Experiencia fantástica: I relied on RVNA to help my mom with her hospice care. To say sheparding her through the end of her life with minimal pain and suffering was difficult would be an understatement; it was the most difficult time of my entire 45 years of life. The entire staff did a great job. So compassionate and understanding. The nurses especially were amazing. I would recommend them for hospice care to anyone, anywhere. I don't know if God exists, but if He does, you are definitely doing His work.

Experiencia fantástica: Thank God for the caring team at Ridgefield home hospice. My mom was able to pass into the after life with the help of the hospice team. We ran short of a medication once and the nurse on duty called in an emergency order which was delivered 4 hrs later that night! My mom was comfortable and my aides had support by RVNA staff,for education on treatment and medication. Thank you so much for helping us help her.

Experiencia fantástica: The nurses and staff from RVNA that we had post open heart surgery for antibiotic iv's and monitoring were amazing. They were nice, caring, available when needed and answered all of our questions. They made us feel at ease with all of our new at-home procedures. They were available to be contacted anytime and would make a visit to our house anytime we had any concerns or issues. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: RVNA health based out of Ridgefield and New Milford CT did a GREAT!! job providing in home medicare approved physical & occupational therapy and visiting nurse services for my mom after she fractured her hip and again after a knee fracture. Very caring, highly trained and professional staff with SUPER results!! They are by far the BEST!!

Experiencia fantástica: Used RVNA on Governor Street for PT following knee replacement surgery. Great therapists with solid understanding of what it takes to get up and running. In under four months playing golf, pickleball, cycling 30 miles and hiking 3 miles daily. Super experience. Kate, Megan and Corey were each excellent.

Experiencia fantástica: I had hip replacement surgery three weeks ago. I came home the night of surgery and the next day a gal from RVNA arrived to do some physical therapy and get me moving. It was around my second visit that I had a bad day after making great progress before that time. Kelly was so understanding and professional that I made it through that next time with a much better attitude and outlook. Her patience and understanding was just what I needed.

Ryan and Lynn, who my residents primarily work with are always quick to respond, informative and caring in their services offered. I would recommend the whole team if you or a loved one are in need!

Experiencia fantástica: We have used RVNA numerous times for my mom and have been extremely happy each time. We have found them to be professional, helpful, patient and compassionate. RVNA communicates with the family, answers any questions and is there for the family as well as the patient. I have called their nurses and therapists with questions and they are beyond helpful in working with my mom and recommending products to help her. We will not use any other service.

Experiencia fantástica: I am tremendously appreciative to Kate for getting my forearm back. I’m able to play tennis and lift things with no pain whatsoever now. After fixing my rotator cuff problem a couple of years ago, this is now the 2nd time that she has been able to fix something that doctors and other specialists were not able to. She sure is amazing at what she does! I was hesitant to come at first because they weren’t able to take my current insurance, but somehow Kate was able to get me healthy with only one visit! And of course the follow up texts at all hours to check in on progress. She cares so much about her patients! It would have been a bargain even if I had paid for a few sessions, but to get it done in just one…wow! While I hope nothing goes wrong in the future, it probably will, so next time they will be my first stop!

Experiencia fantástica: I suffered a pelvic bone fracture resulting from a fall. The team at RVNA in Ridgefield CT brought me back to life. They provided the best support and encouragement I could have ever received. They were wonderful at their respective treatments for me. I cannot thank them enough.

Experiencia fantástica: I chose RVNA (Governor St.)rehab/PT after my biceps tenodesis. A totally positive experience where I felt welcomed and was treated professionally each and every time I came for PT. (I've had other experiences that were definitely not the same.) Smaller environment, with pleasant, professional and experienced therapists. My progress has been exceptional and I highly recommend RVNA.

Experiencia fantástica: Megan in rehab is excellent. She is professional and engaging with my husband who has Parkinson’s. The entire staff is the same way. We cannot say enough good things about RVNA and their Parkinson’s program and also their concerns and programs for caregivers.

Experiencia fantástica: I love rvna health out in home. I love clint he's an excellent PT guy. I worked with him in the past and I have never been disappointed in his work and I was very proud. Happy that they were able to get me in again with him.

Experiencia negativa: I was hoping this would be a place I could seek and receive proper PT for herniated discs however it’s a nitemarish operation. They have cancelled or asked me to reschedule already 3 times since I’ve sought treatment (right before Christmas), they call leave messages, I return call immediately and then they say the times they offered aren’t available. Seems to me they are shortstaffed and the office/admin themselves are not really exposing that, instead expecting patients to rearrange their calendars at last minute or simply go without treatment. When I expressed frustration and difficulty scheduling with them I was offered nothing instead met with ok fine understood and hung up on. Again it’s a shame I will not be able to see the therapist Jess again because I did like her. Wish this establishment was more organized. I will be looking for therapy somewhere else.

Experiencia fantástica: I was recovering from a severe ankle dislocation and fracture. PT was ordered. I was not prepared for how caring, helpful, professional, and even fun all the staff were. The assessment of my needs resulted in exercises I could learn there and take home. The PT has returned full use of my ankle in less time than predicted because the exercises were so spot on and very doable on my own. I am deeply indebted to RVNA for helping me get my life back.

Experiencia fantástica: I started my PT at the RVNA facility at Governors St, Ridgefield CT last week and had a few sessions with therapist Jeff. The facility itself is very nice and clean and has several private rooms. It became quickly apparent that the RVNA is well organized and efficient. All staff members I met were very friendly, helpful and a pleasure to work with. My therapist listens carefully when I explain what my problems are and we started a treatment/exercise plan that already started to work.
