Experiencia fantástica: Nice place to get load. Got here at 9am for a 2pm appointment. Got a dock right away and loaded at 11am. But it a Saturday must be why. No traffic

Experiencia negativa: 08:40 arrival for 10am appt. Immediately got an door at 0900 , sat 1hr30min till they started loading me. Left the lot at 11:45. This could have been an in & out but i feel like the staff is too cool, laid back & nonchalant, they dont care about your time. Just be prepared to sit for a couple hours.

Experiencia fantástica: Getting there the streets are pretty narrow, Arrive at appt time check in at guard shack , live load took about 3-4 hours. Staff friendly. No spare trailer

Experiencia positiva: Directions from the east (since everyone else is just whining): take 670e to exit 4C (Cleveland St), turn right on Cleveland, then right on Mt Vernon. Just a few blocks and turn right on 5th. It's not difficult to get to at all - most of the locals are cool with taking up a lot of room to make right turns. I had no problems at 10am on a Friday.

Experiencia fantástica: Here is the deal. Getting there can be a pain during busy hours. Many turns on one way streets in downtown Columbus. Once you get there it is pretty simple. I don't know about live loads or unloads. I dropped and hooked.

Experiencia positiva: I’m not sure where to start, but have your drivers license at the security gate! 1st- I don’t think appointments matter 2nd- inbound freight goes to the back dock. Park to the right of the road and WALK in. DO NOT PARK IN THE DOCK AREA, YOU WILL BLOCK EVERYONE! 3rd-folks inside are nice, ring buzzer if no one is there. 4th- just plan on waiting for a dock. Once I was on the dock they unload fast. 5th- it’s a tight dock but not impossible just take your time. 6th-green light means leave.

Got there to deliver at 1:00 pm and appointment time was 3:00 pm got out of there 6:30 pm Yard driver is super nice and will wake you up when they are ready to give you a dock , shipping and receiving people are rude . Drivers that are picking up a load there might be here for 6 + hours This place is now on my never again list.

Experiencia positiva: In at 9:15am for 10am delivey apt. Got door at 10:30am but had to go back and remind at 10:15am about my apt. Whoever was picking up looks like got doors much quicker. Got unloaded at 11:30am, can't complain. Looks like no overnight parking, check in strictly with you DL with quards. A bit challenge to back up door 12.

Experiencia positiva: I hope this might help some drivers..Security guard first shift and second shift very nice and professional thank you.The shipping and receiving staff was nice and not rude I want to thank them for that.On the other side I got there at 4o’clock for a 10 o’clock appointment I was called right at 10o’clock to adore it took them two hours to get Me loaded. And yes if you get there early they will let you stay in property and wait for your appointment they will check you in and tell you that they will call you when they get a spot but really what they mean is at your appointment time

Dont come early it dont matter to them. they tell you that they will come get you and they dont .you need to check in they will forget you. They gave me a door right away, and 40 minutes later I was loaded and ready to roll. Everyone I spoke to was polite and friendly. The whole load went smooth as butter.

Rodriguez is a man who tries to jump in and "matter of fact" the situation and knows NOTHING that's going on. Completely unorganized, rude, unprofessional, don't come here of you don't have too.

Experiencia negativa: I had a 10:00am appointment for a delivery. I didn’t get unloaded until 4:38pm on a Friday. I ended up losing the load that I had scheduled to pick up to get me home for a family event. I will never deliver here again. Drivers Beware!

Experiencia fantástica: This place is in downtown ,so be careful parking on road road closed on frond so no traffic , if you dropping off here they can unload before you appointment They unloaded me on Friday evening in 3 hours , my appointment was on Saturday ,gate guard was friendly .

You have trucks waiting around for hours.then you have a person who comes around and tell you cant park here more then 10hr. Yea I hope you go out of business you treat the people who is bringing you your supplies to make what you sell. Yea if you are a driver be ready to wait 5hr after appointment time.

Not even at appointment time, Drivers need to stick together an an stop hauling freight for company's like this. Not even a personal bathroom for you to use. Your waiting for hours an no public washroom or break room for drivers. They don't care bout drivers why should we care bout hauling their freight . By posting comments an sharing with other drivers we can be that fist to make a mighty blow .

Was supposed to be a drop and hook of preloaded trailer,then was told we will try to work you in it’s gonna be a live load! Lol hours later I’m still waiting for a door! Never again my friend!

Experiencia negativa: They don't care about appointments. Bring lunch and dinner. My appointment was 5pm and checked in at 4pm at the guard shack parked behind the line and checked in at the office. Got to the dock at 9pm and left at 10:30.

Experiencia positiva: No parking for trucks overnight from what can tell, however if you are live unload they will take you in regardless of your appointment, get you empty and kick you out. Getting empty at 11 pm instead of 8am appointment time was a good experience for me and unlikely from big places like this one

Experiencia positiva: Be careful on arriving early because sometimes it might not have any room for you to sit and wait. When I got there it was around 11 o'clock in the front desk had a sign that said " be back in 30 minutes, at lunch" Very friendly shipping and receiving people also they have a small Cafe on the other side of the street from them that has delicious food and while I was waiting on being loaded I was able to go eat and come back and I still had time waiting for them to finish. Also give them 15min after light turns green to get bills ready.
