Experiencia fantástica: I stopped in after my workout and was very satisfied with the service at Lifestyle Nutrition. I am definitely someone who wants to know the nutrition breakdown for my protein shakes. I didn’t even have to ask, it was explained during the ordering process. I was recommended a recovery shake since I had just gone on a long run. I picked out the chunky monkey and was really happy with my choice. Shop was clean with seating options and the staff was very friendly. I feel like some smoothie shops say they are healthy and then sell you a cup of sugar. That was not the case here, they are very transparent with their macros. A large variety of options and flavors means there is something for everyone here. Would definitely recommend stopping by, the location is super convenient by the mall and off of highway 15.

Experiencia negativa: Someone from this place asked us to hand out flyers to customers at my work. I work in retail, and I think that it’s disgusting that you would prey upon people’s insecurities and try to advertise weight loss supplements while they shop for clothes. What a trashy business model. Not to mention they use Herbalife products which have been linked to liver and kidney disease. Stay far away from this place if you care about your health!

Experiencia fantástica: Lifestyle Nutrition is the only nutrition shop I’ve gone into and not felt judged for being there. I’m going a month strong working on myself & it is way easier with how supportive and kind the shop owners/employees are. The angel food shake is extremely delicious- making it super easy to make a healthy choice. Thanks!

Dieting is hard but when you have the community support at lifestyle nutrition, delicious shakes that are very simple to make, it’s easy to commit too. I highly recommend them to everyone I know. Experiencia negativa: First timer here, recently moved to the area and looking for a new smoothie shop for my post-workout smoothie. Which I explained when I arrived to the gentleman who greated me. As he explained the ordering process, I was a little confused. I explained what I was looking to get or what I used to get at my old place. Well $16 later I feel ripped off, didn't get what I wanted but the Cinnamon Roll smoothie is pretty tasty.

Experiencia fantástica: I brought someone there. My attention was not to buy a drink. After I saw the drink they made for my friend, I asked them to make for me the same drink and it was delicious. The staff was welcoming. I told them I will come back again.

Experiencia fantástica: Only my favorite nutrition club in the area. And trust me there are alot. What's unique about this place is they don't try and force you into products, yet are super helpful if that's what your into. They have a kids area and that makes bringing the kids easier when they know they have a space to relax and enjoy their shakes too. It's big enough so you can hangout with people there too and not feel like you're in the way. The shaketeers are all very nice and the owner Nikki is a badass boss. She lives the lifestyle
