I have been going to the City Line office and have been having a great experience, everyone in the office is great from when you walk in a greeted by the great front desk staff, Hannah is so nice and personable and helpful with everyone. The EZdiet plan includes energy shots and vitamins but also the shakes and bars are also delicious and so filling!!!! The staff there makes everything so easy from checking in and making sure you make your follow up appointment before you leave, even sending text reminders so you remember when!!!! So pleased and happy about my whole experience here at Dr Fishers and on top of it all the weight has been finally coming off and maintaining.

Experiencia positiva: Note to management/owner, your front desk woman (brunette white woman) is not the right person for that job. She is too impolite and unfriendly and she sets the tone for the office. I assumed from her attitude that the office culture might be this way, as a new client. However, everyone else was lovely and kind and professional. Send her to a back of the house position. I am just starting the program, so I will adjust my review after results.

On the 5th day, I had no energy to do anything but lay around, I felt hurrible-really anxious, like I was about to lose my mind. I even ended up cutting my hair off. I called the office- no answer- left a few messages, but no one returned my call till this day.

Experiencia positiva: I had a 3:45 appointment but didn't see the NP until 4:30. The NP was very helpful and professional ( Italian woman I've never met with before ). The girl at the front desk was a bit unprofessional, when I was sitting in the back waiting to see the NP, she was talking to another worker and burped quite loudly without covering her mouth or saying excuse me. Overall my experience is positive at this office, but this one imparticular was a bit off putting outside of the actual meeting with the NP.
