Experiencia negativa: I came this evening for a Class Pass reservation and the door was locked. I called a number they had posted on the door - the woman on the other line was incredibly rude and dismissive. She said I would not be allowed access to the gym because it was past 5p. I asked her how would I know that since it was not posted anywhere and I was able to book a reservation for 7p. She stated that I was being rude; I asked her how I was being rude when I was asking a question. She then proceeded to say 'Well if you would listen, I can tell you how to get access the next time.'. There will absolutely never be a next time. When you inconvenience a customer and then treat them with disrespect and it's unprovoked, why would you anticipate there being a next time? I will never return to this gym and do not suggest it to anyone else. It's in a strip mall, from what I could see it was incredibly small - I'm not even sure if they have a changing room and the staff is rude. No thank you.

Experiencia negativa: I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the current state of the treadmills at the gym. This morning, I had an unfortunate incident where I slipped on one of the treadmills due to its poor condition. This incident could have resulted in a serious injury. Despite paying maintenance fees, it is disheartening to see that the old treadmills have been replaced with equally faulty ones. Out of the five treadmills available, only one functions properly without requiring extensive adjustments. The other four are either partially operational or completely dysfunctional. As a paying member, I expect the gym equipment to be maintained to a high standard to ensure a safe workout environment. The safety of your members should be a top priority. It is also worth mentioning that Lisa did an amazing job keeping up the gym. It’s sad to see that the managers seem more concerned about the state of the gym from her caring ways.

Experiencia positiva: Very quaint, small-medium sized local-feeling gym. Very warm Entrance and engaged staff. Clean, clean, clean throughout. Plenty of motivational postings along the walls. Not that many machines to utilize but those that are, seem to be functioning well. No sauna but not expected either. Uniquely located in a large parking lot adjacent to busy traffic. This is a good local place to get and stay in shape.

Experiencia negativa: It is 10/02/23 there was a mix up on my payment i called and talked to someone on 09/29/23 to correct it i was charged twice they didnt explain why my key was never activated so i called seve4al times no answer on 10/02/23 i called several times so i can use the gym no one answered until about 3pm i started calling them around 10am the girl that finally answered the call was very rude and have the nerve to ask me why i was calling so much that she had other clients that she was attending to and that she would have called me back . Mind you i started calling the gym arount 10 am so why no response that gym is always empty thats why i chose that gym i dont agree with the way the girl answered interogated me on why i called so much all she had to do was answer the phone and say please hold or simply yell me to call back since she was attending another customer not good fitness nc not good treat your customers with a little respect . But the gym is always clean and never full so you can move around and use equipment with little to no wait not sute what happened to the lady at the front but she needs to learn how to communicate instead of giving the customers the third degree on why a paying customers are calling so much

Experiencia fantástica: I stopped by here today to inquire about membership, and will definitely be signing up. This place is great! Friendly and knowledgeable staff, and all the equipment you need. The price is very affordable, and no contracts...yay:) Can't wait to make this gym a part of my workout routine.

Experiencia negativa: Can anyone share how to get ahold of these people ?! I’ve been trying for a week to get a membership. I’ve called , left a voicemail, emailed, and went to the gym all within business hours.

Experiencia fantástica: I've only been attending the gym for a short time, so this is more of an informative review. So far, the experience has been great and I'm thankful to have something so close to my house! On the Fitness NC website, it does not state what the staffed hours are. Michelle is the only person that works at this location, and she usually tries to be there from about 9 to 5 on Mondays through Fridays. She is not there on the weekends. So if you try to call and reach the phone or show up in person outside of those times, she may not be there. Additionally, this location unfortunately does not have the sauna or fitness classes like some of the other locations. I personally was not planning to use them, but I know that can be important to some when selecting what membership you'd like to purchase. Aside from these things, there are a variety of machines and free weights to use and Michelle will show you around and explain everything with you in detail in person! I'd definitely encourage anyone to go check it out!

Experiencia fantástica: Started going here before covid, stopped for a while. Never seen a gym grow to be so nice so fast. Great people go there and let you workout however you feel. The woman at the front desk has to be the sweetest person I’ve ever met!

Experiencia positiva: This is a “Good” gym not great “Good” there is one problem not only this gym but all gyms should ban Fox, CNN, ABC, MSNBC, ETC. no matter if you are a democrat or a republican it is not healthy looking at the news while working out it got me distracted on Friday April 22, 22 I want it to turn to something else better or shut that garbage off other than that the gym is not bad!!!

Experiencia negativa: Recently I've seen $40 charged in my bank account by Fitness Nc hope mills and received an emailed stating that the charge is for gyms maintenance etc.. I've tried to contact them but no one is answering, I tried to send a message through email but no response. We just moved out to another city and would like to talk to them to cancel our membership, going there (hope mills) takes 50 mins drive. I'm so disappointed that this gym is 24hours open yet no one is willing to answer the phone.

Experiencia fantástica: Great gym! It has everything you need to get a great work out in, it’s convenient and hardly ever packed, plus it’s 24hrs so you can’t make no excuse not to go Go see Mrs. Michelle, she will get you set up nicely and has great customer service.

Experiencia negativa: Your listed number is not a good working number. It has a 919 area code and when dialed a lady answer the phone, telling me you have the wrong number. How do you expect customers join your gym.

Experiencia fantástica: I walked in today not sure of where I wanted to get a membership because we aren't from this area and omg I loved Michele she was so helpful and so awesome so I'm very please with my new gym and it's 10 bucks like even if I take a few breaks it's 10 bucks so there's no exscuses!

Experiencia negativa: Have tried for months to cancel my membership - I mailed in a cancellation request like stated in the contract and still being charged. No one will answer the phone, called the main Fitness NC line and they “didn’t have any information about this location.” I cancelled back in March and am still being charged.

Experiencia fantástica: This gym is small but mighty. It is everything you’d need for a small contract free price. This 24 hour gym is honestly a real gem. If you’re considering a membership I’d definitely check them out before signing into a contract somewhere else.

The location is so much more convenient, as long as I don’t cave into getting cold stone after a work out Michelle was the sweetest and most helpful lady when it came to joining. I never feel like I’m a little fish in a big pond of Buff Gym Sharks wish is why chose this gym over a few other gyms that I tried out in the area. It has a cozy feel with everything you need and open 24/7. Michelle is such a sweet and pleasant lady & the personal trainer guy is always full of motivational positive energy! Only $20/month... well worth it!

Experiencia fantástica: I am grateful to fitness NC, I have been a member 2+ years and continuing to enjoy the perks (24 hour access) and benefits (anytime workout) . I enjoy the proximity of the location it has to my home and this has enabled me to ride my bicycle ( 3.5 miles to the gym and 3.5 miles back after a workout). What draws me to Fitness NC Hope Mills: Themanager ( Mr Vince) treats us like family. He is a source of advice and inspiration. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed; it feels like my second home. The cameras provide us with a sense of security while you're in the gym. The equipment is in perfect working condition and can be used to accomplish any desired workout routine. I would recommend this gym to anyone because of the value and how personable they are to their clients.

Fitness NC is super close to our house, in a convenient location, and it’s open 24/7 so we can go anytime that’s convenient for our schedules. The gym is super clean and it’s never slam packed with people. It’s got all the equipment we need and the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend!

The personal training here is the best in all the gyms, you see a lot of progress and coach Jalaquan is the best trainer around. The gym is clean and the staff is super friendly and helpful.
