Experiencia negativa: This facility staff require additional training. Upon entrance, the front desk staff was unwelcoming and don’t help. Once you reach your designed floor you are met by staff who have attitudes when you ask them a question. You are instructed to simply sit down and wait over half an hour to be seen. This location has no regard for anyone’s time. Administration needs to step in.

Experiencia negativa: Lady at front desk ignored me for 5 minutes while talking to a friend who wasn’t even a patient. I had to interrupt their conversation which was about nothing. She proceeds to tell me she wasn’t ignoring me even though I didn’t even accuse her of it so she knows she was wrong in the first place.

Experiencia negativa: I had an appointment at 2pm. I arrived at my appointment early at about 1:20 PM. The doctor that I had the appointment with(Dr. Meir Saadia ) didn't arrive until 2:30 PM. When asked to speak to the supervisor (Ms. Alicia Sargen), she told me there's nothing I can do for you hun, he had a meeting that ran over. She was EXTREMELY unhelpful. After another 10 minutes he came up the stairs laughing on his cell phone having a conversation like he was not late for our appointment. He was very angry at the fact that I am on Yelp complaining about the service. He said I need to wait and that he waits an hour for his doctor appointments. I will be changing my doctor after this and I will never come here again. They do not respect the patient's time and the fact that he was upset with me because I had to wait 30 minutes for him is unacceptable. I will be writing a letter and I will proceed with this complaint.

Experiencia negativa: The worst of the worst. I'm going through a miscarriage went to the location in excruciating pain. Apparently all GYN's are on vacation and I couldn't be seen. Ended up in the ER lost my baby (which I knew was happening regardless) was told to contact my GYN ASAP in hopes to not have an infection. Call the location and they have no appointments until the following week. So what is my insurance actually paying for if there is no one to adhere to my needs. I have full coverage and yet I'm being treated as though I come in with an "I owe you" handout slip!! How do you not have anyone on call in case of emergencies such as mine or any other. And the response is you'd have to go back to the ER. What?! Any middle class person would know going back to the ER is a significantly high ridiculous copay!! I've already been there twice back to back!!!! In search of another GYN and another program altogether! My ACP IS ASSSSSSININE TO SAY THE LEAST!!

Experiencia negativa: Avoid at all costs!!! Wait times are insane. Expect to spend all day waiting whether you have an appointment or not. Trust me...go somewhere else. Yikes!!!!

Experiencia negativa: If you’re not looking to waste your time, go somewhere other than this location, very under staffed and inefficient, I had a 9am appointment and after 4 hours sitting around waiting for paperwork to be processed, I am still told to give the nurse a few minutes.

Experiencia negativa: Absolutely a waste of time. My appointment was set for 12pm and to come in 15 mins early since i was a new patient. However, i didnt get seen until about 1:30pm. I came in with swollen tonsils just to be told to goggle with salt water and the dr. Which wasn't very helpful prescribed me something for a cough i didn't even have. I will never come back to thi place again ever!!! Do yourself a favor and go to urgent care if you need antibiotics because their dumb policies are not to prescribe antibiotics unless you're about to die!!! Only thing i got that was useful is a doctor's note to excuse my absence. 2 black nurses at the counter were helpful but everyone else including the doctor was unprofessional.

Experiencia negativa: I had my first visit for my mammogram on Friday and went there they said the mammogram was.not working no one notified me then I made another appointment for Wednesday went over a second time the mammogram was still not working Again no one nofied me went over there for nothing never again. I will be returning to the one at flushing queens. Thanks. very sad and disappointed

Experiencia negativa: This is the worse office u can ever think of going incase of an emergency, I was so sick to a point were I couldn't even stand for 4sec, and all they could do is refer me to other locations that were extremely far from me because they did not except walk ins on a saturday,mind u I was not in a condition to even walk for a minute n still the staff told me the doctor won't be able to see me.

Experiencia positiva: Staff is courtesy and most remember you or your name even if you visit once a year. Unfortunately some good doctors don't stay for long period of time. While others are a stable. The building and spaces are always kept clean. Convenient location and times.

I tried 3 different doctors (because the first two left the company) and have had issues getting appointments, prescriptions, and prescription refills. They try and sell how convienient it will be to use them, but I’ve spent more hours troubleshooting thier errors. I don’t use AdvantageCare anymore and would never recommend them.

Experiencia negativa: This place is just terrible and a waste of time. They create systems to diliberately waste one time. My daughter pedi was a joke. My daughter tested positive for a food alley and she told me "these test are inconclusive I wouldn't worry too much about it" next thing you know the allegist is telling me how high the food allergies were. They need to revamp this center. I'll never take my child to a doctor in this network ever!!

The administrative staff is not acting polite, contrite on confused when I asked why I am waiting so long. They are greedy, they overbooked and over scheduled and all I am here for is a routine exam. I only come here because it is close to my house.

I have been going here for years because it was the only medical care clinic closest to me and I have only met a few physicians that actually care about your well being. Now that those doctors can no longer provide me services and I have to rely on the greedy nurses and moronic administrative staff I can finally get away from this god awful place. Somehow they manage to screw up their clerical records time and time and time again. And they will do anything to make you pay out of pocket for 5 seconds of the most simplistic services. Seriously, DO NOT go here. I will save you years of correcting your date of birth from [Insert Random Month or Day] 2016. I will save you tons of money on claims processed for services you can get for free from any other clinic. If you have the common sense to go somewhere else (even if it's for the same wonderful doctors) or change clinics, You're welcome.

Experiencia negativa: I have had a few insurers in my lifetime both private and corporate, I am a tad leery of being able to get an appointment in 5 days with a specialist, twice (I had to initially cancel). His waiting room was empty, not even post operative patients. He seemed pleasant enough but gave me information I knew was inaccurate as HE simply uses another method of treatment. The "cherry on the cake" for me, was a sign in the front door saying "WE ACCEPT WALK INS" Sorry, I am not paying premiums with my insurer to be sent to "walk in" clinics. And will seriously have to look into another insurer.
