Staff is always cleaning the space and the outdoor yard is awesome for training!

It really helped me in installing a training routine that I can adhere to even when daily business is stressy....BTW I reside in Germany and will be back for sure regardless the distance.

Experiencia fantástica: Good afternoon, I just wanted to reach out and mention something. The entire staff has been amazing, respectful, patient and thorough in explaining what we are doing and why. I’ve been there 2 separate clusters of time and the care has been outstanding As a 36 year old retired NFL player, while yes I played in the NFL, I am not of the same caliber and celebrity of many of the athletes there. Having said that, the care I’ve received from my two therapists,one being an intern and the other being new to the facility, they have given me the same respect,time and effort as people there have given Odell Beckham, Dk Metcalf and other prominent athletes from various sports. For that I am very greatful and appreciative. I can’t say enough, my therapist ran from the therapy area all the way to the Parking lot to offer me ice, to me that speaks volume. My name is Ben Patrick and I hope Exos knows how amazing my 2 therapists have been and they get the recognition deserved! Now at 37, the common theme remains the same, a staff full of enthusiastic serious team members that treat every person with the same care and intensity as elite athletes. I’ve seen even normal non athletes get the same time respect and effort. It’s an amazing organization! Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been coming to Exos for physical therapy for several weeks and have had an exceptional experience! I tore my ACL in college over 10 years ago, and my knee has never quite been the same. I injured it again running recently, and it was affecting my quality of life in day-to-day things like walking so I started coming to Exos to get it fixed. My physical therapist, Michelle, is outstanding! Her attention to detail, the programming, and the service are of the highest quality. After several sessions and hard work, I’ve been able to run again and I know it’s because of this team’s commitment. I know a part of my success comes from my hard work outside of my sessions, but the Exos team makes all the difference. I cannot say enough good things about this place! I drive 35 minutes to get to the facility, and it is well worth it. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great physical therapist, or even a great gym. The atmosphere is inspiring, and the people are outstanding. Thank you Exos for changing my life!

It is a fantastic modern facility that has everything you could imagine and more. The staff is fantastic and the atmosphere is great. Experiencia fantástica: I came to EXOS after being in Therapy for over a year after rupturing a disc in my lower back, experiencing foot drop and, avoiding surgery. I was also experiencing other lifestyle altering bodily issues and had gone through several therapists. I was referred to EXOS by a physical therapist for an NFL team. When I came to EXOS (due to nerve sensitivities) I could not sit on a frim surface, wear but one pair of shoes, wear pants with rear pockets, go without my corrective insoles for my feet, stand very long, ride a bicycle (one of my favorite past times) and was experiencing prolonged, concerning numbness and tingling in multiple places. Cruz Romero walked with me through my recovery process step by step. He met me in my highs and lows emotionally and physically through both my setbacks and celebrated with me and reminded me of my gains and success. He was with me the whole session and exercised alongside me when I needed it. He did research and mixed up my therapy plan to best suit my needs and keep things from getting old and boring. His kept things light hearted and yet challenged me at the same time, which was a perfect blend. He involved me in the decision-making process when it came to developing goals, which ultimately contributed largely to me moving beyond my fears and mental barriers. When I finished my therapy at EXOS I could sit on a firm surface, wear whatever pants I wanted, wear multiple pairs of shoes, no longer needed corrective insoles for my feet, I could stand way longer, hardly had any numbness or pain, and recently road a bike 37 miles along the coast of California with my new wife, was able to dance at my wedding, and have returned to working on body demanding house projects like I enjoy! I have my life back! I recommend EXOS far and wide whenever the subject of injury or therapy barely comes up. He was extremely knowledgeable about my son's injury and utilized a variety of techniques to work toward healing him. He was very approachable and always took the time to explain and answer any questions we had. He made sessions fun but also motivated my son to do the necessary hard work to get well. He was honest about my son's progress and had a realistic, yet conservative, approach to re-integrating him into his sport to avoid re-injury. Exos is a phenomenal facility and hires only the best staff, Brett being one of them!!

Experiencia fantástica: the PT department at EXOS has been helping me with injuries since 2012. In 2012 Annemarie helped me with shoulder injury. In 2015 Kara helped me with with lower back issues. The head of the department Jesse Elis is great as he is very humble, helpful, knowledgeable and approachable. In my most recent visit I was there for hip/ lower back issues and Logan not only helped me fix the problem but also wrote me a season progression plan so that i never get the problem again. All in all, they are a great team as it doesnt matter who you work with they all share ideas and provide their insightful input as I was helped by Brett many times even thought he wasnt my PT. They have a team of interns who are not only learning from the best but also very helpful. I highly recommend it for anybody who is struggling with pain or dysfunction and it doesnt matter if youre an athlete or not. Its the best physical therapy center I know.

Experiencia fantástica: I was injured last summer in a car accident. Facing pain and soreness that I never encountered before, I needed help. I was referred to the Physical Therapy team at EXOS. Fortunate for me, I have been under the professional care of Logan at EXOS. I was in bad shape when I arrived, but am now well on the path to recovery. Not only is the personal treatment helpful, but I'm also provided simple and effective exercises that I can incorporate into my regular workouts + rehab at home. The same treatments that I'm experiencing are applied to some of the most elite athletes, soldiers, and other "regular people" in this same space. When you can have access to the best (insurance accepted), why not take advantage of these talented pros??? Can't speak highly enough of this squad. They are the modern day shaman.

Experiencia fantástica: I am a competitive tennis player who started with Exos a few years ago with multiple significant bilateral injuries to my hips, core muscles and back. All these required multiple surgical interventions at several hospitals across the country. These were compounded with other underlying health issues that complicated my recovery process. Instead of being intimidated by the complexity of my case, Exos saw me as a challenge and welcomed me with open arms. Exos is a state of the art facility with every piece of equipment an athlete could ever wish for, but what truly distinguishes Exos from every other physical therapy facility is without a doubt their incredible staff. The best equipment in the world is useless without therapists who know how and when to use them. The level of care at Exos is unparalleled (I have previously worked with therapists all over the country)! Therapists helped me get doctor’s appointments expedited, assisted in getting the correct scans scheduled, read scans immediately, loaned me top of the line recovery equipment for home use, and even brought in specialists for second opinions. Exos takes rehabilitation to the next level with their multi pronged approach. This includes providing nutritional support and customized personal training which allows me to make gains never imagined while still rehabbing. My only regret is not finding Exos sooner!

Experiencia fantástica: I recently completed my physical therapy at EXOS -- best decision I've made since moving to the PHX area this summer! I played 3 sports during my collegiate career and started to feel the after affects a couple years later. After a few recommendations and my own research, I quickly learned that EXOS is one of the best PT & training facilities around. I worked with Jesse and Logan in the PT department. They help you feel super comfortable yet push you to improve each day. Both guys are fantastic people and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to diagnosing an injury or pain then treating it effectively. I'd give the PT department at EXOS 5 out of 5 stars when it comes to the caliber of people, equipment, attention to detail, patient care and results from the work you put in + their expertise. All of the staff at EXOS are awesome and I highly recommend this facility for all PT and training needs!

Experiencia fantástica: I have had over 25 surgeries, yes football took its toll on me! In the last year I have had a spinal fusion and a new knee. As with all my surgeries after a period of time , the reality of physical therapy starts. I decided to try a different PT clinic that was recommended to me by a friend. From the time I called Exos PT until now 6 or so weeks later, I have had nothing but professional and caring treatment from the entire staff . From the time I first called and asked some insurance questions , through my initial evaluation and into my treatment my care has been amazing. The staff continues to push me while keeping me involved in my daily treatment. What struck me differently about Exos was that they where not just trying to get my injury better, they wanted to treat the entire body as well as the mind that often times is affected by the injury. After 6 weeks I really believe that I am making great progress on my current injuries as well as dealing with the effects of past surgeries and injuries. Thanks to the entire staff!

Experiencia fantástica: After a brutal 2015 health wise, I am so grateful I found EXOS (thanks to Dr. Tom Carter & TOCA for the recommendation). How grateful you ask? So grateful I'm here writing my first Yelp review after years of reading hundreds of them! Not only is the state of the art facility at EXOS second to none, but the attention and service I received from my therapists Jess Elis & Lauren Hunt was phenomenal! I was dealing with referred back pain and after getting several misdiagnoses elsewhere, Jess was able to locate the issue right away and make an immediate positive impact on my pain and discomfort. We have worked 2-3 times a week over the last couple months and the improvement is outstanding. Don't be intimidated by the first class athletes who are training all around you while you're there (I was surrounded by the guys getting ready for next month's NFL draft, and put it this way, I don't quite fit that profile). The staff treated me just like I was one of the seemingly hundreds of VIP's and pro athletes they've had come through their doors despite my clearly failing physical shape. They came up with a tailored plan for me and it worked. It's also a great location for anyone in the North Valley, located right off the 101 and Cave Creek Rd.

Experiencia fantástica: I am so relieved! No more back pain and back to full workouts. I injured myself in a Spartan race and after 3 weeks it seemed to be getting worse: constant pain in my right side and back that spiked when I got in or out of my car, when I shifted position at night, and on getting out of bed. Jess Ellis identified four possible issues and ruled out what I thought was the problem before determining what he wanted to address. He taught me a routine of strengthening and stretching movements and sent me home with pictures and videos of myself doing the movements. It took about 4 weeks. First week I didn't see much improvement. Second week was only slightly better, but the third and fourth week I saw constant and dramatic improvement. I'm back to 100% now. Jess coordinated with my coach Jesse Holland at SicFit to ramp my workouts back up. I'm particularly grateful because I felt in danger of losing hard earned gains. In the last year I've lost 35 lbs, put on almost 10 lbs in muscle (net 45 lbs fat loss) and I'm training for a Spartan Trifecta. I was already slipping back dramatically in the three weeks before I went to Exos. Thank you Jess and Jesse!
