The environment was very comfortable and the therapist (Amber) was adept at guiding me toward a deeper understandings when I was in unfamiliar situations. Some things that I knew on some level were brought to forefront. Verbalizing them for the first time resulted in more than one revelatory experience. Many questions were answered.
