Experiencia fantástica: Great small gym! It has everything you need to work out without the huge crowds you'd find at popular gym chains. Although it's quite far from where I live, I discovered this gym while looking for a place to train while my son wrestles nearby. I spoke with Mike, and we were able to arrange a deal that allows me to train on the days I'm in the area. Overall, it's been a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this gym.

It’s quiet, clean, and the owners are very nice. The 24 hr access is a plus since I do shift work and my schedule changes often. Highly recommend this gym!

At Peak Fitness, there are always machines available and not packed or over crowded. People are polite and respectful. No one bothers anyone and I feel secure since only members have a key to swipe to come in. It’s open 24 hours. Mike is incredibly detailed, professional, and produces more results than any group class of boot camp I have ever taken, in shorter classes and less time. Mike takes the time to explain each workout thoroughly, explaining proper form to ensures minimal risk of injuries and understand the benefits of each exercise. He goes above and beyond to tailor the workouts to my specific goals and physical abilities. We discuss nutrition which has been extremely helpful. I highly recommend Mike and Peak Fitness to anyone looking to take their fitness journey to the next level.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been in many gyms, in my time, and most fit into the same old mold. This place is different! Everyone is so helpful and friendly. There’s no judgement to be found, but there is help, if you ever need it. The equipment is always immaculately clean, weights maintained and racked, and there’s a station for everything you could possibly need. They even have a heavy bag for us old, washed up kickboxers. I love this place, and it being open 24 hours makes fitting in workouts where I can as easy as can be. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Experiencia fantástica: This is the gym I joined when I first moved here in 2022. I am not disappointed at all. Mike the owner is very responsive and even gives out his personal number if you have trouble accessing the gym since you need a Fob to gain entry due to it being open 24.7 It is always clean and the equipment is never in disrepair. I prefer gyms like this to places like EOS and Planet Fitness. It's way more personal and friendly. If you are looking to escape the busy parking lots of EOS where you can focus on your training. Give it a shot.

They have a ton of equipment and such a great and welcoming environment. 24/7 access is crucial to us and our busy work schedules! Price of the membership is more than fair in my opinion with belonging to several gyms in the past! I also found my nutritionist, Terry who specializes in gut health whom helped change my eating habits, put me on a great regimen to help heal my gut and balance my hormones. He is fantastic! Peak also hosts events for IV therapy and live blood testing which I appreciate.

At Peak, we never have an issue with the equipment we want to use being available. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Lastly, the environment and equipment is clean.

Experiencia fantástica: This is hands-down the best gym I've ever been a part of. It reminds me of the workout community I had as a collegiate athlete. I prefer that the space isn't overwhelming with equipment and people. I can focus better during my workouts and get to know everyone around me.

Experiencia fantástica: Mike and the trainers are amazing at Peak Fitness! When you reach a certain point in your life, you need to build more muscle, a trainer is the way to go! If you have not reach that point, get yourself in shape while you are young and maintain it. I especially like the flexibility of being able to workout whenever it's good for me. Reasonable pricing and specials. Mike also trains my 81 year old father twice a week, helping him to maintain his muscle mass, flexibility and balance. Experiencia fantástica: This is the best gym I've ever belonged to - and I've belonged to an embarrassing number of gyms. It's never obnoxiously over-crowded, access is 24-hours, and the owners and other staff are so personable and friendly. For being a smaller gym facility, it has any piece of equipment you could possibly need. I also partake in their personal training (for almost 6 months now) which had some of the best pricing I could find locally. Summary? Mike, Joanna and other trainers are fantastic, facility is fantastic, and the price is well worth it! Highly recommend.

Mike, Joanna and the rest of the staff are very professional and friendly. There is no judgement in this gym. If you decide like we did, not to just use the gym but to be trained there, you will not be disappointed. We have both seen the transformation in just these 2 months. We go about 5 or 6 days a week, sometimes just for cardio. The gym is always very clean and has first class equipment. If you are serious about finding a gym or switching over, stop here. GB

Entire set up is user friendly and you can either design your own routine or have a program designed for you.
