes and they just drew blood and sent me home. I was there for hours to just be seen for a few minutes. Dr didn’t even ask me any questions about my health or well being she was more worried about why i went to another clinic!! save your money and go elsewhere

Experiencia negativa: My mom has been going here for a few years and has been treated with disrespect every time she goes to Dr. Popp. Dr. Popp has gotten angry at my mom for looking for insurance and even asked her what she was doing there if she was looking for help in other clinics. My mom once addressed her as miss by accident and she yelled at her and told her that was sign of disrespect and if she addresses other doctors as Mr and to show respect to her since she is a Dr. That is no way to treat your patients who trust you to help them, doctors are supposed to show respect, be kind, be courteous, and under that individuals needs.

Experiencia negativa: They call you to the back only to check your blood pressure and weight, then send you back to the lobby. Have you wait 2 1/2 hours to call you back to the back to finally see the doctor! It's not worth the time. Just go to Legacy Clinic instead. Pay $80, get tested for everything, and get your prescription . I'm not coming here ever!!!

Experiencia fantástica: we send parents here for vaccines for students. They charge 15$ per student for the vaccines student may need. But they only see 15 patient's per day. This is good for a quick and needed service.

Experiencia negativa: Do not bother coming to this clinic, reading the reviews should be be just enough to keep out the care of a woman like Dr.Popp. It is very sad I have a family member who is uninsured so we are limited on health care options. The doctor stated she could not print my mothers labs because there was no access to the Internet yes she went over the labs saying everything was fine with results which doesn’t not add up. My mother brought up the fact she has swollen legs and said that means nothing. I work in radiology and it is critical if someone has blood clots anywhere in their body. Please do not let your family member come here for the sake of their health.

Experiencia negativa: I came in and saw Dr Popp. She asked what I came here for. I came for a check up and wanted a prescription for an inhaler. I grew up with asthma which I've taken my whole life. She told me to quit my job, I feel that was very unprofessional. I live in Houston, the whole city is polluted. She said I can't go in just asking for prescriptions. Its not like its crack, its an inhaler. I get its a low cost clinic so what can I expect but lesson learned for myself. All I can say is that old grumpy lady is unhappy there.

Experiencia negativa: The wait is horrible came in 20 minutes before my schedule time and patients who came in after me were treated first. Went to see Dr.Popp because I was having trouble with having a positive pregnancy test left the clinic crying because she told me i was fat and I wouldn’t be able to have babies if I don’t loose weight gave me an attitude just for not having the COVID vaccines. Paid $35 for blood work when I went for my results they want it me to pay another $35 in order to get results! They just love charging for anything. Translation La espera de esta clínica es horrible llegue 10 minutos antes de la hora que me citaron y todo para que atendieran primero ala gente que llegó después de mi. Pague $35 para la sangre. Me pasaron con la Dr.Popp me dio una actitud muy fea por no tener la vacuna de COVID y incluso salí llorando me dijo que no podré tener un bebé porque estoy gorda y que baje de peso. Me citaron para otra fecha solo para regresar por los resultados y me quieren cobrar otros $35 marqué dos veces para ver si me pueden dar mis resultados y quieren que pague $35 para hacerme el Papanicolau yo me hice eso en otro lado no entiendo porque quieren que pague solo quiero mis resultados pero no me los quieren dar mis resultados

Experiencia negativa: Came in on Friday at 2:56pm to pick up documents and no one was here. The hours are until 4:30pm…. The website, the automated phone voicemail, google maps and the sign at the door all had the times until 4:30pm for closure. The ladies were inside and no one would open the doors even thought we just needed to pick up the documents.

Experiencia negativa: The doctors refused to give a referral to the new doctor she told us we needed to see. She was very rude to me. Both my mom and I went here and we waited over two hours each time. The exams are rushed after a long wait. They never call back and when they do they try to get you off the phone as fast as possible. Do not recommend unless you want to feel like your health is an inconvenience to the Doctors.

Experiencia negativa: Plus you’re stuck with all the idiots that don’t have the common courtesy to turn the volume off on their phones or plug in earphones . I’m surprised the clinic doesn’t have signs in Spanish & English telling people to turn their phones to vibrate AND wear earphones. It’s not that hard to ask patients to act with courtesy to others.

I could of had a heart attack and no one ever called me. Nor she ever gives me medicines. I asked for a test be done on my feet and she says they don’t have that money for that! Will be going to another clinic.

Experiencia negativa: I couldn't book a appointment with the Dermatologist. She was trying to find any excuse to not book me. That the specialist was going to send out somewhere else. That he could see our patient as a consult first than another day for a wart removal procedure. She included everything was booked until February. Than she included my patient could not be seen because she had insurance. A patient can decide to use their insurance or not for a consult or medications Do Not Recommend. Patient was really trying to be seen at this location because it was very close to home. Makes it very difficult to help patients as a Referral Coordinator.

Experiencia fantástica: It’s been a year now that I’ve been seeing Dr. Popp and she is the best doctor I’ve encountered. I do have to warn you their is a wait time but it’s well worth it. You can assure yourself that when you are seen you are treated with the best care. Also, her staff is very kind and they are great at their job.

Even the restroom was out of toilet paper. Waited 5 hours to see a useless doctor. If you are an English-speaking patient, you will be taken last. Be smart — go somewhere else!

Experiencia negativa: The wait was not bad at all, I paid 35$ for a service I didn't go in there for because what I did go in there for wasn't done. They referred me to partner clinic who wants $150 for the first visit ,$220 for the second visit and $300 for the procedure. Overall what bothers me is false advertising campaign for their services. They end up being more expensive than planned parenthood or any particular Doctor visit. I just wouldn't go back.
